Even giving 1 star is too much! My dog was left in very poor condition I came to pick him up I found him trembling! He had peed all over the floor and they just left him like that sitting like that locked for god know how long. I calmly tried to talk with them and the lady working there simply replies “your dog is aggressive”! Firstly my dog isn’t aggressive secondly that is no way to handle any situation when you’re worried about your dog or cat! Not to mention the awful condition they leave other pets. My dog was not aggressive he was simply scared due to the ill way they treated him! And all they cared about was paying the bill! Seriously? I spend endless amounts of money on my dog for great care he is not a piece of garbage to be left thrown in such conditions! Honestly seeing the bad reviews they have I deeply regret not checking them before dropping off my dog! Pet parents please don’t come here if you want proper care check any other place !but not here! If you try to speak with them then they will simply be rude, shout or ignore you! This place is not professional, safe, it’s not even pet friendly! They don’t even know how to understand pets and yet they are still open! I am so angry above all because of the idea of how many hours my dog was clearly suffering!

If I could give a no star review, I would. Horrible customer service. The service is not up to to the normal standard you would expect in Dubai. This is the first time I hear that it is completely okay for a receptionist to scream at a customer.

The mobile grooming service is very poor. They cut my dog’s leg and then tried to cover up their negligence by saying she must have been bitten by a flea. My poor dog is traumatised.

A disappointment, actually one star is too many. Here, live puppies & supposedly BKH kittens are displayed for sale in small glass cages. Nobody should buy an animal here and encourage this activity.

One star is still too many. Animals (dogs and cats) are exhibited in narrow glass cages with no room to run or something to do. A British Short Hair Kitten offered was definitely not a purebred BKH, but a mix. Very sad to see the animals there and how they are treated. Animals there seem to be just things and not living beings. If you love animals, don't buy there.

Very friendly people, taking great care of pets, and having great knowledge about other breeds, puppies are super cute, the nice lady let me hold one cute white puppy, and he melted my heart, keep great work guys!

Due to busy sched, it’s very hard to find the right grooming salon for pets and being very particular with grooming salons for our dog.

We took a risk to bring Bochy at world of pets and they did not fail us. Dylan, who led the grooming really did a great job and we are very happy with their work.

Surely coming back here again and will recommend to everyone.

I visited the Dubai mall branch and it left me in tears. I was absolutely horrified for these puppies and cats that are kept in the glass cages as if they are trophies on display. I asked several staff whose animals are they and how long are they kept in the cages per day. The answer received was that they are for sale and they "play sometimes, depending, each day different. And they sleep at the back". The dogs and cats look so sad, uncomfortable and bored. The cages have minimal to no blankets to make it cozy.
One of the puppies were biting the sides of the cage, the other just huddled in the back corner. I was told they receive the pure bred animals from a breeder in Korea.but why would a shop owner do this- it seems unethical.
Obviously one wishes that these puppies are bought and saved from these conditions, but consumers create the demand for this. Please consider adopting and not shopping.

World Of Pets Dubai Mall team are the best and very friendly, accommodating you can really trust your pets with them. High quality products with best prices. I always bring my dogs for grooming and purchase our weekly dog food and treats

We tried them for the first time today having them come to our place and groom two of our cats. We are all extremely happy with their services as they did a great job in comparison to our previous companies that we used, We we will definitely be recommending them and using them in the future. Oh, and the scarf at the end is a very cute touch and the kittens. Love it!

It is my 3rd time to book in World of Pets Mobile grooming. I am amazed in the service and grateful to the staffs who took care of my cat. They arrived on time and gave my baby a cute bandana after the grooming. I will definitely book again. Thank you!

I don't know where to starts. They prices are way higher than any of the pet shop in dubai. Cat leash costs you 88 dirham which you can find easily on Amazon for 30 max dirham. And there customer services needs to improve. Please save you money and save your time. Highly not recommended this shop specifically in greens.

Had horrific customer experience. I have been paying the same amount for the last 2 years, during the last visit they increased the price without updating me beforehand. Marie was extremely rude over the phone, would not respond to my calls and for 30 minutes left me waiting. I requested for a mangers number, she refused. Very disappointing provided I have been using them for 2 years.

I went to buy a puppy, but was told that I was not allowed to pet them or interact with them at all. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than the animals. Really wanted to buy a dog, but the staff made sure I would never give them my business.

I brought my cat for grooming. They did an amazing job. The groomers are very friendly. Until now my Simba still smells good.

