Almost zero comunication.cant get in touch with them in whatsapp.they have so many good reviews its either all of them paid or bots.but nonetheless i didnt even got to rent a car cuz no reply so why would i waste my time and get ingnored.this is written so other tourists can see the expirience and decide for themselfs.

Gave deposit 2000 and When gave back the car had a fine. They asked additional money for the fine I told them that’s why they took deposit to take it from there and they disagreed

Best car rental I have dealt with in the UAE. They provided the most luxury cars with exceptional rates. The cars are always clean, plus the delivery service was quick and very professional. The staff that I have spoken to over the phone were very helpful as well.

As it is very trending also in other reviews but indeed the staff do not care about customers. I tried to book with this company 4 times each time i get totally ignored. Not sure why Ali Hamoodi advertised their name on his Youtube Channel.

It seems they already have many customers that they do not care at all.

Before considering this company think yourself, if it takes them 3 days to reply to get a booking, how long it will take for them to return your deposit? Or to reply to you in case of emergency? (Probably never).

Employees are apparently too busy to speak to customers. Customer service doesn’t exist and they seem ver frustrated speaking to you. Need new staff.

Very weird company, filled a form on the website - no response, send an inquiry via WhatsApp a month before the desired rent date and was told to text again in 3 weeks. Texted again, the requested car was not available so I decided to choose another one and asked what are the next steps, 5 days has passed, no response

Good company, we can recommend them. Delivery of the car was a bit late, but car was good and clean and prices are very good comparing to other companies. Deposit was unblocked without any problems.

The staff is so rude. They will not reply on your messages. They will not inform you about the prices and hidden fees. They will not respect your time. Never rent here!

اسوء مكتب تعاملت معه. عدم احترام للوقت. عدم احترافيه في التعامل. اعطتم وقت وصولي ورقم الرحله ولم يأتي احد للمطار لتسليمي السيارة. عند مغادرتي اخبرتهم بالوقت المطلوب لاستلام السيارة وتأخرو جدا بالرغم من استمرارية تواصلي معهم. لا انصح ابدا بالتعامل معهم.
