Over all Staff is unhelpful and rude. They have no regard for regular customers. Especially butchery section staff is unprofessional and rude. I have decided not to shop from them again.

Good place to buy daily needs. But not in range of items. Less choices. But reasonable people pricing. Home deliveries getting delayed.

Discovery Gardens west zone is best. All staff is amazing. Especially Mr. Akash very cooperative and supportive. Good job guys keep it up. Thanks.

No need to explain further how horrible this branch is - from tidiness of the store, extreme delay on delivery and rudeness of the staff. For the last five years, these cause the low ratings on the reviews for them. But obviously, they do not read nor they are bothered by the customers' feedback. I'd try my best to order my groceries somewhere else. They are not worth the stress that I had to go through tonight.

Such a convenient shop at the same time with standard qualities. Especially the products we look for which are imported from the Philippines.

Extremely delayed deliveries. Last one year I have been ordering from them and it has never been delivered within 2hours. It is always beyond 4hours to deliver. This last time, I ordered at 1.48pm and received at 5PM. They don't send card machine even after mentioning, emphasizing it. The boys are lazy to go and fetch it.

TOTALLY HORRIBLE SERVICE. It took ages to deliver the items. Worst part is not even informing customer for the super late delivery. And no one picking up the call. Literally ignoring the call. Should not accept delivery service if you cannot commit to the customer.

I do not understand my order taking more than 6 hrs. And every time i call to follow up a lady by purpose answers the phone and hang up. This is really unprofessional and management meeds to do something about this. If they cannot coop with the pressure at least a bit of customer service and we do understand but not like this. I hope her manager will give a proper training for phone answering etiquette. Worst customer service everrrrrrr

Unsatisfactory and very poor service for filipina cashier! Today is my 3rd time rejection and not continuing my transaction due to lack of change in her cash box and forcing me to use card. It is not my problem if she doesn't have lower bills/coins! She can always ask in the back office for a replenishment.but lazyness occurs! And i know this kind of technique is for early-easy cash turnovers at closing.

Best shopping place for Discovery garden 1,2,3. Mostly Rice, vegetables and daal can get cheapest then Carryfour.

Took over 3 hours to deliver. My house is a mile away. When I called to asked where it was for the 3rd time, they told me to give them more time. Not impressed

There online ordering services are not good. Almost all the times, they call and tell us something or the other is unavailable. You should just switch off those options on your online app if they are unavailable. Last time I ordered a cheese (200g), they called and told that they dont have that particular type and will send a different one. Guess how many grams of cheese i got? 500g and that too with 2 packets of different brand cheese. Also, dont ever order meat here. They probably just take out the worst pieces full of bone. I can understand if this was first or second time, but Its probably the 10th or 15th time they are screwing up the order. They take forever to deliver (min 4-5 hours). Guys, buck up if you want your online services to continue.

Don't order anything from Westzone Online Stores specially Discovery Gardens Branch. It's my second horrible experience I ordered for breakfast items and others around 8: 30 AM and No Delivery till 11: 30 AM. When I call them they are just simply says we have only 1 delivery guy everyday. If they can't afford more delivery guys just cancel the online orders. And more products are not available and replaced products too expensive than the ordered one. I think it's a business trick.

Staff are very lazy no one willing to assist customers specially Filipino staff if you don’t check your invoice properly they will do double charge or over charge very disappointed today also happened the same

Supermarket in Discovery gardens. They a lot of stuffs for your dialy life. If you are living in Discovery gardens and need something very quick this is the place for it.

It is a very good supermarket that I recommend to anyone living in the building 16,17,18,19. It is a very close and convenient supermarket that has good things in it. Anyways, in my opinion, the bakery is not as good as you would expect. Thanks for reading this and for having me.

I always order here. But today One guy answer my call and took my order. Guy was very disrespectful and treating you like not a human at all. I called again to check a Filipina answered my call. I double check my order thank God I called again otherwise the person won't understand what he wrote. I asked the filipino who it was and she told me it's her supervisor. A SUPERVISOR WHO IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND NOT EVEN APOLOGETIC. What kind of customer services this is westzone. You lost one customer now and I will make sure you will lose more if you didn't change your approach to customers.

Good facility for Discovery garden resudents. Some items are much cheaper than the sumilar items in other shop.

Free home delivery is for discover garden for over 50 dirham purchase.

Vegitable, poltery, bakery, dairy items, fresh beaf, mutton, fish and chicken also available.

Free and lage parking area is there. So no worry about spending time in the market.

Supermarket & grocery store in Discovery Gardens. One thing you can find here, not easily in other stores is ready to consume fruit salad & greek salad packets
