Pablo took our order and serve our food. He was extremely nice and patient with us. He was helpful when we were asking for suggestions on what to order as well. The food was super fresh, hot and flavorful! Also try the mocktails!

I ordered last night and the food is up to my satisfaction.
The only thing i didn’t like is the bread on the sliders…it is very much hardened already. I was expecting a softer bun if not a bun that is new and not old stock.

I was pleasantly surprised. Nice portions, good quality food. Something between a fast food and a restaurant (closer to a restaurant due to service and quality). The food was fresh and tasty, but definitely not for the healthy/low fat conscious people. A nice cheat day treat. Both burger and wings are good options to choose from.

A good place to get a plate of wings. Great food i’m totally impressed. Today I had 16 wings in different sauces, The Hitman (buffalo sauce), Korean Henchmen (Korean BBQ sauce), Dillinger (Garlic Parmesan), Machine Gun Kelly (Glazed BBQ sauce) with a side of carrots and celery. Their signature sauce is incredible! A layered flavor that is a journey of awesomeness in every bite. The price may be considered a little above moderate for a lunch but the quality of the food made it worth the price or EAT ALL YOU CAN every Wednesday for just 89AED ONLY!

Dine in, take out, or delivery. The dinning room is currently open and waiting for you and it is clean, open and comfortable atmosphere. For me, I highly recommend this restaurant and am looking forward to be back with friends or family so soon.

With a name like Wingsters, it makes sense that the menu is focused on.chicken wings.

You have terrific sides like the sliders, which come in chicken and beef versions. I tried the unique panko-crusted fried chicken sliders, and my favourite had the Wingsters' special Buffalo Sauce drizzled over it. I tried the traditional BBQ sauce slider and a slider with house ranch and dill pickles as well which were fairly good.

Undoubtedly, the wings are the show's main attraction. The Korean Henchmen with its Korean BBQ blend was a treat. Made fresh when ordered and covered in your selected sauce, such as the Al Capone with a sharp garlic flavour that I devoured as soon as it arrived.

The Pecan Caramel Rockslide Brownie was surprisingly tasty as well. With a casual vibe, friendly staff and reasonable pricing, you'd be silly to ignore this mob (pun intended). Check out Wingsters and thank me later.

Ordered Boneless chicken wings and they gave me boneless chicken breasts. When I called to inquire thinking that I was given the wrong item by misktake, the rep on the phone was chuckling saying "sorry ma'am, that is our boneless chicken wings", as if it sounds funny to her that I am complaining about the wrong item that was delivered to me. I ordered for boneless wings and I expected for, well, boneless wings!

I requested to speak with the manager and no one has bothered to called me. ‍️

Don't mislead people by putting it on your menu as boneless chicken wings. Put it as fresh hormone and antibiotic free BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST. Plain.and.simple.there is no need to bash other restaurants by saying their's are rubbish.

And yes, chicken wings can be deboned.

I used the entertainer for the burger and wings was average or above average

I got food poisoning and hospitalized last week from their chicken. The worst thing also they took this lightly without contacting, apologizing or doing anything. Just don’t order

The best wings restaurant, so far. They have huge options of wings sauce, and you can also choose the level of spiciness. You can never go wrong with their Truffle MacN’Cheese. Try their milkshakes as well, the vanilla with peanut butter is so good.

All and all, everything on the menu is good except mozzarella sticks.

Lastly, they have entertainer, so use it!

We have ordered several times from Wingsters. So far we ordered burgers and the wings. The wings are good, however it comes down now to guessing what wings has which sauce, it is not mentioned anymore. So we ordered the sauce on the side.do not do that as the sauce is not enough. The delivery is fast. The estimated time is really the time, when the food arrives. Once the order was completely tossed up, as the delivery guy must have been taking the speed bumps super fast.

The restaurant's theme is very unique, and the wings taste and the variety of sauces are a must to try.

