Wox, Grand Hyatt Dubai

This is a restaurant I often visit with my family. My family usually buys rice noodles, papaya salad, and crispy chicken fried rice, and it's always delicious. This is a place that never disappoints in terms of taste and service.

Really nice establishment inside the Hyatt. The food is prepared by two skilful chefs just in front of you. Speaking of food, we ordered a double portion. It was delicious and rich. Thank you!

At first we came an hour to early! Even the restaurant should be closed, they did let us in and provide some drinks and even food! If this would not be service enough, they asked for my allergies. I mentioned my Coreander Allergy! Those guys have no dish without it, so they created my own dish and they did take care that i had a delicious meal and could enjoy it the same way like everybody else in our group! Big respect to the team and the food there! Thank you Marlic and Team for your service!

A fabulous restaurant. I went with a friend for the evening. Firstly the staff were super nice. The food was excellent. The ambience was just right. The attention to detail both in the food and to the guests was 5 stars. Highly recommended for that super Indian food night

Som tam dubai. Fresh papaya salad kind of. I am not sure what it was. Edible but lack of chili, fish sauce, sugar and lime.

Vietnamese Chilli Lamb as today's special was actually quite nice. Unfortunately waiter cleaned floor with his bare hands before serving (without cleaning hands) the main course. Small training needed for staff. Chefs shouldn't argue in open kitchen. Waiters should change their shirts and use some.

I ordered Kung Pao Shrimps which is supposed to be a stir fry and I received a whole box of soup where I had to fish for shrimp or vegetables. Absolutely unacceptable.

We came here for lunch with the entertainment app discount. When we ordered, we were told the main menu and soups can enjoy buy one get one free discount. So we chose Two dishes from the main menu, and we tried to get something extra for our two toddler boys, so we need something not spicy and kids friendly. The waiter offered some plain egg fried rice for the kids, which was not on the menu.we presume it might be cheaper and didn't ask the price just said yes. And when we get the bill, we found the plain egg fried rice was AED50, and the buy one get one free deal was just taking this item off the list. We thought it was not very reasonable, this dish was not even on the menu at all, so we thought it was just extra and one dish we chose from the main menu should be free. Plus, a plain egg fried rice with a tiny kids portion at 50AED was very much overpriced i would say which we didn't expect neither. The staff were polite all the time. But we didn't expect this happening from a 5 star hotel restaurant and wouldn't bother to reason with the stuff about the issue.

The food was just ok. I had Vietnamese beef rice noodles, not bad but not as good as i used to have in China or Vietnam. Black pepper fried noodles was a bit too much sauce in it. Unfortunately, don't think we will visit again.

Can’t find any better place than this for real Asian food. One of the best asian restaurant in Dubai.

There r so many variety of restaurants to choose from, after walking 1 round & soaking in the ambience, we decided to settle at WOX (Panasia) as it opens at noon while others were only open at either 12.30pm or 1pm.
I ordered Pho (Vietnamese Rice Noodle Soup), they served up a generous portion of bean sprouts.my favorite!
Sadly the broth wasn't hot enuf plus I can't fit all the bean sprout into the bowl therefore I requested half of the bean sprout to be blanched. The staff obliged however, the waiter came to me to explain tt nobody does wat I did. I believe, different ppl hv different habits of consuming their meals & this is not my first time consuming Pho ‍️

Great restaurant with a selected menu of various Asian dishes, an open kitchen in the center and heartwarming service. It is perfect for a quick lunch as well as an easy-going dinner.

The Beef Pho was Fragrant, Spicy and possessed a delicious depth of flavour.exactly what I was hoping for! Excellent Service from the Team and Good Value. The Folanari Soave wine was a lovely accompaniment but a little to pricy for a 4oz glass (free pour)

Food was nothing to write home about, probably not even worth talking about, fish was off even though they had only 1 type, no apologies offered, just picked it up and tossed it away, again ordered a glass of wine 5
Minutes before they closed, and they clearly said they can’t serve me because they were already rounding up even though I was still eating, very poor service, extremely disappointed, wondering why Grand Hyatt would even put them there.

Simple, elegant and good food. Curries need to be spiced up.not all foreigners like bland food:)

Wox is a small and well thought out restaurant offering fast and tasty food.

We had a number of dishes all of which were excellent and served by friendly and helpful staff

The only change I would make would be to add photos of the food to the menu

When I visited this place, I was warmly welcomed. I indulged into a range of Marvelous Thai signature food that nobody. It's a lovely atmosphere that everybody will enjoy. Try their awesome Pad Thai, and their Signature mesmerizing dessert: Coconut ice cream.portions are great. Just all amazing.

Great Asian-Cuisine Restaurant of Grand Hyatt. Wox serves high quality dishes. Delicious dishes made with fresh meats, seafood, and vegetables. Happy to had a nice meal at this restaurant. Hope to visit soon.

Weirdest background music ever, price hike of 50% over 2 years, unreasonable. Best phoe soup in town.

Small little gem with a pristine combination of luxury and Vietnamese street vibes. The Vietnamese beef noodle soup (beef pho) is a must and my go to every time. One recommendation I have is to get the big spoons specifically met for these types of noodle soups as it’s hard to gather enough broth on to a normal table spoon. Also the ichiban beer is awesome!

The food is okay. Just pass the standard. But the service is always bad. The female Waitrose or supervisor she always has a poker face. Like everyone owes her million dollars.

I was craving for a warm bowl of beef noodle soup or Pho, so I decided to drop by.
It was the most expensive bowl of beef noodle soup I had ever had. Although it was made to order with very fresh ingredients, the taste was a bit lacking.
The service was attentive, yet very slow.

Of all the restaurants we've been to, the Wox at Grand Hyatt is still one of our favourites! It offers some of the best Asian dishes based usually around noodles or rice.

Good South East Asian food. Reasonably priced except for the drinks which are exorbitantly priced.
