We've been using Whites for several years and love the service.
Quality is great and all the staff so polite, helpful and very friendly!
Special shout out to Clark whos our guy - always happy to help and very friendly.

If there was a lower rating they would deserve it. They first returned my jacked back unclean then took back to redo and returned it damaged. Then took to fix the damage and returned with more damage then claimed they received it damaged in the first place…. If anyone doubts I have the images.

Mr. Neil is perfect example of an employee that makes his work professionally. Dresses collected and delivered on time. He has this initiative to call/message to updates the clients. An Amazing job that he is offering to the clients. An employee that should a company keeps. A millions stars to Mr. Neil.

These guys are Excellent.from the way they respond to a message for a laundry pick up, the accuracy of their arrival time, the next day delivery and the politeness and kindness of all the people involved! They have quick pickup and express service however they keep “loosing” the bedsheets or bedcovers, they have no answer or no followup on the missing items!

I tried different laundry services that claimed a premium service, and as a clean/organization freak, nothing met my expectations until I tried whites. Truly the no. 1 premium laundry service. HIGHLY recommended.

2 leather jackets that had damage and required cleaning. Whilst was was done brilliantly, they were unable to repair the damage to the second jacket. But they tried tirelessly to come up with a solution for me and when they had exhausted all options, the MD called me to apologise and offer me a very favourable discount on my invoice. They have been extremely professional throughout and I can highly recommend them. I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you

By far the best laundry service I have used in Dubai. Professional, clean, reliable and consistent. Also responsive on last minute notice and offer next day delivery.

I had few stains on my jacket. Sent it first to another laundry who could not risk cleaning the jacket.

Whites employees were very confident when I asked if the stains will be removed. They told me that around 80% will be removed. When I received my jacket the stains were not even there at all.

I am really impressed by all means with their professional service.

Whites Laundry is the Best Laundry. Love the services and the customer service as well.if there's 10 stars I will give 10.

I used their service a couple of times. I used their home bundle which is a set price for bed sets. They all of a sudden decided to charge more even though it was the same set as usual. They did not deliver the bed sheets and i waited for the he next day to contact them, even though we have whatsapp number to communicate.
I dont recommend their service. Their attitude excuses are childish.
