West Zone Fresh Supermarket

I had a great experience shopping at the supermarket – the variety of products, quality, and prices were excellent. However, the online purchasing process could use some improvement in terms of user-friendliness and efficiency. Despite that, I'll definitely be back for the in-store experience!

This grocery is tucked behind the quiet neighbourhood here at Dubai Silicon Oasis. Since they renovated their store, the choices of food offered were better. The selection of fresh vegetables and fruits are really good. There is meat, poultry, seafood, frozen items and other essentials. The staff services greatly improved from the past 6 months. There was a good change, everyone seems to be helpful especially their guards who assist in putting your items in the bag. Overall this place has everything you need.

Staff is good but they are very slow in delivery when u order something via whats app even they are not checking the messages also expensive then other markets

It's very near to my office and whenever I need anything, I rush to this place and get things easily. Staff here is very helpful.

The Worst store ever.order doesnt come on time.everytime have excuses for late delivery or sometimes after several follow ups, receive call back after 2 hrs of the order that the delivery will be done next day.like seriously.experienced this 5 6 times.the people in the store doesnt have courteous to talk to the customer and instead blandly say "no delivery today".

Extremely poor service.ordered water at 9pm and hasn't delivered till 2am.rude counter staff

The place has extensive variety of grocery items and sometime when they have promotions, the prices are even lower than the big hypermarkets

The staff is not that helpful, although the payout guys are always nice, the vegetables are not always freah, the meat and chicken section doesnt look that great

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Been ordering here for how many months, and still did not satisfy me at all.it will take 3 hours to deliver. Last Thursday, they delivered my order and had a missing item, till now it is already Sunday and no one ever contacted me again! They billed and they dont care after that! And just now, I found out that the 30 pcs egg they gave me will be expiring after 1 day! Who will be happy about that?

Very bad management. The duty manager is one of the rudest impolite people ever. Choose your employees well

Staff don't know how to speak with customers to retain them. Never ever visit again.

How are they still in business! RUDE cashiers, toss the money. Refuse to bag.and don't want you to ask them any questions. Their staff needs to understand they are in DUBAI and the level of service Dubai is benchmarked. Me and my family will not be giving them any further business. Change your team, train them, or be out of business.

I just went there and forgot my mask.they didn't think even to give me 1 mask to buy from there.they offer full packet take it or leave.and i left to carrfour near

Medium size community shop, with fresh produce, butchery and small bakery. The shop needs a lot of organisation and labeling. Prices are ok, a little bit higher than Hypermarkets. For less than a 10 dhs purchase, they don't accept credit cards.

Compact shopping market with everything you want. Well behaved staff and do door delivery without hesitation. Parking slot is a problem. But not a big deal since there is an open parking space available next to it.

Very poor delivery service, firstly they never pick up the call in silicon oasis branch, Also thr app is not having all the things and need minumun 30 aed order.you try 100 times the staff will never pick up the call. Always you have to order from app and then forget ur order they will take their own leisure time to deliver. Pathetic service better buy from small groceries nearby

We bought fresh chicken today, August 14th 2020 from this West Zone supermarket. The labelling on the cut and packed chicken was mentioned 1.100 grams and we were charged 16.59 aed for this. However on bringing the product home and weighing it from our machine the weight mentioned was 846 grams only. I went back to the supermarket to clarify this but the supervisor mentioned that the weight that is mentioned on the label is from the whole chicken before they cut it. This is absolutely unfair and we feel being cheated on as this is not the case with our experience in other brands of supermarkets.

Staff name of Abdullah, he mind his job as his own, helping to customers with big smile. I felt very comfortable and happy shopping experience.we could buy any market same items but definitely I would like to shop at west zone because of this nice and polite staff like Abdullah and even security gentleman with big big smile

These guys are simply amazing. I am extremely sorry for not asking the gentleman's name.but they are extremely helpful. My Reid bike's rear wheel was flat midway near to their shop almost 7 kms away from my home. The security guard and the service boy helped me lending with their air pump without any hesitation.a big thank you to you guys. Kudos!

I bought some stuff from the dubai silicon branch on 27/3/20 at about 5 pm.
A bread, some nimco snacks from haldirams and a orange juice. The cashier charged but did not put the juice in the bag. This is cheating
Plis she didnt give me any receipt so i cant go back and claim for it.

Pathetic customer service.
I placed an order and when I follow up after more than an hour they informed me that they do not have the items available
And on top of that the manager was very rude. No apologies and the attitude is I do not need your business.
Delay in deliveries by groceries is common. But the rude attitude of the manager, I have not experienced earlier

Good clean items and now at affordable prices. They started to have offers now as well which is a good thing keeping in view the growing competition in Silicon Oasis.

Shelves were empty today.home delivery orders left on the floor which included fresh chilled food.

The supermarket is good with moslty evrythng one wud require.deals on vegetables n fruits r vry gud as well as on othr groceries as well

Home delivery is pathetic, either they wont pick the call or even if they pick, they take almost an hour to deliver things

Ans specially Du Counter is a great add on, you can get good plans from there

Decent size with great selection of products. Parking issue is there but there is open area just close to it.

I have had a very bad experience with this supermarket consistently.
Their bakery products lik puffs nd pastries i tried pathetic. Literally me nd frnd threw it in the bin.
One situation got an expired product in my bag which i realised on reaching home.
They have lots of products nearing expiry stage
Be very careful while buying from here.
Even the basil seed juice with brand name Yash is made by west zone, taste pathetic. After ths repeated bad experience, i have literally lost hopes on ths brand.
Be very careful whn u find a product at lower price here. It wil be mainly because it is stale.
