We have purchased an ac charging machine on august 2021 from this company, on credit facility of 4 subsequent monthly PDCs & a down payment of 5576 AED. Their sales executive came & collected the required documents along with cash & cheque. We only got the receipts for this via e-mail, that time. Didnt get any invoice on thaht time.
Our last cheque was cleared on 10th december 2021 & For getting invoice for TAX filing, we called their office number till this date for more than 10 times. Nobody attend to our call & then we contacted the sales executive yesterday & he gave an outdated invoice dated on 18th august 2021, which is no beneficial for our tax filing & expired already on a previous date.we told him that this invoice is not of use & requested to change date to current period. He says its not possible.our point is, if they made invoice on the time of down payment, why didnt they send it to us, alongwith the receipt of cheques. Ok, if its forgot to send to us, they should change the date of their invoice for customer, right? They are not ready for both of this. The worst thing about them is that they dont attend customer calls.
By their this act of negligence, we lost around 750+ AED on VAT.
So much worst service they have, of we ever have felt.
