My item didn’t get cleaned I paid for the service and got my item back exactly with same stains I brought in for cleaning nothing changed really not satisfied

Amazing service! So professional and hassle free. They always do a great job with my clothes and pick and deliver them on time.

For a premium service after 5 days they told me they had to wash my suit as they weren’t capable of removing some slight stains through dry cleaning…. 2 weeks later I have to follow up to ask where the suit is, better to go to a basic non premium service than this “premium” company

Whites laundry is very accessible from work. Attendants are well presented and very accommodating. Service is also superb. You will get notified immediately to pick up your clothes. I will highly recommend this shop to anyone near the area.

I have used many dry cleaners in Dubai over 23 years, and in the latter years it has been hard to find a professional, caring company which provides excellent customer service from the daily face to face to the company courier, I’ve now found it! I get treated always with a smile, any advice I may need and suggestions of how they may help further. I recommend Whites to everyone, they may not be the cheapest, but I can see the difference in every item

My medical uniform had an acid reaction stain on it and I thought it's not gonna go away. I tried to find the best reviewed laundry in town and I came across whites.
With not much hope I gave my uniform to whites to remove the stain and to my surprise when I received it, all the stains were gone. My uniform was brand new and it was an expensive brand so I'm very happy with the result.

I dropped karak on my white thobe and brought it here the next day. I ordered express same day service and they delivered early. I was astonished that the thobe came back white. I expected it to be garbage. Thank you Maria for being so helpful

One or the worst laundries. They damaged our bee sheets fabrics and refuses to compensate us. Don't go there if you don't want to get your clothes dagamed.

They damaged our bed sheets and pillow covers and refused and type of compensation. Not even an apology. Don't come here if you dont wanna ruin your clothes!

I expected a premium service, my laundry were sent out for delivery one day late and no one called to tell me that they wouldn't be able to deliver as promissed. They delivered them the next day and thet missed delivering few items, they sent the missing items the same day with a sorry note which is appreciated. They charge a very high pricing to clean shoes and very long time to do the service. Shirts were cleaned properly and as needed. Staff is friendly and helpful. But for such a premium service, you would expect a better outcome. Should get better.

Very unsatisfied with the service. 2 T-shirt came back with scratches and with a hole after they cleaned. They spotted the first scratch and blamed me for being there before.

The customer service is incredible. Whites Laundry is a great place to dry clean your couture & designer clothes. They are very careful and professional.

Trusting the Laundry branding of "premium services" I have sent my curtains for cleaning to Whites.

Short Story: DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE and far from being PREMIUM as they try to market.
They ruined my curtains - tried to redo them (output is absolutely terrible, unacceptable and low quality) and they didn't refund my money (for a cleaning service that at the end they didn't really do).

Long Story with details (for those interested)
1- They told me the curtains will be ready in 5 to 7 days - took them 9 days to get them done
2- Once delivered, the curtains' hooks were missing.it took them another couple of days to locate them.but they only sent me 14 hooks instead of 46. (up until then I hadn't removed the curtains from the plastic bags as I couldn't still hang them - no point.
3- I notified them again of the missing hooks and they got them delivered the next day. (Already here, frustration levels high - though the lady over whatsapp was trying to manage the situation as much as possible)
4- Once I removed the curtains from the bags I was shocked to see the blackout melted (literally) - attached photos. The sheers had also a stain (but was really minor compared to the blackout situation.)
5- Outraged I notified the lady over whatsapp and shared photos and videos. I received a call from the COO recognizing the mistake and offering to fix it by redoing the blackouts. I also asked for the BO cleaning refund - answer was, no worries we will fix the situation.
6- I dropped the melted BO to Whites.and within 36 hours they notified me to collect the new ones; which once installed- turned out to be unequal in length. Again I shared the photos with the lady and the COO calls me again with a "joking attitude". Asking me how he can solve his problem and eluding that he "did me a favor" and provided me with "new" curtains and that I am being "emotional" so he will reach out again when I am calm. Also trying to convince me that the 20 cm difference in length will reduce if I let the curtains hang for a couple of day.

Result: I am left with unacceptable curtains in my living - In the money I spent to clean them and the time I wasted I could have simply gotten new GOOD ones.

The customer service was top notch. I got my carpet in due time and all stains completely wiped off. I will definitely come back for the good value and affordability.

I use Whites whenever I am in Dubai, much cheaper and better quality than the hotel and the staff are super professional and attentive.
