This store is selling goods and excellent service, really amazing. You must visit this store.

Good service and always all verity available. Especially fruits and vegetables.

Worst customer service. Was trying to order water and the guy doesn’t understand anything. Puts me on hold and than hangs up on me. Call back twice and cancels my call. Very unprofessional. At least hire people who can communicate to the customers.

Wide range of fruits are not available and even though felt expensive in my personal opinion

It takes almost 45 minutes sometimes more for delivery in fact it’s only 5 minutes walk. Calling the grocery is like u need an hour they never pick up the phone they need either to change the phone set or have someone to receive the order disappointed

I went their to buy red cabbage, I asked them to give me half instead of wearing gloves and cutting the cabbage himself the store person told the cleaner to cut it who just left the broom and cut the cabbage without gloves or washing his hands or washing the knife and he went back to cleaning! That is a complete red flag! Will complain to Dubai Municipality!

I Hate the service I call them all the time their always late and the service is very bad no parking for costumers and they always say no when giving change for cash they never check their cash box rather go to carrefour
