Wox - Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah

A complete 5 star service, the taste, the ambience all superb. Highest level of hospitality experience given by Abigail and prasamsha. Even the chef keshav is so amazing. He came to meet us and ask us how would we like to have our food, and to my surprise the food was even tastier then i may imagine. A must place to enjoy the food and a 5 star hospitality.

Delicious food and very professional service. Highly recommended. Love Prasamsha, Abigail and Chef Keshab are enough to make you feel special. I will definitely go back again.

Horrible experience. The service was horrible. The staff who took our order had a tough time communicating and had very poor understanding of the menu. Our drinks arrived after the food. I ordered a virgin pina colada which tasted like yoghurt. Our dishes looked nothing like the pictures on the menu.the presentation was messy and taste was a -5. Although staff were friendly, service was really slow and poor.

Amazing place Hyatt place jumeirah to be with your friends and family. I Had a lunch with my friends and the food was amazing. Even the staff were so humble and suggested And the environment is also very amazing.

Staying in the Hyatt I thought I'd take advantage of the Wednesday deal. The lady who served me was super friendly and. Food was really good, noodles were perfect for my liking. Would recommend if you're looking to eat at the hotel.

We had dinner last night, the experience was sad. There was only a few tables yet, Waiters were not managing properly. Their English was weak and the understanding of menu also was weak.
We ordered the Vietnamese beef soup It came cold and the meat was hard the taste was not great. We ordered beef noodles and the noodles with the peanut butter both came very cold and the presentation was very bad.
The reason why it is sad, because we have been going regularly to wox in grand Hyatt for the past 15 years maybe - and wox at grand Hyatt is superb - great food service and chefs. It is sad to see the same wox with such a low service and quality of food.

We decided to eat here for convenience, it was downstairs of our Hyatt Place Apt. It just so happened to be “buy 1 get 1 free Wednesday”. The food was delicious and the service wasn’t bad either. Would come back if we had more time here.

The spring rolls are the best.other than that, food is just fine.pad thai and mango sticky rice are sour.little expensive for the food quality and quantity.but the ambiance is good.