Average taste food:
We tried Escobar and consegliere burgers, mac n cheese truffle, fries and mozrilla sticks.

Good service overall by the staff however the food taste was average.

Wingster is definitely the first, one of its kind Buffalo wing’s specialist restaurant in the UAE. They have a diverse menu of over 25 wings flavours and a wide range of burgers and side dishes. Moreover, the best thing about their restaurant is that all their sauces are homemade. The food portions are pretty good.

The service it’s just on point, they were incredibly friendly and efficient. It was totally worth a visit. Would highly recommend for all the wing’s lovers.

Located on Sh. Zayed Road but hidden from the highway is this small but not so small American outlet serving wings, burgers, milkshakes and more.

The outlet has indoor and outdoor dining areas and parking in the building which you can avail by getting the parking ticket stamped at the restaurant.

I was here with my kiddo one Friday afternoon for lunch and the place was packed with people on their lunch break.

We tried Regular Wings, Mac n cheese, The Tommy Gun burger, Sweet Potato Fries and a Strawberry Milkshake.

Food does take a lil time to reach the table but it’s cooked to perfection and did taste good.

The Mac n cheese as the name suggests, was cheesy and delicious. Tommy Gun is a crispy chicken burger that was too good. Digging into the wings one by one was fun. We ordered it with medium spicy sauce but it was that spicy.

The strawberry milkshake was delicious. Can’t wait to try the other flavors.

Ordered boneless chicken wings only to be served with chicken breast. Very disappointed as a result. That's wrong. Breast should not be sold as wings

In response to your reply I would agree that yes I was naive to expect that boneless wings would be possible but I am only the customer, I am not in the market of selling wings so have no experience to tell me that boneless wings are going to be chicken breast. To avoid the confusion from the misleading menu surely as a minimum your staff should warn customers.

Anyway your patronising reply instead of a polite apology is enough to guarantee that me my family and friends will never return to your restaurant

This place is really nice especially with family or friends. There is only one issue which is space, as the restaurant size is relatively small however, the staff is very friendly and sweet!

The taste of the wings are delicious and mouth watering, extremely saucy and tasty. The sides - carrots and celery are fresh and yummy.

The food was great. Loved the customer service Charlotte made sure we had a good experience. Appreciate her effort and sense of humor. She made our night.

Wow! I was not expecting it this much flavor combined with the crispness of these wings, very delicious and reasonably priced. I will be coming back to try the other flavors.

Came here for the all-you-can-eat night offer on Monday (AED 89).

Overall:
It's good. Give it a try and see what you think. If you're a big eater, it's for you. I may recommend it, visit it again myself, but not that often.

Things you may not like:
- If you dislike waiting between served dishes, it's not for you. Expect to wait for some time in between.

- My first order took long. When I asked, the waiter said it's because I ordered Mac 'n Cheese that took the extra time. I thought he should've asked whether I wanted all served together, or if I was fine with separate dishes when each is ready, which he didn't. But to be fair, he managed to compensate that by asking what I'd like next the moment he delivered a dish, so the next dish arrives by the time I finish what I have.

- They'll limit the serving to 8 wings a time, with a choice of 1 sauce. This is currently their policy to avoid "wastage". It's something I haven't experienced before in other places that offer more costly buffets such as Sushi and Brazilian grills which have continuous servings. So I wondered why I'm seeing such a worrisome policy with chicken wings. I don't think it makes a positive message from any brand to customers, and has to be revised and solved in some other way (e.g. "finish it or pay extra for it"). Make me responsible as a customer, don't impose an irritating restriction that affects my experience.

- I can be wrong, but I'm assuming that experience of latency may be the cause I saw few to no one even though it was 7-8pm already, which is half the time of the offer (6-10pm). The fact that there were not so many people around was a bit uncomfortable, as the waiters, one of which actually, was bizzarily staring towards me. I have to say though, they try their best to help and serve well.

