Wide Range Restaurant JVC

Meals are not good as expected. Not worthy and side items not served well and less items also.

This restaurant staff behavior is not good at all. First they didn't mentain hygien and second they charge me for food which I didn't eat. And I hope Dubai municipality will review this and will take action.

I order by call 4 tea for family and large water yesterday from my car infront of restaurant exactly, I was holding my baby he was sleeping, person on call was very rude and refuse to give me, he said you have come and pick up yourself.

Worst.illiterate staffs and total unprofessional experience.always keep something missing on talabat delivery.waste of hard earned money

There is very little space for seating and food is not upto the mark comparing other places with similar food in Dubai. Can definitely do better

Food was good.
Cleanliness to be improved.
Washroom was not clean. Flies were there while eating.

One of the best mushroom masala that we ever tried! Very nice service and very tasty food! Recommend

I will give a fair rate for the taste of food. What i remembered, we ordered chicken sisig, pancit, and adobo. I am not sure if the cook is Filipino bit the taste is relatively close.

As a filipino, it is our happiness to find a restaurant that offers Filipino food abroad. My friends and I had a great time at wide range. If you're around JVC and looking for some filipino food, this restaurant is a must try. Their serving is good for sharing and the prices are quite affordable!

Poooor experience with the delivered items, very poor response from restaurant order taking staff. I hate this restaurant, no responsibility on delivered food, once they delivered its over, they will not consider if any complaint we raised on food

7/11/2022 I visit with my friend I Will inform him taste is ok and we ordered beef biriyani but the beef is not boiled gud so we complaint the waiter also we can't ate the beef they not say anything they cost 16+16 dhs each briyani after complaint also they not care.my experience they did like that it's not favor.

Not customer oriented at all, the reception guy attending the call on dated 15th Sep at 9.10 pm was extremely rude in attending to the complaint made on the delivery made. We repeated our last order as it was good, but unfortunately the second time it didnt turn out to be the same. Upon raising complaint they criticised and offered to replace with great attitude and disregard. This guy stooped to such a level that he didn't maintain a 1 star behavior. His tone, attitude was not at all appreciable and not sounding apt for hotel in such good community. DISAPPOINTING. If the manager in charge is reading this please action so customers feel the warmth to come back again.

The manager is one hell of rude, disrespectful man.no sense of interacting with customers. He behaves as if he’s the owner of the restaurant.
Never visiting again

The best Butter Chicken! Great service.
My husband and I enjoy the Butter Chicken, charcoal chicken, veg rice and butter naan. They have a good selection of food.

I ordered two masala dosa it took one hour
But is cold like ice delivery boy very rude
Please don't order from here this is request for everyone

Worst food experience in my uae life. I ordered Meals later they said its not available, then i ordered Chicken biriyani and i received Mutton biriyani after 15 min.and its the worst.not spicy and not salted. Surprisingly the the supplier said its their normal dish.any way won't suggest if u r looking for a tasty dish.
NB: I was with family and kids.

I have horrible experience in this restaurant. The food is good but the responsibility and behavior it very terrible. I am also a chef i know how to handle the customer but from this this restaurant I feel the food they giving like charity

We had visited other branches of Wide Range. But this JVC branch is Bad.
Had ordered Hyderabadi Mutton curry and got a dish which is not even close to the one displayed in the menu. Parota was cold and like rubber. Didn't taste good.
When informed to the staff about the quality of food, they started justifying that they serve all the same type of food - without even listening out the feedback positively. Never gonna visit this branch again!

Very bad table service. Waited more than 15 minutes in the morning. There were maximum 3 or four customers. I left without ordering. No one is responsible there.

This is an above average food place in dubai!
However not always the great.

Pothichoru i tried was pretty average and the fish was not fresh!

The food and service is nothing compared to their karama branch. The deliveries are super late almost every time. Plus a lot of times the entire order was not bagged. Would never visit or order from there again.

Assuming it's part of the wide range chain of restaurants, we entered this place.
The prawns curry came with frozen small prawns that were not deviened or cleaned properly, the chicken malai tikka and idiyyappam was sweet and the chicken cooked properly.
The a/c was not functioning and the heat was unbearable inside.
It was not a pleasant experience we left with a take away which we have no idea what to do with.

We had worst experience with our first order, we have ordered chicken Briyani and try to taste, The taste is sooo bad and this is not at all Briyani, will never order again.

We have ordered one chicken charcoal and told them to make it a bit spicy. But, oh my god They made it most spicy and it was unbearable

Alao we have ordered Beef Biriyani, it is completely worst Biriyani. They just put sum beef masala pieces inside some ghee rice.

Not in the same class as the Wide Range Madina at Karama. Limited seating capacity and food quality not as good as Karama. Still a good restaurant

Today i took the take away order chicken fried biriyani in that biriyani they put wastage chicken balance really pethatic.

