We just found out at the spot that my kid can’t go on any slide. We can only go in lazy river and wave pool, that’s all.
So If you have small children under 95-110cm do not come here, even the smallest slide in kids area doesn’t allow them.

Not very good experience with food too. We paid for “All you can eat”, you can only order every 30mins in 2 restaurants. And quality of the food is terrible.

Go spend your hard earn money somewhere else like Atlantis or Yas waterworld.

Each ticket order takes 15-30 minutes, do the math and estimate your waiting time in the long queue! Before you say “get them online” the discount offers (esaad, fazaa etc) will not apply. Even if they did you still must stand in the same queue to validate your tickets. (The online queue is more or less the same). I think the solution is SIMPLY the ticket orders and speed up the queues. Open more counters in the morning.

We spent more than an hour in queue at the ticket office (Thursday). Even if you have an e-ticket, you will still be standing in line. There is no toilet in the entrance area, so do not drink a lot of water before you manage to get inside.
Apparently, the cashier's employees are obliged to ask a lot of questions, offer to buy additional services. All organizational issues take place at the ticket office: payment for towels, lockers, etc.
There is some paperwork going on. Therefore, servicing one client takes 10 minutes.
Not all ticket offices worked.

Worst water park experience I’ve ever had!

First of all we had to wait in line for a very long time even with online tickets booked.

The lifeguards that worked there were very mean and disrespectful to me and my family. We had fast track passes which DID NOT mention on the website is only for 3 rides out of the 11 available. I still do NOT know which ones they are because every single lifeguard I asked had a different answer.

I would also like to mention that the fast passes are very SUBJECTIVE to the lifeguards themselves as they choose who they want to let on first. For example on the Wipeout Flowrider attraction, me and my 2 other family members went to the fast track lane even without other people being there. However once other people showed up at the normal lane, the fast track did not matter anymore as the lifeguard chose people one by one from each lane no matter when we came or where we were standing.

However I would like to mention that the singular amazing experience we had there was the Jumeirah Sceirah which was a genuinely fun ride that was worth waiting for.

With all of this mentioned, do not get the fast track pass because they are for NOTHING.

Thank you to Asanka, Eugene, Nicole and Mary.
When things don’t go to plan staff can always better your experience or make it worse.
I’d given 10 stars to the following people if I could because of how efficiently handled situations.

The place is Good and clean for families. But the Food there is very Expensive and not tasty. Long waiting time to buy tickets. Better get tickets online.

Amazing waterpark with some incredible views & Very good rides! Enjoyable for a group of adults/teens and even a family! Would highly recommend going. I got my ticket from the Privilee pass, which is very good value for money.

Located in Dubai and situated in front of the stunning Burj Al Arab, Wild Wadi offers 30 rides and attractions for all the family. Wild Wadi is themed around the tale of Juha, a known character from the Arabian folklore.
We went expecting an enjoyable and pleasant afternoon, however, during Covid times the park is lacking general Covid practice. An example was standing in line for food in which wearing a mask was made mandatory though no one respected it and on top of it made sure there was no safe distance from one another. Staff would pass by the queue and turn a blind eye. No safe distance while waiting in line for the rides and any feedback offered at the end of the day felt dismissed and not of importance. We hope the park reviews how to reinforce basic safety procedures, it makes me wonder what else they might turn a blind eye to.
The rides are nice and family friendly. Overall the park is clean and safe. But restaurants are a choc. Very expensive to have basic burgers that don’t taste good. Waiting time was 15 min to order and 22 min for food preparation. And you can’t escape from it as it is forbidden to bring your own food and they check.
Overall good experience but food and drinks are rip off

We came here back again after 15 years, and we looked to these facilities and rides with a different eye. It all worked but it seemed that they were saving on electricity and the flow of the water was quite limited. One ride was closed, and another ride broke down and we had to wait for 45 min before it was operational again. This ride also attracted large lines. Covid rules of distancing are not practised. We will look for going to any other waterparks in the next says

One of the best water park ️ I have visited!
I love it because of its "Flood River Flyer" ride.
This ride connects to 6 slides so you don't have to be in a queue for each of 6 slides.
Best time to be in the water park is when the park opens in the morning that is 10 am. Otherwise it gets really busy especially on the weekends.
Iconic Burj Al Arab is visible from most of the the corners of the park as this park is located next to Burj Al Arab.

Wild indeed! The experience was magical, can the explained. I will recommend this place for lovers anytime. It was very romantic going through the water rides. All you need to do is ensure you have selfie stick and phone waterproof bag to take enough pictures and videos for a lasting memory.

Probably the best day out ever. Great slides, good weather (well it's Dubai!) amazing views from the top of the slides. Some of the slides are not for the faint hearted like the Jumeirah Scream. Great expirience all together

It is a good water park. There is only 11 rides but it is outstanding. The best ride is Tantrum Alley. Then the second best I feel is Master Blades Which Connects 11 Rides. It takes 15 Minutes to finish That ride. The best experience in Wild Wadi Waterpark.

You can skip it if you have been to Imegica in India (near Mumbai). Staff there at Wild Wadi Waterpark is also not very co-operative. IMEGICA in India is far better than this

Fun waterpark for a visit. So all the rides and be sure to bring some sunscreen. When we were there the BBQ food place was closed so that left us with burgers or pizza only. The parking was free which is nice. The lockers are easy to use. The pictures that they take of you are quite expensive, which is to be expected I guess. Overall a lot of fun here so for sure recommend it.