The server Thandi is superb, provides great service. The food specially the BBQ sauce flavored wings are out of this world

When it comes to chicken wings, this is hands down the place to be!

I have been to both this and the previous location and I can assure you that this is this branch is an improvement on every level. I am only removing one start because the waitress didn't know the difference between a mocktail and a mojito and since I was introducing friends it was a bit embarrassing.

All in all, I'm looking forward to my next visit (All you can eat Wings!)

Tried the Al Capone flavored wings, escobar burger and they're both sooooo good! The servers are all kind and accommodating as well. You can also use the entertainer so you can order more and try a lot of their superb sauces!

Personally I would never go to this restaurant again, the way they treat their customers and their policies arent welcoming at all.

My first bad experience was when a dine in experience.we were 6 people and they refused to let me bring my juice in.

The problem here is that I dont drink carbonated beverages, and at that time they only served carbonated beverages.now if you dont want your customers to bring beverages from outside, then you need to have options in your menu.but you cant force your customers to a very limited menu.

We left the place without ordering, they lost a business of 300 - 400 AED because they wanted to force me to buy a 20 AED beverage. Smart!

The other time (and last). Was when they refused to let us use 2 entertainer vouchers although we were 4 people

The problem is.the food isnt that amazing also.why all these policies to bother your customers

Edit: I just received a reply from the restautant, I must admit that its one of the worst replies I have ever seen and it proves my point on how this restaurant treats their customers.

I was about to pay AED 200 - 300.do you really think that I dont want to pay an extra 10 AED for a juice? I asked the waitors and they were clear that they have carbonated beverages only.

There is nothing more to what happened to me.but your attitude in responding and hinting that I am lying shows exactly what you think of customers.you are basically saying that I am CHEAP and a LIAR. I am expecting an apology.very sad

Very good wings, they offer almost 20 flavors and everyone of them is worth trying starting from mild to super spicy.
Out outside sitting is simple but good. Nice environment.

Been waiting 75 mins for delivery, called the restaurant told me it’s on its way 15 mins ago, the outlet is only 5 mins from my house. Still hasn’t arrived, really disappointing. I do not recommend their deliver service to anyone.

Just edited to the post. 90 mins now, calling the outlet and no answer. Appalling customer service.

100 mins and still waiting. Finally manage yo reach the shop and the manager told me it’s on its way again. Not impressed

Wingsters is a tribute to the tough guys that we all dreamt of becoming as little kids, the guys who stopped at nothing to get what they wanted, those who demanded respect and gave their loyalty to keep true to the good old ‘La Familia’ way of life.

WINGSTERS is a simple concept: a selection of 20+ different types of wings and various sauces served on a platter. The menu features a few other items namely burgers, mac n cheese, milkshakes and some healthier choices. Yet, WINGSTERS is a less than subtle nod towards the core proposition here.

HIGHLIGHTS:
-BUFFALO WINGS. A staple in any wings place. Before talking sauce, the wings are crunchy, the meat is moist and the wings size is decent. The sauce straddles that balance of spice to zesty vinegar. The spice let’s you know it’s a hot sauce but it doesn’t build to a fire as you plough through a full portion. There is an obvious signature vinegar bite, but at the same time not so acidic that you can’t enjoy a full portion.

-BUFFALO WINGS MAC N CHEESE. I was very sceptical of this. It’s not for everyone and it’s not something I would use for myself but on balance it works because the creamy, cheesy, rich and dense carb Mac and cheese is cut through by the spice and sharpness of the buffalo sauce. It’s topped with a few boneless fried buffalo wings. This will not be everyone’s favourite dish or first choice, however, I like the direction in which the dish is going. I would struggle to complete a single portion on my own not because of the richness. You might want this as a sharing – or sharing side - between two people.

-KOREAN BBQ WINGS. There is a recognisable smoky, sticky, sweet barbecue taste reminiscent of Southern US barbecue coating deep fried wings dusted with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds and sliced spring onions. There is a simplicity to the wings that’s undeniably delicious. I could easily complete a whole portion on my own they are that good. This is the most mainstream option we tried but still delicious.

