We have been using WaterClub filters for a year and would highly recommend it. We did have an issue with one of the filters but they sent their technician Leo and he reached our place very quickly. He is very polite, knows what he is doing and changed all the filters in no time without a mess. We are really happy on how responsive their team is!

Kudos to Sir Anthony, he was very efficient when it comes to handling our request. He was able to replace our unit within 24hours.

Two thumbs up to Jack. He was on time and didn't mind to wait for few mins because i was running a bit late. He did the work with enthusiasm
