Their prices is not normal at all, and specially the one on reception doesn’t know how to be nice and kind with customers, never know how to deal, i donno how they hire like that receptionist.never recommend.if the rent is expensive in marina not to make it up for the customers.its not our problem.we can go a bit far to get reasonable price.

Wonderful service! The people are all extremely polite and attentive. They clearly care. We have two dogs of which they both have the best grooming we've experienced, considering we have been to many.in addition, the salon/store is very clean and tidy. Nice staff, did extra work on our cat but expected it the cat to look better

Treated the cat nicely when I was there and they told me the cat will be done in one hour since they were busy with a hog and sure she was done as promised

As there was an offer for 50% off the first visit, we went for the top package and we were so impressed. The groomer was very confident and knew exactly how to handle our fur baby. She usually hates being bathed but she seemed to love every minute here! The lady who ran the shop was very communicative prior to our visit and made notes for our next visit.

Found Whiskers and Hounds on Instagram and must say do not regret getting our fur baby groomed from them. The groomer did a fantastic job with our four legged baby! Would definitely recommend (have already done) them to our pet owning friends and family! Will surely continue using their services and would recommend everyone to do so too!

Went here today to groom 2 of my babies, cookie and flatwhite. All the staff are professional. Kends was professionally greet and explain the different grooming options. Kends then asked what kind of style I wan for my 2 babies. Groomers were attentively, patiently and carefully handled them. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience. Cookie and flatwhite look and smell very nice now.

A must visit for furr parents!

First time client. Impressed by the welcome of Calice who accompanied me to the underground parking lot then to the pet shop. Groomer Romeo greeted us at the door. My Pomeranian was washed & groomed perfectly. Shop very clean & witness the dry cleaning drop of the clean towels. Was introduced to air dried raw meat as a healthier option of pet food. Was offered sample to try. My pom liked the air dried treats that we got from K9 Natural.
Their loyalty program is also very interesting in full grooming 1 time 50% & next full price; then again 3rd time 50% then after full price; & it carries on.
We will definitely go back. Beautiful walk on the marina too on late afternoon. Great location. Very easily accessible.happy customer. Thank you “whiskers & hounds”.

Whiskers & Hound is one of our new favourite places for grooming and food! The groomer is the absolute best in Dubai (not exaggerating). The staff at the store are incredibly friendly and helpful. And the food brands offered are so unique and some of the best we've found in Dubai. We have a super fussy eater and our pup loves the food brands from Whiskers & Hound! Would HIGHLY recommend all the products.
My favourite part of going to the store is actually meeting the founders and owners! That level of personalisation and care is so unique and rare in Dubai. We've been able to ask super specific questions about the products directly to the owners who are very well versed with all the knowledge! Great grooming service, very accomodating and knowledgeable staff. We were greeted by the owner who was quite friendly and gave us good tips on dog nutrition. The store also sells dog accesories and different dog foods. We will be revisiting for sure. Recommended.
