My first experience at Wolfi's was a bit of a let down. I bought a bike via Dubizzle and met with the bike owner at Wolfi to get a mechanic/specialist's professional opinion. The member of staff convinced me that the bike was in working order and mentioned that it just needed a few adjustments that he could do easily for free. In the end, I had to pay for it and the bike still needs a new chain and cassette. A bit cheeky and dishonest, especially on behalf of a person who had nothing to do with the shop. Having said that, I went back three times to the shop and got exceptional service from every other members of the team. Mr Wolfi himself was there last Saturday and is a true passionate and professional. I have shopped in many bike outlets around the world and I have never experienced such detailed, caring and professional attention. Wolfi is a 5 star bike shop. They won me over even after that early disappointment.

Would like to say a Special thank you to Nathan for his professionalism and extreme kindness and customer service to us. We tried getting training wheels fixed for my husband who has Parkinsons! Nathan went beyond to have the wheels fixed and allowed us try them twice as it was a safety issue. When it did not work he was more than gracious to have them taken off and did not make us pay for the wheels as they were not required! Usually a great service and super friendly team, but unfortunately today it seems my guy had a bad day. He didn't listen at all, just trying to push me towards existing stock instead of looking into what I ask on new 23 high end bike.

Bought a Scott Addict RC 40 here - Good service good explanation on different bike types good communication. I suggest if you wanna buy a bike just go visit them - phone conversation can be a lil bit less efficient. I think the price is quite high but if I wanna buy another bike in the further probably I will buy from them again

I currently reside in Qatar, then I had an issue with my DT Swiss rims which I purchased with my Canyon MTB last year, since there is no DT Swiss dealer in Qatar I went for Wolfi's Dubai and these guys (Vedran and Kevin) helped me bigtime in claiming and processing the warranty in which after a month I have received the replacement.

Popped in to collect a rental roadie to ride at Al Qudra. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
I’ve never been to a store (bike or anything else) where there have been staff so enthusiastic and (truly) passionate to help, without the intention to make a quick sale. Plenty of parking designated for store customers. The entire complex is very well-stocked and tastefully decorated with plenty of cycling memorabilia and intricate bike-related ornaments.

The process: Even prior to arrival, the communication had been prompt, responsive and very clear without ambiguity, courtesy of the manager in charge of rentals Edric Cate. Upon arrival, it wasn’t just pop and go, he put me on the rollers to perform a quick AI-guided fit and adjust the saddle height and stem length, which is an attention to detail I’ve never seen before in rentals.
The rental bike also came with a saddlebag with tyre levers, a spare tube and a hand-pump as a contingency measure in the event of punctures.
Even after payment was done, Edric painstakingly carried the bike over to my car for me and helped to load it in. Not to mention that by this point Edric had practically sacrificed his entire lunch break just to deal with my rental. I’ve rented road bikes in several locations over the world and this is hands down the most comprehensive of the lot!

The size and scale of the bike shops can be replicated, but the level of human touch at Wolfi’s is simply beyond words. I can truly see why Wolfi’s is best bike store not just in the UAE, but probably among the best in the world!

OMG MR graham G-man is the best in the world he tough me so much in bicycle and he is a beast like he doesn’t get tired omg i was out of my breathing in mountain and he was just starting he has got all information and the best spirit of all time not as athletic only but as a human as well so it is like he just open my eyes for a different way of life I recommend every one ask about him cause for real he is the greatest as athletic as a teacher and as a human-being.

First time to drop by at Wolfi's - Al Khawaneej Walk, since its near to my place Silicon Oasis, I call Alton to have my Spark 960 2022 first service in Al Khawaneej Walk branch since its already a month old. The staff are amazing approachable & helpful, and a Big Big shoutout to Glen "The Beard Rider", this guys knows 101% about his work and all my question answered especially on suspensions & dropper post.

I had a great experience at Wolfi’s today. They provided me with a nice bike to rent and then Jan the driver picked me up from my hotel and brought me to and from the weekend Roadsters ride. Great and friendly service from him and the rest of the shop. Wolfi himself led a nice fast paced ride around Dubai. I’d recommend to anyone looking drop the hammer and get a workout in while in Dubai.

