Nice supermarket near Business Bay metro station. I generally buy coffee capsules from here and sometimes the fresh sandwiches and rolls which come in the morning only.

It's ok for what it is - a convenience store to grab the essentials. But managing peak times is bad, one till will be open when it's busy instead of opening another. They don't take care when packing your goods - they might as well just throw them.

Kamal at the counter is the worst at taking orders and rudest guy, the goods are also overly priced. Worst service too.

I been there one week ago I bought some groceries there one of the staff name avey she is so rude when I asked her it was emergency Can I used the washroom she was answering me only for staff She is so arrogant please teach her some manners so she will not treat someone in that bad way again she don’t have politeness

I personally like West Zone Fresh Supermarket as it has many products and is an ideal place for grocery shopping. Vegetables, fruits, and most groceries are found there

Very small space, very crammed, and the products are not always good. However, they have very good prices.

Most of staff are friendly, but some cashiers playing with change. Also prices sometimes different at counter from prices on stickers at shelfs for same items. Some products like sandwiches and cakes don't have prices at all. Also sometimes need to wait for long to put sticker on vegetables as there is no assigned staff.

Disgusting vegetable section, there are literally cockroaches enjoying themselves on the tomato box

Horrible place, unfortunately people leaving in buildings around have no other closer markets where they can go by walk and have better products. Vegetable or fruits are not always fresh, everything is more expensive, not really clean neither organised. They have the monopoly since they are the only big market in walking distance.

However it’s handy to have a supermarket in your neighborhood
But given other options, I’d choose something else rather than go here

It's convenient but some of west zone branch doesn't have fresh fish and mostly they just pack it without cleaning so if you buy you clean yourself

It is in the building where we live so it is convenient and they have a variety of products for decent prices.

It's been 3 days now trying to get hold of them through calling they are not picking calls. Had to look for alternative. Very disappointed

Never order a Delivery from this place! They will keep you waiting for quite a long time without even calling. Items will never be delivered!

If you been to the stores you might have noticed that staff never pick up phone calls, NEVER, so in effect tried to call them but the phone wasn't answered.

Unprofessional staff (specially male at counter), dont have manners and skill of customers handling.

First of all no matter what time you call they will never pick up and they say that “just download their app” well NO BECAUSE APPERANTLY YOUR ORDER MYST BE OVER 20 DHS. I mean this is frustrating!
And the way the staff and manager behave is just unbelievable the delivery guy is so rude and the manager, I can’t even talk about him

Small but complete, employee's are very friendly.they will open another counter if the line is like 3 to 4 persons.

Worst customer service ever, no price tags, confirm price before check out. Wouldnt even visit if not only store in area.
