Thank you all at Woof family for taking good care of our darling Patchi while we were away fr a short time. All the daily updates on her eats & videos & pics on her assured us she was happy & playing & enjoying. It’s the first time we kept her apart but you all definitely made her feel at home. We’ve been sending our Golden Retriever to Woof Pet Services for 3 years and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and the facilities. The care and love they have for the dogs makes this a home away from home. They split dogs by size and nature, and send regular reports and daily photos across WhatsApp and email. Our dog comes home happy and exhausted after every visit! They get plenty of outdoor time in the winter and have brilliant AC solutions in the summer. The price point makes Woof an affordable option for longer stays. I highly recommend Woof for all your precious doggies!

I went there for inquiring but the way the Philippines woman working at the reception answered is not good, no customer care because it still hates me up to now. The moment I entered in, she like What do you want? In unpleasant voice, as if I had talked to her before, no matter the colour, learn to welcome every body in a nice way. I knew why I was coming there, I work with animals, having a good experience with live animals, so You shouldn’t ask customers what they are doing there. Mind you’re not the first person to be a receptionist, and you’re not the last. BE GOOD TO PEOPLE, TREAT PEOPLE WELL! If you’re treating me bad like this then what of the animals that you keep there, it’s a pity for the people who leave their loved ones in your hands because they are not safe.

Woof has served as a second home for our pets. Our dogs are always very well cared for, whether they are being boarded or just having a day to hang out and play, and we are content knowing they had a good time with their buddies.

Our pet Yuki is very happy to go to Woof anytime.

At Woof, you will feel that your fur baby is safe. All the pets are grouped based on their size. The staff are very friendly and the price is fair. There's also a big parking, so it's very convenient. They also do grooming inside their big facility!

Great start to a our little first timer at Woof on the weekend. Very nervous she was, however she came out the other side. Thanks to the staff at Woof that got her through the assessment.

After returning from University to Dubai with my dog Twix in 2016, I enrolled him into WOOF and my experiences with them has been no less than incredible.

Twix is what you may call a "special case" as he has extreme anxiety and is quite fearful towards humans. Nonetheless, WOOF was persistent in helping me make him comfortable in any situation; I will not forget how they offered to continuously work on his training while he would stay with them as per my guidance - now, this is what I call a family.

Twix was so excited and happy to enter the WOOF facilities, but he would also be equally happy to see us when we picked him up. That is when you know your pet is well treated!
I had the experience to try another center (not to be named) with Twix, but he would refuse to enter their facilities and would cry whenever they would try to pick him up. That being said, I definitely knew WOOF was the right choice.

When it comes to the facilities, the place is great. You have indoor play area separated into small, medium and large dogs. Then you also have the outdoor play areas separated into small and medium/large dogs. The center also offers grooming services that I would say are one of the most professional across Dubai as I have tried a multitude of places.
And lastly, when it comes to costs, the center is very affordable and reasonable for the services they provide!

Twix will truly miss WOOF and will definitely come back should we ever move back to Dubai.

Woof has been a second home for our dogs for many years. Both for boarding and just a day to hang out and play, our dogs are always very well looked after and we feel happy knowing they had some fun with their friends. The Woof staff, Lourdes and the others, always greet us as if we are family and share updates with videos and photos to let us know everyone is well and having a good time. I definitely recommend them as a very caring and competent kennel!

Our doggo is a bit timid, but the team at Woof has always made her feel welcome and safe. We love the photo updates and all the friends she’s made.

Absolutely incredible! Figgy is our fur baby and I can honestly say that his second family are the Woof team. Not only do I trust all the team but Figgy absolutely adores his time at Woof - probably more than at home. The service, facilities and care is second to none. I could not recommend highly enough. If you want your beloved dog to be cared for like the way you care for them when you're away, then send them to Woof. Lourdes, Jesseca, Flo and the rest of the amazing team remembered every single detail about my Levi. No ask was too small. Levi always came back happy from his time spent at Woof. I always felt confident leaving him with these wonderful, professional and caring people.

My pet enjoys himself and is well taken care of. Wish they had the ability to offer live video of your pet versus pictures and videos they send you of your pet via email.

Customer service exceeded my expectations from the 1st phone call inquiry, during the tour, and until we left the premises. It was the best experience for Pixie and Charlie. They surely enjoyed every minute with the Woof Team. Definitely worth to recommend. We will visit you guys often.