-MOBSTER SPICE. This is the hottest sauce level on the menu (unless you go through the separate initiation option, which I obviously did not do!) At roughly 200,000 scovilles, this is still a tasty hot sauce that achieves punchy spice while maintaining an a rounded flavour. The trouble with some spicy sauces is that they are just spice for spice sake. The habanero base means it is getting hot but also there is a delicious undertone. If you do not like spice, maybe choose one of the lower options like the hot or medium.

- CHOC-PEANUT MILKSHAKE. Delicious, thick cup of guilty pleasure best devoured as a dessert vs as a drink with the meal. It helps settle the spice at the end too.

DIVIDED:
-SEMI-CREAMY COATED WINGS. There is a selection of wings where they had been fried and then turned into a cheese or cream-based sauce. This is not for me but some people in the group did enjoy it. I think that you don’t actually get to fully enjoy the intended flavours such as the Parmesan and garlic. I enjoy a lighter taste but those people who enjoy a heavier more robust flavour found this more to their liking.

Just the best wings and great sauces. Like the fact you also get the carrot and celery sticks included

Out of all the places I've tried in the country I've yet to have found a place that is of comparison to how wonderful this place is and honestly I find it to be a hidden gem due to it's sadly not so crowded setting which could be a plus for a lot of people but it's definitely a downside considering how absolutey amazing their wings are, the service and the variety of options.
If you eat from them one time then you'll never find yourself satisfied with how little you tried in comparison to how big the variety is and you would definitely want to keep trying more since one bite is much better than the other and I can tell you that the bites you'll be taking the second time around will be even better and I'll tell you exactly why you'll keep coming over and over again, THE PRICES ARE REALLY CHEAP, you live in Dubai and expect everything to be expensive but not wingsters, wingsters have the cool theme setting, the food, the low prices and you'll be out of there feeling full and feeling rich.
You should definitely give this a try if you're passing by because it's a chance you don't want to miss

Wingsters is a definite cut above the usual fast food joint, and is worryingly more-ish, particularly after a night on the town, and particularly dangerous if it's linked by one touch to your Zomato account, meaning that the only evidence you'll have in the morning is a buffalo tasting beard and a used polystyrene container (or 3).

Wingsters have figured out that the whole problem with chicken wings is that they're just far too boney in their traditional livery and the reboot is far more satisfying than the processed piffle of the McNugget, namely something more reminiscent of proper chicken breast.

My advice is to go with the glazed hot sauces and steer away from the creamy ones, which are a little sickly. The Godfather is the stand out option. Be warned that the portions are very small, and a real dose of the munchies requires 3 portions to satisfy, and this place certainly isn't cheap. In fact my credit card balance was stratospheric after a month of serial drunken home delivery here. The Wing roulette is a false economy. 16 pieces at a decent price, however this particular dish is not getting with the Wingsters program (someone reinserted the bones).

Average food, restaurant ambiance is poor and need fresh air inside as cooking smell everywhere if you try to dine in, you feel like you are eating in the kitchen.

Let's just start by saying.incredible concept. The whole mobsters / gangster vibe is dope. Taste is incredible. Has it's own spin on classic tastes. But better. Creamy and delicious. The owner is a down to earth person and the staff is super friendly, positive and gave great energy.

Also the suicide challenge is not a game. Those wings are intense!

Worst customer service i have wver dealt with. They dont care tk make customers happy or even meet half ways. Extremely rude. As for the wings i would say nothing special. They didn't have flat wings. Only a few. Too much skin and fat on the wings. Fries tatse like cardboard. Wont be ordering from here again thats for sure.

Far most my favorite place to get wings in Dubai! Sauces on the menu are yummy. Staff are friendly and fast. Make sure you try out the alcapone sauce.
