First, i want to start off about how beautiful the showroom is, the amount of beautiful varieties of lighting is amazing! You can never go out without finding your perfect match!

Ayman is one of a kind sales manager I found in the entire UAE. There is no parallel to him and his memory. He remembered my name and my professional affiliation the moment I entered the store. It was only my second visit almost after a year and a half. Don’t ever lose him.

Excellent collection of lights and good service. If you want some good bedroom table lamps or wall laps and good lights for living / dining areas check them out. They have some really cool marble round and rectangular ceiling lights

Good collection of side tables, lamps. Didn't give a good discount hence 4 stars. Paid Delivery for purchases below 10k. More on the expensive side in general.

Whilst the products they have are very good, the customer experience is very poor. When you go there to purchase even just a simple light, they don’t hold any stock so you either have to return the next day to the shop or pay 90 aed for delivery. Even their return policy is ridiculous deducting aed300 if you are not satisfied with the product and you want to exchange. Too bad that they have not been able to fine tune and design a better customer experience because their products are very good.

I am appalled by the customer care I have experienced! Completely far from the levels we are familiar of in Dubai.

I unfortunately decided to buy a table lamp from this place. When I came back the next day to pick it up as instructed, and after checking the item out, I noticed it was chipped off from the side.

The sales person thought it would be simple to just grab the one on display and give it to me. I’m sorry, this place wouldn’t give a single dirham of discount, why should I accept getting a semi used item on display that has been collecting dust from God knows when, when I paid full price for it? Would you? He tried to convince me that it is as new. When I refused, he told me he’ll get another one from the warehouse, but I’ll have to come back later to pick it up. I was clear to explain to him that I live far from the store and would appreciate it if he checks the item before I drive all the way back again. He assured me that he will…

The next day, we receive two calls to come pick up the lamp. When I reached the store, I discovered it is a completely different color from the one I originally chose! I was extremely frustrated! I asked the salesperson, haven’t you assured me that the item will be checked before you call me for pick up? He simply said he just realized now that the colors are different! Not wanting to disappoint my wife as she liked that lamp, I offered to take the one on display, but they will have to give me discount. They refused. So I asked for a full refund which they were more than willing and quick to give me rather than trying to make a sale.

I realize that this place got all fine and dandy reviews and they do sell nice lamps, at least on display. I just have an advice to whomever plans to buy from them: pay attention to the quality of the items you receive, and make sure they are checked and double checked before you pick them up. It is your right as a customer, after all!

I have recently moved to my new house. I bought so much stuff from here, this is the best ever in terms of quality +delivery time and super accurate. The manager called me in the same delivery date mentioned the truck had an issue and he rented a new one just to deliver my items. No one ever made my day like this shop. Strongly recommended since each item is super unique. Thanks you indeed.
