Wed and Wed Flowers

Don’t use this company, they are not honest about how the flowers will actually look. I ordered the attached bouquet for my friend’s 40th birthday and she received the flowers on the photo on the right.

They gave a good price but the flowers were very old and nearly dead.it was very embarrassing

Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with in the UAE! Customer Support on Whatsapp was rude and unprofessional in terms of dealing with customer. I do not recommend this shop as the word HORRIBLE is not enough to describe their team on handling customer’s problem. To top it all, no resolution provided in case you face any mishap on your order. I ordered online to surprise my Wife for Valentines Day and they ruined my surprise by not delivering on time. Worst part is they blame everything to customer with all the excuses. I wish I can share screenshots of my conversation on this review but I won’t be surprised if this feedback will be deleted later on. Do not buy on this shop, not recommended at all. There are other flower shops online where you can add extra amount but get the best customer experience you can get. Biggest mistake of my life is trusting this unreliable site! I am still waiting for my refund after more than a week and I ended up raising a complaint to Dubai Consumer Rights. Worst Business in the UAE!

I needed to order flowers last minute for work. I love that you were able to do a same day delivery. The notifications when the flowers were en route and delivered made it a stress-free process.

One of the most beautiful flower shops, and their treatment is beautiful and polite, and I will order again from them. The packaging is wonderful and the price is more than wonderful. Highly recommended to everyone. You can find this cute newly opened flower shop in Dubai - Al mina, just Infront of port police station where you can you find fresh flowers, bouquet, and decoration stuffs in best quality they told they can even deliver the fresh flowers in recurring basis, I went to the shop at their closing time, but staffs over their managed me with better customer semifictional service so am much impressed and highly appreciated.

Great quality flowers that stay for a long time, beautiful with creative designs. Staff are very friendly and professional with giving suggestions and customizing arrangements. Prices are also very reasonable compared to other places.

I honestly thought this delivery was a joke. I've attached two pictures showing what I ordered and what Wed and Wed sent me. 260 AED. Embarrassing. I threw them in the bin and ordered again from a proper company.
