West Zone Fresh Supermarket

This is my favorite place because I can buy the amount I need from here.
And their things are served very clearly and the behavior of their staff is very friendly. And always they have products un reasonable price thank you.
I shifted in Al rigga but i still do my shopping from West-Zone for me best option Thank you West-Zone to give us products in reasonable price

I buy in 76 Aed food and Items and water and when I asked the guy behind the computer he said sorry we don’t have delivery and my home far away just 5 minutes
The issues happened at 3: 50 pm 18/9/2023

West Zone is my main go-to. Good prices, fresh veggies and meat, friendly customer service.
Has most everything I need.
Highly recommend trying if you've never shopped at West Zone, I doubt u will be disappointed.

We have been feeding 2 kittens and their mom who we’re staying under a furniture in the entrance of the store. They were constantly throwing away the bowl with water and food we were putting every single day. Today they decided to take the furniture and kick out the cats in 45 degrees! The kittens were desperately hardly breathing underneath a car nearby, thankfully we found every single one and put them in a safe place for now. BUT DEFINITELY NEVER SHOPPING AGAIN FROM THIS STORE! EVERY PERSON WHO LOVES ANIMALS SHOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM STORES THAT ARE SO CRUEL TOWARDS OTHER BEINGS! SHAME!

Your employees are very rude and lie every time I come to your branch in the city center They don't treat customers well more than 8 times I come to you and they don't give me change every time They don't have change especially the two women on the cash until the last time I saw my change in my eyes And she told me I don't have it, and her name is Diba

It's more of a supermarket that has no change

They should be trained to know how to deal with the customer

Best place to shop they have lots of offers but i think the staff need to be more welcoming and more supportive.i suggest they make free parking behind or under the building for shoppers.

WORST WESTZONE IN SATWA! IT SHOUD BE WORSTZONE! RUDE STAFF AND THEY CANT UNDERSTAND AND TALK ENGLISH IT SO HARD TO COMMUNICATE

Worst experience when we call.here in the ground floor there is westzone supermarket and staying just above it means first floor of the same building.but they haven't taken any of my calls.worst

Al Khail gate branch manger name is sunil he is very rude he don’t know how to deal with customers I don’t know how he became manger …zero customer service

It's a great supermarket that caters a lot of items. Moreover it has a variety of filipino foods that you cannot find anywhere else in the current area. Pork items are also available.

Hi! I want to share my experience in my how many times shopping in your westzone branch exit 2 burjuman, how many times they give us wrong pricing in their vegetables, for i piece of brocolli it caused to 14.95 aed.last time we went to buy strawberry they put 8.95aed for 1 pack and in their price on their display is 5.95, today we went to buy white onion for only 1 piece 7.95aed? But their real price is 6.95aed for 1kg? Common, why everytime we are going to this shop we are getting this issue?

Good customer service.everytime I did shopping it always went fine. They will give their service fully most specially in fresh area.fishes, shrimps cleaning is highly appreciated.

West one Barsha branch has a very poor delivery service.
I will never ever order again in this application! Waste of time. I ordered at 7pm and and till now 10 30pm the item didn't reach yet.

The application said it will reach at 9 15 but there is nothing.they don't even call you and apologize for delay.

Please remove your online delivery application. You are just causing inconvineice! Very annoyed.

Hello, We place an order on the WESTZONE site.and still wait for our delivery. We have been trying for several days to call the Business Bay store.no one answers. / If you no longer deliver you must put it on the site.

Very bad experiences and home delivery and order online is very bad and very delay and no response if you ask about order how much time it will take. Its better to go on store instead of online home delivery.

It's costly than other supermarkets in the area. But you can buy better quality products than local super markets.

Products availablity is very limited.

'Fresh' produce, most of the time, is not really fresh.

Staff won't appreciate the positive impact to the invironment of limiting plastic use. They insist to put each item on each individual plastic bag.