I orders food from here more than twice, first time I ordered chicken fried rice. It was not great in taste. Was like chunks of chicken and rice heated on a pan. But the quality was ok. The ambiance is fine. Second time I ordered set Dosa, I was disappointed by the taste of sambar and coconut chutney.
Overall it is just ok to visit this place for quick bites.

Tasty and authentic food as we use to get from other wide range shops. The best Indian restaurant around Jumeriah village circle on budget for sure. Pleasant ambience with dark theme interior augments the dining experience to another level.

Your person on the phone has no manners absolutely.he doesn't listen to the order, messes up the order and when you call to complain, he said I didn't hear anything and it is the customers fault to assume he heard. I specifically told him 3 times.he says they are very busy and don't have time to listen to everything the customers says

Gobi Manchurian heavily toasted. See a doctor immediately. Sczhwan mushroom noodles one bit is enough to burn your stomach. God promise. Don't order or eat. Take care of your health. Delivery took one hour for same area as well.

Worst service rude staff. Shame on you calling yourself a restaurant and hospitality staff. Tired with this restaurant poor service. Never gonna order or talk about this road side Thela again.

Very few kerala joints in this area so we are pretty much forced to order from here. The chicken biryani we tried had too much masala and wasn't good but when I ordered the fish biryani on another day, it was made well. We also tried the chilli chicken and porota which was decent. Would be great if they could fix the Biryani always as we really need a good mallu place near us.

This is the most unhygienic restaurant in JVC. Received filthy food and on complaining I was threatened by the restaurant manager to complain to municipality or police. Extremely rude. Appalled and in shock!

Took takeaway from their restaurant and they did not kept curry in fish curry meals. When I rang them, instead of saying sorry. The guy seems to be very rough to accept their mistake.

Horrible and fraudulent people. Ordered masala dosa and got delivered plain dosa instead. When i complained thinking it to be a genuine mistake, they ask for proof with photos. Which i politely obliged n did accordingly. But they instead of acknowledging the mistake abused me. Called me liar. Why in the whole freaking world wud i invest time n energy into arguing over plain and masala dosa. Horrible people.

The worst! We ordered a delivery and food was really bad so could not eat. The worst part is we paid by credit card and a delivery guy charged twice for the same bill. They made a mistake and kept telling us they cant refund the amount without a reason. They insist that we have to buy something within the amount but what should I buy if we didnt eat the food we ordered earlier? I am wondering how this could be possible in Dubai.

The worst experience ever! I don’t know how the owner is keeping these staffs! If you pay by card they will charge you twice, if you don’t notice it then your money is gone, and If you do they will deny and tell you that it’s your bank problem. Once you show them the proof, then they will ask you to order from them with the same amount. No Human or business ethics. I expect them to close soon! I hope!

Place is very small, space between tables and chairs is very congested, place will be full of smoke (from the kitchen).
3 starts is only for the taste.
No proper maintenance of hand wash area, No independent washrooms.

The worst experience I ever had in Dubai. I ordered 2 lunch fish curry meals, after 1 hour 20 minutes, delivery came with only 1 meals. And in the bill, they charged for chicken biryani. I spoke to one staff, but he talk like it's a simple thing. I never suggest this restaurant for anyone. Management team need to take care of this restaurant operations. If you check the reviews, most of them are complaints only. Then also they are not changing their attitude.mainly staff behaviour.

Arrogant staff managing cash counter, poor service, immense delay in serving, staff at counter (probably manager) resistant to feedback and justified that it is just an express counter and you can only expect this from here. Anybody with that attitude doesn't deserve to be in customer service industry. Very sorry to have gone there. Dear wide range, we would not repeat this mistake.

Very bad food delivery service, 2 hrs delay is just normal for them, and check your order and make sure u get the same food you ordered

So bad! Always delayed delivery, only for rice almost 2hours and still not ready, staff is worst also, they don't know customer service is! We will not come and order again, also I let my friends not to come

One should never order from wide range and they will never deliver as committed. 2 hours is normal delay for them and they dont even respond. I truly wouldnt recommend them to anyone. If you want to have dinner then order at lunch time and if you want lunch order the previous day.

Nice place for meals or snacks. Cozy with 4-seat tables. Very affordable. They have a family area as well, but not privacy conscious. We order delivery from them frequently too, food is also nice (expect Indian food to be quite spicy!).

I call to order food and waiting for 1hr for the food to come. I call 3 time to follow the guy who answer can't hear properly I need to shout in mobile so he can hear. I follow up my order and he said after 10 minutes to come so means they don't punch my order. If only there's other restaurant to choose in JVC. It's so frustrating.
