Had the standing desk for a year and considering getting the L shaped desk because it is so reliable.

Love the fact that you can control the max and lowest height, as well as lock and set a reminder for standing with intervals

Bad service people with attitude. Careless and unprofessional in what they do. You cannot trust them! Expect them to litter everywhere, speak a foreign language to you and laugh. They even wink at the kids behind your back. Keep an eye on them if you want the least bad outcome.

After two experiences with WORKSPACE, I can say that their products are very expensive, poor quality and disposable! After several attempts to redo the tabletop, I thought it was pointless because THEIR PRODUCTS WOULD NEVER ARRIVE IN GOOD CONDITION!

In my first experience with WORKSPACE, the edges of the training desk were discoloured, the white chair had black marks that wouldn't go away, and the company refused to replace the items. I recently bought a height-adjustable desk but had to return it because it arrived defective and had a clear blue scratch on the tabletop. After installing the second tabletop, they installed random screws to hold the wires under the table and put a sticker to cover the hole they made after changing the place of the wire! The third time the tabletop arrived in the so-called new box, guess what happened? There was a scratch on it!

Had an excellent experience dealing with workspace. Had reconstructed our office and spent time looking at various other stores and the quality, value and service provided by Workspace was 2nd to none. Mausam our sales rep was quick in handling our order. Thank you

The delivery charge is not reasonable at all. Almost worth the price of another chair. Purchased a chair for AED 970 and I have to pay 280 for the delivery and installation. I believe this should have been a more logical price specially when I live 10 min away from the warehouse.

I've bought a height adjustable desk and the whole process was a great experience. From a very friendly and knowledgable sales person (Steffi) to the great team around Michelle who was making sure, it got delivered and setup correctly. Had bought one of their top end models 'Dvary Super Ergonomic with Paddle Shift Control Executive Office Chair' for AED 3345.

While the chair had many features, after using it a for some time I started experiencing back pain and muscle knots. I thought the issue might be related to something else and continued using the chair to give it more time, and in the meanwhile visited an Orthopaedic, who did an x-ray of the my back and confirmed there was nothing wrong aside from extended sitting for work and the posture due to the chair I'm using doesn't seem to suitable.

When I reached out to Workspace, they refused any replacement or other support because there was 'no damage in the chair'.

I had no choice but to sell it on Dubizzle for less than 30% of the cost of purchase. Got another office chair from Novadesk and my back has been perfectly fine. Perhaps higher price doesn't necessarily imply better product.

Their chairs are not comfortable or ergonomic, i dont really recommend buying office chairs from there

The office furniture is ergonomic in design, it is very comfortable to use for long hours in office. Be it design, comfort or the shopping experience, it ticks all the boxes for us.

I came across WORKSPACE, when I was sourcing furniture for the mega event EXPO2020 pavilion. The time was very short & the requirement was for high quality furniture. Most of the suppliers were not able to meet the strict delivery schedules. But luckily WORKSPACE, chipped in at the right time. Visited their showroom and met their design consultant Ms. Anusha, who had helped me whole through the selection process till the timely delivery of the goods to site. We purchased number of items for our new office set up, almost entire furniture for the office. So few days before we ordered 2 new chairs with silver grey color and unfortunately after we get them in office, it was not going with our office look and other chairs we bought it from workspace.yes it was our mistake to choose that color, so I called them and asked for the exchange of color to black and guess what they said yes, al though they denied first because as per their company policy it should be within 24 hours and when I called to exchange it was already more then 24 hours.
But they understood, they helped me and they support in the exchange.
In the end we are happy and relieved and very very thankful for their amazing after sales service.

The team on the ground showed absolute dishonesty, lies and three of them claimed that they are the manager, each one of them giving false information.
I asked for a product, received a quote for another product and upon delivery of my order to the branch, it was a completely fake material and the price was uplifted to AED14,000 without any reasonable justification and then the alleged manager uplifted the price to AED 16,000 to convince me pay the AED16,000. I’d never trade with them again.
