Great spot for sunset by the beach. Located inside Hilton hotel JBR. Great vibe, great view on the beach and on bluewaters. Warm service and staff. Good finger food and drinks. Can also watch sports on weekend. Recommended

Superb service all over the hotel. Loved our happy hour (most days during our stay) at Wavebreaker bar with Vino, Chris, Shimul and the whole team. They looked after us impeccably. They were all very helpful, professional, attentive and very friendly. Faultless

Really nice place, with private beach and pool access for a really good price, they have good offers, the service was excellent and the staff were really friendly and nice.
The place also had a lot of trees and plants which made it even more beautiful.
We had some food also which tasted good and some cute bird came to visit us. If u like animals like me u would really enjoy their company they are so cute and shy, they have also a closed area to eat.
We didn’t use the pool but the beach area was very clean and pleasant with a really nice view.
Great for a relaxing day.

Very good experience at wavebreaker with my family. Nice food and drinks options. Service was excellent by Aamir and Mohan. Definetly I will come back.

Great location, friendly staff (ask for Dawson). The parmesan and truffle fries are really tasty! Also, they serve bacon and alcohol.

Went to watch the WC match with 5 friends and upon taking a seat was told I had to pay 150 per person to sit on the park bench to watch the match, as I requested to see a menu as I wasn’t even sure what was on offer I had a very rude manager demand payment with card machine in hand for the table, important to mention 50% of tables were empty, when I asked to see a menu once again we were told very rudely it was “not about the menu” I had to ask the manager to calm down and wait for us to see a menu, which was a first, needless to say the menu was in fact an issue as it was a terrible choice of drinks and prices.
On seeing this we left as such behavior from staff is not acceptable, I will not be back!

Always happy to go to Wavebreaker. Arslan is always there to greet me - by name and remembers my regular order. True hospitable service! Food is always consistent.

It's really nice experience here specially nice service with rahim. His good person. And i will recommend this place and his service.

A huge screen and very comfortable sofas and chairs with a view on Ain Dubai!

And a very nice selection of food and drinks. We enjoyed the Lamb pies, seafood platter, nachos and prawn tempura while watching the match with some drinks.

It was so much fun and was impressed by the size of the screen!

Excellent Service. We are a German family with 2 kids on vacation and were served by Dawson. Just want to mention that he covered every (extra) wish we had even without taking notices. The food was really great and the restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere with a great beach view. Will be back during our vacation and recommend to visit cause of both - service and food. A perfect place to hang out and chill facing dubai eye, I would like also to highlight Mr. Dan who is very helpful and initiate assistance to us. We felt like we are home because of his amazing service.

Service was second to none

The food was great! Loved their surf n turf plus the exotic pina colada. The ambiance and the view is perfect too. Would definitely recommend to my friends cos the service was superb! Danilo was very accommodating and knows how to entertain even on a busy day. Overall my experience was

Lovely place for some sun, food and swim
However what completely spoiled the visit for me, is staff not washing their hands after visiting toilet

Wave breaker is such a beautiful place to visit or even hang out with friends and family i definitely loved my visit

Complaint: Came to have a nice evening and wanted to sit on the couches but was told no as “all tables are reserved”. However almost all the tables were empty (see the first picture). We asked the manager who also refused stating it’s their policy.

The area remained empty the entire time, actually less tables than before (See second picture from an hour later).

The gentleman who was our server was friendly and nice though.

Nay was amazing! He was such a genuine and sweet server! Super attentive and consistent on checking in with us. He was great!

Spent a lovely evening watching the sunset over a delicious meal and drinks at Wavebreaker. It is a great venue to watch sporting events on their giant screen plus enjoy access to the pristine beach and the pool. Their menu offers great options and we absolutely loved the food and drinks. The service was good.

We visited Wavebreaker during our visit to the Hilton beach & pool day.

It is located beach/pool side and has a huge amount of outdoor seating. Wavebreaker has an amazing vibe and plays all big football games on huge screens. It has a full bar and an extensive menu selling burgers, fish n chips, fish platters etc.

We've visited Wavebreaker twice – the first time we ordered the fish platter to share however was disappointed with the "catch of the day" as it was a very small, un-common fish and definitely not enough for two people (however the menu doesn't say it is for sharing so it was probably our own fault).

The second time we visited we both went for the fish n chips and it was absolutely delicious. It was so tasty we're thinking of going back a third time just to eat it!

We enjoyed the day, chilling on the high tables overlooking JBR beach (and the big wheel etc), it was the most relaxing experience. The waiters also made us feel very welcome and dealt with any issues we may have raised professionally, drinks arrived quickly and food was well presented.

Overall we had a fab time here and would highly recommend it for any holiday-makers or even residents of Dubai!

If you would like to grab some beers and mojitos facing you the beautiful beach of JBR, this Wavebreaker can be the best option. With so many seats and tables aligned in front of the beach, you feel so comfortable here tasting your favorite drinks and snacks. Lovely place at JBR!

Perfect place for a sunset or for beach day, great views. Amazing wind and chilled beer, what else one can ask.

Excellent view, prime location with most hard & soft drink option.
The best part for me is - they have Shisha.

Nice place overall. Has a good view at sunset. Service was a bit slow and beer was a bit off. Either it was end of the barrel or mixed with water I can't tell for sure. Might not be like this normally though, it was a Friday afternoon and the place was busy so can be a one time thing. It is a nice place to chill, take a swim to cool off when you are overwhelmed by heat and go on with your drinks. However in the peak summer time I don't think it will be suitable for that. Also a nice place for evening too for having a couple of drinks. Not loud and over crowded.

The seating adjacent to the pool is perfectly designed for a leisure time. Although there's limited beers in the menu, the food was commendable. Don't forget to order the French fries first up!

One of the best places to unwind on a weekend. The place is stunning with white sands, clear blue waters and the view of the giant wheel is terrific. The food here is lovely, highly recomend the burger and fish and chips. They can easily sit up to 40O ppl here. Such a vibrant atmosphere.

They expanded their club at JBR beach and service in that area is terrible. Only one waiter trying to serve to the customers in sweat and naturally it takes forever to order and receive anything. And for this level of poor service it is heavily overpriced.

Was the best beach bar in JBR but has not taken into account its regular loyal patrons. Driven prices up and service is slow as not enough staff. After almost 12 years i have to say its sad to see. Profit today does not guarantee profit tomorrow.

This Bar seems in a time warp. Needs to modernize beginning with glassware, cocktails and bartender training. Overpriced. Redeeming factor is the hospitable staff!

Sitting outside on a high chair gives me the better view of the beach while having their yummy burger! Nice place to hang out ;-)