Went to their Nakheel Mall Branch and was shocked to see the pets room, literally bigger than mine. (gotta find new room now haha!) If you check other pet shop I don't think you will find the kind of care this shop gives to their pets. Only the "real" (not pretenders) pet lover knows that this is the best pet trading you will ever see.

0 I don’t recommend this anymore. Staff whose communicating sadly doesn’t know how to communicate with their logistics personnel and groomer. They don’t value pets customer as they dont keep a proper track of pets records. Wasted my time waiting and don’t even bother to call me when they cannot find our place. They told me to bring my pet down and sadly the van weren’t there, which led me to wait but I went back up as it is too hot to wait for iresponsable people and I received a message from the contact person ASKING me if I wanna cancel the groom session. (Made me mad so much after wasting my time it is easy for her to ask me to cancel.)

Piece of advice world of pets: keep a proper track of each pet customer’s records in Order for you to know how to handle your customers demands so we dont need to repeat ourselves Everytime.

They have different varieties of fishes, turtles, tortoises, and birds. The prices of the animals are affordable and economical. You can even haggle for a reasonable price. I bought a turtle for the price of 40aed, they gave it to me at the price of 35 Aed. Not bad right.

We have used them a few times in the past and sometimes were fine, and sometimes quite bad, were they have cut my toy poodle way too short - after being told not to. This happened twice then it started getting better.

Now this time they actually cut none of his leg hair - leaving him with tats in his hair! I left it for a day or 2 to see if its fine after brushing the tats, but its not, it looks odd compared to the rest of him. They said they ran out of time and would come back.

Further to this, they now advised that they wont comeback to finish the cut even though they left him with longer hair on his legs.with tats. This was "managements" decision.

They have lost a regular customer today Well done management.

I used their services for mobile grooming and it was very good.
They arrived exactly on time and my 2 dogs - Chloe & Rio were looking very neat and clean.
I recommend them and the van was very clean.

The driver even gave us a photo of them which was hilarious

I took my dog for grooming and They hurt him. There were scratches all over his stomach and they didn’t even inform me. Do not take your pet there, they won’t take care of him. Worst service and the place isn’t clean and their equipments are dirty.

Their grooming was a horrible experience. They groomed my cat in one of their vans only to find out they hardly touched his nails. And when they came back again my cat got a rash on his ear. In this entire process the person in charge of communication through whatsapp has been ignoring me most of the time.

You will find everything for your pet here, and if you don't have one you can get one there. Bring cash because is not cheap.

Excellent new grooming service where they bring the van onsite to wash your pet and collect your pet from your door. Quick and efficient and is better than trying to find parking at the mall. Friendly staff too.

I visited their Dubai Mall branch. Absolutely loved the way the staff was friendly and helpful. They groomed my cat Candy with the utmost care and hygiene. They had a lot of options for toys for my cat. Apart from that the staff was guiding me on what products I can choose as I have recently gotten Candy. Will definitely come back to World of Pets

Not good customer service. I booked for the groomers and when arriving to drop my dogs I was informed the groomer had gone home when I had just called to make an appointment! Due to their mix up I asked her to take the dogs for 10mins whilst I run errands in the mall. She tried to charge me for dog boarding and did not apologize for making me come all the way to the mall when the groomer was not available. Really disappointing service.
Previously the groomers cut my dogs leg with a razor. I will not be going again.

I drove all the way from Ajman to buy a dog from them.
The shop is very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. My two nieces were with me and they took the precautions for Covid very seriously. I was very pleased, well done to the dubai mall for allocating them.
The dog was expensive and I will be visiting them again to buy more toys for the dog.

I visit this store on a monthly basis. They have very good rates on grooming and the shop is extremely clean.

Excellent store! We bought a chow chow from them last week. And we were very happy with the service that the staff provided us. The puppy was on a very strict food timetable I was amazed at the strictness of their focus on the feeding. Well done, spoke to the manager Sara she was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Overpriced pet accessories. A retractable dog leash which retails at other pet supply stores in Dubai for approximately Dhs80 is being sold here for Dhs215. When I brought this to their attention they didn’t care. The manager told me she would call me back but of course she didn’t. They operate a no refund and no exchange policy also. I would recommend you check prices elsewhere before shopping here.

Very bad experience! As we came all the way from sharjah and had to return back without taking there service that we lost our patience all the miscommunication was from there staff - and i wonder why they dnt let us see our pet take shower or make video whats there to hide in a pet shop they couldnt allow us for for 3mins also! Ill be happy to go another pet shop where i can see my pets groomed and make there video for my Youtube channel as well!

