The worst customer service and security guard. The evening shift security supervisor and security guy were very disrespectful. They did not listen to customer opinion. When I told them that I will make complaint about this. The security guard mentioned go and tell no issue for him. Bad and rude behaviour from security guard. Not expected like this service from West Zone.

Even they are not allowing empty reusable bag and they push us to buy plastic bag from cashier.

The place is located in Al Khail Gate Community. Stands above than any other supermarket in the vicinity.
Prices are very competitive against near by competitors and sometimes offers great deals on short expiry items.
The only store in the vicinity to serve non halal food offering as a separate section.
What can be better is prevention of big gatherings outside the gate which in these times gives a second thought of not to enter however very well managed from inside.
Staff is courteous and helpful.
Car washing facility in the free parking area makes this place more favorable to come.
Areas to do better: Standard staff uniform will be helpful

I am very upset with this supermarket. It’s been always an issue to put all veggies and fruits in 1 bag and all stickers on it. But today it was just NOT ALLOWED. I took my cloth bags, brought to weight food and was told that it’s NOT ALLOWED. The president of this supermarket and his belly appeared and said that is NOT ALLOWED, every veg/fruit goes in a plastic bag. Why? NOT ALLOWED. “It’s my supermarket and it’s NOT ALLOWED”. While everyone tries to reduce usage of plastic, this Westzone republic cultivates it. SHAME ON THEM. I left all my stuff and left.

Its Huge Hypermarket located in the the area of Al khail near Al khair Gate, good place for shopping grocery garment food items bakery kichen utensils, you will get cheap reasonable brands product here which is in budget of common people

Need to train cashier about coustmer services literally they dont know I mean speaking in their own language what does that mean.

I bought light bulbs (4 pcs.) for our flat last December 2019,2 were used and installed but the other 2 were placed on our storage cabinet for future use if ever we will have busted lights again. But when I took the stocked bulbs it has cracks and not working. I went to westzone to have it replaced. But the salesman and manager was not able to explain why I cant have it replaced. They just said it is too long overdue to have it replaced with a new one. So, I just left without any replacement. Hence, I bought a broken bulb from them.it is unfair for consumers for this kind of business on electronic items.

Staff are not friendly. Mostly you will find it dirty in the shop or that your favourite items may be out of stock for weeks. I do like that they opened the top roof for a market. Nice! And some food shops there as well. Only problem is that when you ask staff they don't know much or they are too busy to help their own culture or look at ladies than to take care of your business.

If you need organic products, healthy nutrition or high quality chocolates in reduced price, this is the right place for ya! Not all the time but most of the time they have sale on the quite good products such as Swiss chocolate, no trans fat added proteins and more.

Ok place to shop best part you get pork here! They have good offers specially for lind chocolate.

Clean supermarket. You can buy PORK? Items here. Few items are always on sale. Other items are bit expensive. Of course its uae and located in a residential area.

Nice choice of products, lots of very good offers, I got some really good deals on food close to expiry dates. Friendly staff too.

I always buy here in Westzone. And everything is available here even you can buy garments and food court is at first floor and any another items is ground floor.

Pork meat. Which is highly prohibited for Muslim. So feel uncomfortable. While around there and. Consuming products

The general prices are a little expensive compared to other supermarkets around. Although west zone is more accessible for most people.

Nice to have this hypermarket in al khail gate it also has a lot of shops and other facilities which provides great benefit to the people residing in al khail gate. It was also the first big supermarket in al khail gate.

It's kinda community mall, but serves like a a super or hyper market!
It caters to all asian nationalities! Particularly the Tagalog speaking Philipines community. The staff is Friendly and the overall hygiene of the place is Good. There are food court here, which serves good food.

Spacious Market, Very well displayed and a bit costly.

Many products are displayed which are about to expire in a couple of days.

Once purchased expired soft drink.

Be careful and check the expiry of item before purchasing.

Very poor service I can't get what I want and also expensive some items only in offer f I want to take only one box not allowed same thise item in picture

It's a one stop shop, Supermarket offers a huge variety at reasonable rates, and has an amazing Indian Restaurant RND restaurant!
