I was assisted by a lady named angle for pedicure she’s very patient and professional thank you for good service

I ask for hair trim, I repeat several times just small trim and she gave me a 3 inch haircut that looks like it was done with kitchen scissors. Now I am very upset whenever I look at hair in mirror

It was amazing! My hair consultant was Ms. Magda who was very friendly and gave lots of tips to maintain the hair. At the end my hair turned out really pretty. Would definitely recommend.

My hair stylist Malak was very pleasant, professional, friendly, and excellent at her job. She was lovely and knew what she was doing. I really appreciate her service. I loved how she did my hair. And I also got a pedi and mani including products from them. I really am in love with it. They did a fabulous job and treated me with so much generosity. The salon is very clean and beautiful as well. Thank you.

I didn’t like this salon at all, I’ll give it a 0 if I can, I told her to trim straight, how can I be more clear? She cut my front hair longer and back hair shorter and I just wanted a straight cut who does that really bad experience

When cutting my cuticle i let the technician know that it hurts me and to be gentle 2 minutes later she cut my alive skin and did not stop bleeding.nothing applied, no compensation nothing when going out the receptionist offered a bandaid…. Such bad service and not trained employees.

Hello girls! I go to this salon exclusively to Miss Daisy for a pedicure!
She does a super clean pedicure and she knows how to remove dead skin and nail from under nails. She is the best, I have been going to her for 7 years.
I’m happy and satisfied, I recommend her

I don’t recommend it to anyone. I’m a regular customer to the salon and I had some concerns when I called them the manager was so rude and unprofessional, I hope the owner takes into consideration the attitudes of the employees. Their job to make customers feel welcomed and comfortable not to treat them in a bad manner.

If you have in plan to go and destroy your nails go to this salon! Never happen that after 2 days all my nails went broken… I have quiet strong nails, they just removed my color and put gel manicures… now almost all broken!

All stars goes to margarita! She is very skilled, however the lady in the front desk asked to charge more than agreed as she should have checked the services provided to me prior asking for extra amounts.

The worst management staff, they don’t respect customers, the management team once kept knocking on the door while i was inside having waxing service, another time they asked me to leave the room so another client can go inside finish their service while i was inside and on time waiting the technician to do me the service, they were super rude and unprofessional, highly unrecommended!

Nell Jane and Janice today are so spoiling me. Nell Jane is a master with Dip Polish Nails that last and keep nails healthy for weeks. Janice is massaging and making my feet feel relaxed. A comfy chair helps to massage my back and coffee finishes this treat - I recommend a visit to WOW in Dubai Mall. The hairdressers are very talented also.

It was a good experience in the salon i would thank the tunisian girl in reception somaya and the girls who made my nails they was professional and welcoming rodriluz and another one I forget her name.but the price was very high actually they remove my hand acrylic.and pedicure and make gelish color for hand and feet with 480dh the gelish color in hand and feet costs like 300 its the most expensive gelish ever, I would like to back if u make good prices

No Client respect. Mostly a rude Arabic staff who doesn't care about client needs. She just ruined my hairs. Even not educated as much to speak English. No any Indian available. All r uneducated Arabic ladies

Initially had a bad experience but happy to say that was a one off. Went in again for a hair wash and hair mask treatment and felt really pampered and taken care of. Nurhat provided a really professional and enjoyable service.