I have recently shopped few items for my pet dog from here and I am surprised to see the price difference of each item here. It’s overly priced compared to what you get from the best of Pet-shops in Dubai. One item that you get for 100 AED outside was charged to me 200AED, so you can imagine why I am frustrated. When I asked them why, the reply was given saying this is our store price and we can’t do much about it. I strongly encourage one to check the prices available outside before you go to this shop and buy anything. This is robbing people in the day light who are unaware of any cost. I am just one of the ignorant buyer in this shop who became a victim.

I'm in the shop to look at the dog accessories! I'm shocked! How can you keep cats and dogs in a small glass box? ! It was very warm there! They had nothing to drink! The fish were half dead in a tiny gold fishbowl! Dreadful! I'm out immediately there I don't spend a cent! Terrible to see that!
whoever buys such an animal there should be ashamed.

Yesterday, I went to this cozy shop for a quick stop for my pooch essentials. They offer a variety of toys and treats for your pets. It's very welcoming and I enjoyed visiting the store coz of different pets around. Also, I bought one superman costume. T'was awesome!

It's such a great day everytime I went in world of pets, its same all in one package to groom my dog while I'm choosing the food for her. Staffs accommodating, good and quality customer service for me and my dog. The grooming is so perfect?

The saddest thing I have seen in my life. Three poor sad dogs in the tinest boxes with a box of water facing away from the window. Absolutely heartbroken. Their tails were pretty much cut off. This place should be shut down.

Today we went to world of pets dubai mall for grooming for my maltese my baby alas, groomers offer me a new hair cut for my baby and really its so amazing! For a change hair cut style for my baby very high recommended see you guys for our next grooming

Great pet shop to visit. The staff treats you nicely and provide some tips with your pooch. As a new owner, it is important for me to know what's the best and efficient for my pooch.

I also like their grooming service, it's very nice and they treat your pet with extra care. It's a well recommended place for new owners like me.

They also have different variety of products inside. Also, I like their Christmas Collection. It's an awesome place to visit.

Unprofessional staff who knew nothing about the dog that we bought. Just made sure to sell us everything we didn't need for the dog and NO SINGLE ADVICE. The only reason we ended up buying our dog there is because we fell in love with him immediately. But PLEASE, do not get any pets from them unless you are sure. Bring a vet with you and let him check first. Our dog ended up having a cough that is not passing already 1 week and we ended up seeing the vet twice already.
Do not do business with living creatures unless you know how! Shame on you.

I've been looking for pet shops this past weeks for a grooming session for my furbaby and I discover this shop in The Dubai Mall near Cinema Parking. It was awesome to see the shop, I like the Pink theme.

They have complete products inside, for different kinds of pets. I like also their Christmas Collection inside. It's so cool to dress up my baby for this coming Holiday Season.

I do also recommend their quality grooming service. 3 Thumbs up for them on their extra care.

Pets looks scared and weak

This is the first pet store i've been where the dogs were not barking or cheerfull to see any guest.

All pets were kept in a glass with only 1 small blanket.
Dogs all look scared n even dirty from their own pee.they all seem tin aswell.seening from the other review, Yes, there is no smell.but there is also no atmosphere on adopting the dogs there or even leaving them there.

I recomend to change their ways on treating those pets or change the employees. IF YOU CAN NOT DO IT.
PLEASE SHUT IT DOWN

Visited the branch in dubai mall today, the shop is very clean. Bought my sons rabbit lots of treats and a new cage. Prices were reasonable, will visit again.

My dog got his first haircut in the location in Umm suqeim. The staff by the name of Christine was polite and caring. Happy with the service

Places like this should be shut down! Awful conditions for these animals to be in, it breaks my heart. The puppies are flown over to Dubai far too young, therefore have many issues like separation anxiety. You feel you want to buy a puppy to basically save them from these horrific conditions. No animal should live within a tiny box. Selling pets in places like this should totally be illegal!

Visited this weekend with the kids, the interior is like a pink wonderland. Very clean and the dogs were extremely clean. There was no smell at all. Nice place to take ur kids to look around.

Staff are friendly and have good knowledge on dogs, my dog had severe anxiety and they were very helpful in getting the correct products.

I always have my pet groomed in their Dubaimall Branch, also picks up supplies from there and have done boarding in their Umm Suqeim branch
