I recently visited We Flower's JBR branch to arrange a bouquet of flowers for my sister's graduation, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of amazing! I met Bassem, one of their talented florists, and he truly exceeded all my expectations.

From the moment I walked into the shop, Bassem greeted me and my sister with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm for his craft. He patiently listened to my requirements and asked about my sister's preferences and favorite flowers. Bassem's knowledge and expertise were evident as he guided me through various flower options, explaining their symbolism and recommending complementary blooms to create a stunning arrangement.

What impressed me the most was Bassem's attention to detail and his commitment to creating a personalized bouquet. He meticulously handpicked each flower, ensuring that every bloom was fresh, vibrant, and of the highest quality. Aside from his exceptional talent as a florist, Bassem's customer service skills were exceptional. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in making my sister's graduation bouquet memorable. The entire staff at We Flower JBR Branch was professional and welcoming, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. So far have loved every single order I made with them, the arrangements is exactly as the pictures represented even more beautiful in reality, on-time delivery, professional team, they coordinate everything ahead of time through what's app with me and send me videos and pictures before they send out the order. Less than 2 days flowers we already showing signs of decay. It was for my wife's birthday. They also wouldn't let me use the ENTERTAINER unless I spend min.of 500 despite this not being mentioned in the ENTERTAINER. I would avoid this place

Such a bad quality of flowers and worst costumer service ever! Please don‘t buy from here any flowers. Such lying staff there. The quality of the flowers are really bad, just hold only one day. They offered a replacement but just with a lot of discussions and headache, he added a lot of greenery and the cheapest flowers. That was definitely not a replacement! Worst worst flower shop her in dubai, never ever will buy anything from there anymore!

We tried to ordered ahead of time since we knw that Valentine’s Day will be busy. We even called and send them a message a day before to avoid any problems or delay. We requested for 10-12noon delivery time it’s already 5pm and delivery guy is still not there. No updates about the status of the order or even bother to call to apologize. Delivered only after 7: 30pm. Very bad service! We used to order in We Flowers in Motor as it’s very close to my work place. Not recommended anymore!

Not welcoming staff who try to put extra charges on the bouquet without asking you and just ask you to pay for it at the end

Zad helped me buy a beautiful orchid with a beautiful pot from their branch at JGE. It’s so lovely.

The worst customer service in the history of flower shops - and I have seen a few. Do not waste your time or money buying flowers from this shop. And the Manager - let’s just say the ego knows no bounds. I hope the AED 210 I paid for a dying orchid plant helps their business stay afloat.

I would like to share my recent experience with WeFlower shop in Circle Mall (JVC).

I have purchased bouquet of Peonies, vase and bunch of balloons at 18: 15 on Thursday (bank sms with time attached) for my anniversary with my wife and as per plan we had to go to the dinner and flowers with balloons supposed to be surprise at home but unfortunately by the time we were back 21: 39 majority of balloons were almost without air/helium inside lying on the floor (photo attached).

I wasn’t upset since I was pretty confident that the shop would be responsible for the quality and will not be trying to look for any excuses especially considering that the balloons price was not very high. Thus and further to that since it was anniversary and we had no power and no wish to go back to the mall that evening I decided to make a photo and come back following early morning. And I did, however sales consultants in the shop obviously could not help and had no authority and therefore I have asked to connect me to the manager who stated that it is normal since helium can only stay for up to 6 hours (telephone conversation has been recorded but there is no option to download audio files) and suggested to refill these balloons for me. For the sake of good order I have to say that the time of the helium in balloons was reducing from 10 to 6 hours during conversation. Obviously I had no will to get these defective balloons that day considering that anniversary day passed, surprise was ruined and honestly I did not need balloons which will last for 6 more hours.

I would warn you to be careful with this shopand make sure about the product quality because if you have any problems no one will be trying to help to solve your problem. I gave up wasting my time arguing with the shop manager and left balloons and the money there. (Photo of the shop attached)

Terrible quality of roses. They only lasted 2 days and were very overpriced. Purchased at the JGE shop.

Everyone said how beautiful the flowers are and asked where they are from. They staff were so friendly to my kids and were generous with my order. I’m so grateful, thank you!

Very bad experience and the worst day ever to not arrange a surprise present on valentines. They cant manage their orders/deliveries and i ended up picking up my own order and deliver it to my wife in the middle of my working hours!

Terrible experience. I arrived the store asking for a bouquet of flowers within a budget. The employee keep pushing to buy the bouquets already in display with flowers already dying and much more expensive. Also, the employees were talking between each other in their own language which is extremely unprofessional. The employee showed that he didn’t want to make the bouquet according to my request. I had a better opinion about his shop but this time the experience was not pleasant. Also, I paid in cash and didn’t get a receipt.

This is a fantastic flower shop.fresh and beautiful! Dried flowers and indoor plants. Not too pricey and great quality. Folk in the shop are very pleasant.

Horrible customer service. I have sent them a message to inquire some information and after a few days they never responded. On to the next flower shop.

Amazing flower shop with great florists who are patient and creative although adding your own twist doesn't hurt
They have variety of fresh flowers, indoor plants, cards etc.
There are ready flower bouquets as well incase you don't have time to make your own bouquet
Overall it is a good, clean flower shop with a good vibe.

Though I haven't been to We Flowers' main branch in Motor City, I often order flowers from their kiosk in Mira Town Centre. The bouquets are some of my favorite, and they look stunning for every occasion. I just bought a gorgeous assortment for my Mom on Mother's Day this past weekend. The flowers still smell so amazing and our living room looks so beautiful.

Decent place, priced slightly higher than others, but that's fine considering the quality of flowers, etc.
Arranged and paid for a 6pm delivery, was assured it will arrive on time.did not happen.
