Lovely place to hang out, fully redeemable entrance fees, very quick and polite staff. They have a separate pool for adults, kids and a beach access. Our waiter Charles was a sweetheart accommodating all extra requests.

Tries to be everything to everyone. Party pool, family pool etc and actually works ok. The beach is beautiful - the let down we’re the drinks which tasted like cotton candy with juice.

Pool is nice for families and food is amazing. I highly recommend you to try their prawn tacos, sweet potato fries, chicken wings, burgers and passion fruit mohito.

The Sunday pool drip was a big disappointment.
* It was advertised on the website we could have drinks until 5PM but the bar closed at 4PM.
* Unlimited drinks for girls was only Gin Fizz
* Self Service at the bar

The place is really beautiful, I recommend it to everyone but the thing that makes it special is Daniel O! Without his service it wouldn't have been so perfect!

Lovely experience in general, many options in one place, big pool, wide ones, beach, cabanas, beds, seats, you have it all.

Amazing pool and beach. Very nice experience. We went on Monday it’s wasn’t crowded as weekends. Food Was ok we ordered salads would be better with more sauce. I will go back again for sure.

Went for a weekend brunch/pool access offer. The location and wibe is nice, also food is considerably tasty. But that's all about the place. Service is horrible, you wait for drinks 30min, they are always confused, mixing who ordered what, brings orders to different people and forget orders. Seems like either understaffed or very disorganized and not trained properly. Another disadvantage pool is small and gets rellly dirty in the middle of the day, hairs floating, unclear and not really pleasant to get in.

Love to come here to relax and get some sun.
But today.had a party of teens, who were playing ball inside the pool and playing their music loud.
None of the staff said anything to them. Shame!
Guess there is no understanding from the duty manager/supervisor.the point why people come to places like Wet Deck. Not to be given a headache from someone's dumb music playing loud and not to be worried if the ball gonna hit you.and not let you enter the pool.

Bad management

Such a wonderful spot! Not that busy, happy hour from 3pm to 5pm in such a relaxing and clean pool with a stunning view! Towels are provides, sunbeds at the pool and beach. Best place for sunbathe in Dubai!

Very nice place to visit. They have a great offer to pay for the entrance and redeem the money on drinks and food. It looks great and it is nice to enjoy yourself. Sometimes it can be overcrowded, but the people are cool, sometimes full of russian and african "celebrities" if you know what i mean, but music is good and if you are with good company you will have nice time.

Miami/ Las Vegas vibes! Great views of dubai landscape the shallow end of the pool was great for the younger kids to enjoy aswell as they have a separate kids pool. Fun day out

Terrible service. Had to wait ages for the lonely guy taking orders. On top of that the small canned (low class) beer is 13 usd. The "pools" are mostly child pools and the "big" adult pool is a very small plunge pool with max deep of 1.1 meter and in reality 0.9 meter. Water is muddy. No views from the top whatsoever. Music is very low and the anti-party is a reality. Great shower and toilet facilities. Avoid and choose another place to enjoy.

Amazing pool. Not too busy not too quiet. Music perfect level and Sanjip at the pool is amazing. Great customer service, so friendly and attentive. Asks what you need before you need to ask. Thanks a lot - recommend!

What the actual. Fridays Wet Deck was supposed to have that vibe. Come 2.30pm, a random DJ came on and some bloke with a bongo. The bongo ruined the whole vibe. Just no. As for the DJ… ABBA? !? Seriously. C’mon.

This was such a good place, ruined by the DJ and the bloke randomly hitting a bongo.

Pool water way too cold compared to other hotels on the palm. And service should NEVER ask to hold Emirates ID. Seems like they think every customer is a bad one. Up your class please. The pool concept is nice, the beach is amazing service was good.

The pool is nice but regarding the food we tried to order a pizza but unfortunately not available today.also we order watermelon juice but we shocked it was syrup juice.how you offer syrup juice infront of the pool in hot weather!

Great vibe. Kid friendly pool area (no slides) for good, with vegetarian and planted based options

Food was late and came in stages, excuse was they were busy. Quality ok. Bill time comes, and they over charge for items we did not order and insist that we ordered. 2 managers came for arguing, eventually they removed items from bill after 1 hour and after we threatened to call the police. Shame shame shame, not even an apology from anyone plus last trip when they finally changed the bill, the security guy came with the waiter. Shame on them!

We went for a day pass with my small daughert. As it goes one of the nicer kid friendly pools that dubai residents can visit. Prices for entry are very reasonable, service is great and the selection of different pools and beach means that no one area is too packed.highly recommended!

Gorgeous place! Sooooo relaxing! The staff is very attentive - and very nice. I highly recommend if you look for a decent rest by the pool in a modern, vibrant, high end place. Their food and prices are very good too for a 5* hotel. I will be back!

Nice and relaxed beach& pool vibes. Alittle pricey.
There are 1+1 happyhour options on selected cocktails (on the menu).

Beautiful pool, delicious food and great service! We were very well taken care of, manager Serjan was very professional and friendly.

Place is fun but understaffed, takes time find someone to give order. Pool is nice yet small. I do not advise the cocktails.

Amazing place! Such a nice location and vibe. Food super nice. Daniel was serving us was super proffesional and nice, he came to check on us few times to see if we have everything we need. Super happy with the service, staff is amazing!

Wet deck is understaffed and you need to wait a long time to be attended. The cocktails do not taste nice and drinks are still served in plastic cups. I had higher expectations for this place. Won’t come again and do not recommend it.

Great that it has a no children policy. But has small pool and if you want music and atmosphere this place isn't it.

There's a great beach and large separate pool which are excellent. That's the main pool area separate from wet deck but that area is child friendly.

Not a bad pool bar but probably best to go with a big group so you can build the atmosphere yourself.

Highly unprofessional service, the reservations team told us we could come the next day for a beach pass on a “first come first serve basis”. We travelled 30 minutes to be there early, only to be informed at the door that they had changed this policy. Very disappointing and not up to the standard you would expect of other W hotels.

We visited Dubai for a girls trip and this was our first Dubai brunch experience. We had a great time! The buffet spread was very impressive and far exceeded my expectations! If you have a sweet tooth you’d love the dessert station which was purely Oreo themed including a giant Oreo cheesecake! The atmosphere was really fun with plenty of entertainment and everyone was super friendly. I loved that Glitterbox was there which added to the fun!

Surprised the brunch is so popular. Lousy service, average food, music might as well be virgin radio and to top things off they make you drink from awful plastic beakers that literally smell of BPA. If you love over-priced brunches surrounded by estate agents, this is the place for you

We went last Friday for a brunch and the place is so lovely, staff are extremely orgnised and friendly, food was also super, meat, chicken and seafood, ice creams and beverages. Various options and the taste was also perfect

We paid 400 AED per person, pool access and food are included. The crowd was groups where we all had fun, and it wasn’t crowded, pool was normal not big not small. Recommended for groups.

It was my first time visiting Wet Deck at W on the Palm and it definitely won’t be the last. During Ramadan the minimum spend for sun loungers is 200AED. The area opens by 9am but the adults only pool is only open by 10am. You can order drinks from then but food service doesn’t start until 11am. The lifeguard on duty Bryan is super lovely and assisted me throughout the day by making sure I had enough shade and reminding me to drink enough water. The sun loungers are on first come first served basis or you can also reserve the beds and cabanas in advance. I’d recommend getting down there early to secure the perfect spot. In saying that there are loads of bed at both pools and even some on the beach as well. Friday’s they run their brunch so Saturday is the perfect day just to chill in the pool.
