12December, 5 pm, one Filipino guy employee inside. I asked for red roses, he said price of red rose is 20Dhs (comparing to other place where is 10). I said OK and asked for 12 roses. He asked for extra 50Dhs wrapping (everywhere else wrapping of buqouet is free). Its not normal to hold more than ten roses unwrraped. When i said OK then he stated: "you have to pay cash. Machine does not work"
Then i canceled order and asked for shop supervisor or owner number. Filipino employee rejected to provide it. From my experience, if it is true what Filipino said then this is the most expensive and the most ridiculous flower shop in UAE. If it is not true then employee are overcharging customers, taking only cash in order to hide real price. I am writing this first time in my life: save your money and buy anywhere else.