This is the best place for dog's boarding in Dubai, in terms of the value, happiness level of my dog, hygiene of the place.and so much more.

I have been taken my fur child to woof nearly 6 years, he has a group of friends he is happy to hang out with, every time when i send him to woof, he will run straight into the place and not even look back, my dog has separate anxiety with me, only this place make him so happy and feeling safe so he could left me behind, dogs never lie, they happy they shows.

I strong recommend this place for your loved fur child, you will never regret.

Although I was very pleased when we stated to use the grooming service, unfortunately, my dog had a fall whilst in their care from the washing table and severely injured her leg. This was awhile back now but she is still suffering from this injury that flairs up when she walks. The owners were responsive and apologised. I understand that these things may happen at times but it was negligence on the part of the groomer on this occasion.

A very good service. Friendly staff. Our pet Hazel has been with Woof since she was a puppy. And every time she boards there, Woof sends us pictures. Every time she goes to day care, she rushes to see her friends. Grooming is also good. Would definitely recommend it to people with pets in Dubai. They have an open area outside where dogs can run in the very early morning hours (except summer of course), which is really something you won’t find in many places in Dxb.

An amazing place. Before we booked our dog in we were recommended this place by two people on two different occasions. The place is run immaculately- it’s absolutely spotless, smells fresh and the staff are real dog lovers. They know all their dog residents by name! Very caring people.
The dogs are separated in three groups according to their size. We could fully enjoy our holiday knowing that our dog is ok. Woof also sends you daily emails with photos of your dog. Very good place and highly recommended!

Excellent service. Top class. Owners are very hands on and staff are cherry picked. Forest my lab goes there every now and then. The staff love him and he loves them. I highly recommend it.

Took our fur baby to Woof for the first time yesterday and can honestly say I will never taker her anywhere else again! We took her to Woof for grooming and could not fault them! The second we walked through the door they knew who we were, despite having never been there before (at our last grooming experience at a different place, they tried to hand us a Golden Labrador to take home, despite having gone in with a Toy Poodle, so this meant a lot to me!). After filling out the necessary forms we were taken through to actually meet the groomer and explain exactly what we wanted, a first in our experience! The groomer was lovely and really took time to listen to exactly what we wanted. He even asked us to send him pictures so he got it exactly right! Every single member of staff that we met were lovely and all seemed to LOVE the dogs, which should come as a given but unfortunately does not in many places. I went to Woof on recommendations from friends so i hope my review encourages others to go. We have never needed boarding before but if we ever do.i know where she will go. Thank you so much to all, Love Kate, Michael and Phoebe x

Our dogs love going to WOOF! The staff are really friendly and you can see the dogs love the staff too. Excellent for their large indoor play areas with segregated rooms for different size dogs and WOOF has great groomers.

Woof is a great daycare and boarding facility for dogs of all sizes. They are extremely accommodating and from your very first visit remember who your dog is, making both you and them feel comfortable. The staff are all so friendly and generally love dogs which is the most important thing for any dog daycare and boarding facility.
Receiving daily pictures from them is great as is makes your day seeing that your four legged fur child is having fun, being treated really well and that puts you at ease knowing they’re receiving the best care. You can drop your dog off knowing that they will be taken care of in great hands so you don’t worry - which is the most important thing for any dog parent.

The facilities and the handlers are amazing but the staff in reception can use a bit of telephone etiquette.

Our dog loves it there! She goes there during the day while we are at work and she absolutely loves it. The staff are great and are very accommodating and helpful. So glad we sent Sable there!

Little Maximus loves his stay and daycare at Woof and knows all his friends there by name: D He's been going there for about 6 years now! A big thank you to the entire team who took such good care of him, I wish I could mention all of them by name.and a special thanks to Natalia, Lourdes and Eloisa for being so helpful and setting my mind to rest whenever I was worried about him!

This is simply the best and only place we trust our dogs with. We regularly send ours to daycare and overnight stays at Woof, knowing they are well cared for and loved. Staff know individual dogs’ habits and temperaments, and they regularly update us on our dogs. We love the pictures they post!

Our dogs also love coming to Woof. They get very excited knowing they are going to have so much fun!

Just the best daycare and boarding in my opinion. The staff are amazing and my pups come home Happy, Healthy and Exhausted!