By far the best bike shop in the UAE and probably in the middle east. Experienced staff, well trained and very friendly. A professional approach but yet pleasant and friendly. The owners are always in the shop offering assistance to customers and staff. Not the cheapest shop in town however you get excellent value for your money. With their 2 new branches, Wolfi's are expanding to be the leading bicycle stores across the UAE and eventually the region.

Absolutely amazing team. Sold and fitted a kids seat to a bike we bought online. Amazing atmosphere, couldn’t have been more helpful. Fitted the family with helmets and then checked our bikes were all safe to be used. Served by Jay and Jethro - would recommend!

Had my road bike and my wife’s cruiser serviced this past week at Wolfi’s and it was a terrific experience. From the moment I called, I felt like a valued customer. Despite it being the end of the week, the person I spoke to on the phone made it a priority to squeeze me in so we could use our bikes over the weekend. When I arrived with the bikes, Mario (Super Mario) took charge and made the handover of our bikes a painless experience. Skip to the next day, Mario kept me up to date on the progress of our bikes with regular WhatsApp messages, checking to make sure that any work done on the bikes was done with our approval. When the bikes were ready for pick-up, it was as though we were picking up two brand new bikes - both were in pristine condition and ready to go. Thanks to Mario and the Wolfi’s team - you have two loyal customers in my wife and me!

Mario was exceptional! Very accomodating and knows cycling well. He made sure that fitting, all services are done. All staff helpful as well.thanks again!

We needed a trailer hitch bike rack for two adult and one child’s bike and I inquired using photos of the hitch with Wolfi’s Bike Shop by E-Mail. Barti replied quickly with a Thule bike rack. My wife surprised me with a bike for my birthday. The bike is fantastic, i was properly measured and fitted for a bike that would fit me. The service and professionalism was excellent and once i had been “ tricked” into choosing a bike the store bent over backwards to help my wife order the bike and have it delivered as a surprise for my birthday. Needed new bike shoes, have awkward feet. They had great stock levels and I was able to try on enough pairs to be sure that I had the right pair for good long term comfort levels. Certainly much more choice than available to me in Abu Dhabi. Worth the trip!

Absolutely a great experience as usual, second time there getting a second bike, and they made it perfect as it was for a birthday. Jethro was very helpful explaining everything and also has great taste with bike and colors. He even slapped a couple of balloons and a ribbon to celebrate the birthday! Very customer-oriented and welcoming place. You can go just for visting there having chat with the staff. Everybody is friendly and professional about what they do. Especially king is the real 'King' for bikefit and Pedro is a very nice guy.

League of their own when it comes to nailing customer service. Perhaps I got lucky with Paul who was super helpful and made me feel completely at home asking novice questions. Never seemed rushed even though the place was busy, and even took the time to show me how to do some basic things which was really helpful. Top place, top man, highly recommend.

I visited Wolfi, unfortunately I could not find bike as per my requirement but I must tell you that the person name over there Mr. Ayoob has explained the things about bicycle very well as I am in the 1st std of advance bicycle stuff and I feel that because of explanation given by Mr. Ayoob I learned many things about bike and I concluded for which kind bike I should for.

I went to Wolfi s after buying my first road bike as it was dream to step in their beautiful store last month. "G MAN" who everyone calls at the store was a saviour when I brought in the bike as it was a but damaged. He not only fixed the bike, he went that extra mile and showed me how to change the tyre when punctured and other tips. I really recommend this shop to anyone to has brought their first bike or thinking of getting a new one (Ps. They don't force you to buy things you don't like). So grateful to G Man for sorting me out with the bike.

Walked into Wolfi's looking for advise on upgrading my bike from a 9 to 10 speed. Spoke with Graham he advised what parts I needed. Got home and switched out a couple parts and back on the track. The great thing about Wolfies is the guys know their product and understand your needs.

