Their website takes your info when you fill out the details. They ask you to come and get your car inspected. They finally give you an offer which is 20% lower than the quote on their website. They say our website has problems and needs to be updated. What a waste!

Had a great experience selling my car to we buy cars at the times square center off Shikh Zayed road in Dubai. Got my money and the car transferred all at the same time. Staff was very professional and polite. Great company to sell any car in Dubai.

They pretend giving free quote online but it does not work. Just a way to get your number and call you back. Quite aggressive on the phone too. Avoid.

We buy cars DXB is the place to sell any car in Dubai. Everything was done the simple way from paying off my auto bank loan to deregister my car and the payment was done on the spot in cash with options of money wire, bank deposit, etc.what I most liked, was the super fast inspection and the offer was done within minutes.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with them. Their website quoted 55k for my car. I was asked to visit their office for inspection, after inspection their executive mentioned that their website made an error. I was told that they will discuss with their manager and they would call me after 2 days. When I didn't receive a call from them, I called back and the representative available on that day declined to quote for my car. He told me that I must have entered wrong information on their website and they can't give me the earlier quoted price. My humble request to these guys would be to fix their website rather than accuse customers of feeding wrong information into their website.

One of the worst place.the person who did the test drive was super rude.he said car is good but lot of mileage.and gave the lowest quote compared to all other companies.he first asked my expectation and when I said that you can give your quote he again asked for my expectation.when I said, he's like are you kidding me? With this car you expect this much? The way of talking was super rude. In the end when I asked his name, he was not ready to tell his name as well.completely surprised how this company has got such good reviews.one of the worst place I've been to.

Not really much of an inspection. Doesn't take into consideration car features and such. Basically all these companies are the same. My car is valued around 90-100k. Their online evaluation said 110k. I expected around 90-95k after booking an appointment. Walked in, the guy didn't really care at all about buying the car, like he's doing a great favor for me. Then slapped a 60k offer to me, insulting enough then said he'll do 65k max. That's. I mean laughable.

No doubt Sultan is professional as he is supposed to be to attract customers and gain their trust.
Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the service. I booked an appointment at 10: 00am and showed up on time, Sultan welcomed me and inspected my car, then he went on dubizzle and searched for prices of the same car specs, the prices he found are higher than what I was asking for so he couldnt base his valuation on it. So he requested to give him till noon time, in which I accepted (mind that my car is in mint condition and my asking price was extremely fair, way lower than the online ads of the same car specs, he even acknowledged so.), I gave him till noon and called him at 1: 30pm in which he answered and asked to give him some more time, since then he didn't call back back.
Too much for a 30min process, I skipped work to respect the appointment and kept me hanging with no answer.
Very disappointing, I do not recommend, eventhough i had a good impression of finalizing right away.
Note: I even did the online car valuation and downgraded my car specs to see what I can get for it and I had to accept this valuation.

It only took about 20 min for the whole thing. Sold my car and i got paid cash in hand without having to go to RTA. Best place to sell your car in Dubai and might be the whole world too

NOT RECOMMENDED - Quoted a price at least AED 15K lower than what other options in the market provided. The concerned person was full of attitude and arrogance and spoke in a belittling tone to show as if he knows the market more than anyone else.

Unfortunately there is no 'Zero' Star that I can give cause thats what I would like to do, extremely appalling experience I must say, of my 10 years in UAE i have never come across a man who is so arrogant especially in a country that places highest regards for customer service. This place is a complete rip off. I saw the reviews and decided to visit them to sell my Inifiniti. Either they didnt know the car make and model and have never bought a similar one before or they just dont care. Without even physically seeing the car they opened Dubizzle and looked for the lowest car price of that model and offered me a further cut of 20%, so overall I was offered half the price that I wanted to sell it for. The Purchasing Manager, Sultan Asad was downright arrogant throughout the conversation. The team is so lousy that they dont care about their customers at all. Please be prepared to get a 50% cut in the price you have in mind if you wish to sell your car through them and all this without even taking a look of the car or trying to advise you better on what can be done, sheer waste of time and efforts.

It was nice and easy. Got to keep my car for few days as well till I got done with my things which I thought that it was very nice of them. Tried other places and I like the staff here at we buy cars much more to be honest. Thank you again