I can’t express how amazing and helpful the staff at Wolfi’s are! I sent a message via Facebook enquiring about indoor trainers. The message was sent in the evening, after the store was closed. I got a reply within minutes from Paul. In that reply was a wealth of information which led me to the store to purchase a trainer. When I went into the shop the next day, Paul went through every detail that I needed to know. From downloading the apps to support the trainer, to using Zwift, assembling and taking off the wheel to set up the trainer. He was beyond helpful and took more than an hour out of his busy day to help me and chat all things cycling.
As a beginner cyclist, I am a bit clueless and inexperienced. Paul made me feel welcome, shared his wealth of knowledge and I left a bit more confident and determined.
I have already put my trainer to use and love it! Thanks Paul.

Thank you Clinton and the whole Wolfies team for my new amazing bicycle. The best place to buy a bicycle in my opinion by far. All the people are extremely helpful and friendly. I received a full fitting when I bought my Cervelo S5 and I am a lot more comfortable than I ever was than on any of my old bikes. We bought our sons first “proper” bike here back in 2007, and have been returning for all our biking needs ever since.
I always find customer service is exceptional - great product selection in store, and in depth knowledge from the team. Particular thanks to Clint Olsen - always very helpful.

Everybody knows, if you hear Wolfi, it is a bit expensive compare to other bikeshop. BUT the materials, customer service and specially the technical support. PERFECT i a can say 100%. I experienced these only in Wolfi to get my 200% satisfaction. Big THANKS to Alton, Jr, Clint and the rest of the staffs who helped me and Alton to have this Emirates Edition C64. Again, bit costly but worth it to swipe your card. Have a safe ride And God bless.

I first heard of Wolfie's bike shop through Dubai Roadsters. I got in touch with Paul who was very helpful with providing a lot of details about cycling in the UAE as well as helping me arrange a rental roadbike from the shop. All the staff were very helpful in getting my bike ready and providing me quick tips about cycling on the mountains. When you walk into the shop there are a lot of staff who are all happy to help which made my experience very positive! The shop is also very vibrant and fully stocked with lots of cycling kit, bikes of all sorts, and accessories. Definitely recommend and I'll be visiting again on my next trip to the UAE!

Was on Holiday over Christmas/New year and needed a bike fit before leaving. They were fully booked. After explaining my predicament, i got a slot and KING sorted me out. End of December I had an enjoyable experience of great service mentality and bike professionalism offered by the team from Wolfi´s bike shop. After arriving at the shop on Sheikh Zayed Road, a hand over of a well prepared Storck bike, matching my non-standard size was perfectly arranged. Idividual pedals and bike computer were promptly mounted and a final fitting conducted on one of the shop´s indoor cycle trainers. Equiped with some power bars and plenty of water a taxi was organized and some 30 min.later my tour started at Al Quadra bike park. I really enyoed that day and want to say thank you to Joseph for perfectly taking care of me, resulting in an unforgettable memory of bike riding in Dubai Dessert.

Received a bike into the UK that Wolfi's had packaged for air freight transit; they did a better job than some brands do on brand new bikes for shipping!

On a short stop over in Dubai I enquired about hiring a bike. The team could not have been more helpful. No only did they organise a bike for me they also arranged for me to ride with the roadsters group on the friday morning ride. Upgraded groupset to electronic and Wolfis couldn't be more helpful. A part was needed to be ordered and Paul kept in constant communication with updates and progress with delivery times etc. Used them for years and couldn't fault them. I'd recommend them to anyone needing solid advice and confidence in their work.

Maybe they are good if you are in market for high end bike and have some special requirement, but 2700dh for beginner adult mountain bike? No thanks, I will try somewhere else.

I started cycling in Dubai four years ago and purchased two bicycles at Wolfi's. Wolfi is a very passionate rider, fully committed to his business and to riding and competitions, a high level athlete and inspiring example, and his team and his guidance has helped me become a much better rider and the Dubai Roadsters rides has brought many cyclists into the sport. If you really need expert advice and are looking for top equipment, that is the shop to go. He has also supported me on a business initiative related to bicycle accessories, for which I am very pleased.

And yes, Wolfi did it again! After two years away from bikes, I am now starting a new chapter in my cycling life, this time going into mountain biking with an awesome Scott Genius 750, my third bike at Wolfi's. He guided me through the process of choosing the right bike for me and for my future plans of biking in the Arrabida mountain south of Lisbon, Portugal. I am so happy with the great service, thanks Wolfi, King Sunny and all the team that was very supportive!
