Went there twice with family. Lively atmosphere, excellent food choices and service. Will visit again. Will highly recommend to friends and family

Simply wonderful food and great service. The resraurant was beautiful and had attractive outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

Very nice place overall. The food is great, the service too, staff are welcoming but feels like they need more waiters to cover the peek hours. When the place crowded it gets so noisy and the smoke is too heavy.

The place is really good.
Out door place with nice arrangement for the tables.
The staff are so welcoming and they know how to treat the customers in a very satisfying way.
The prices are reasonable and not expensive.

Their service is very slow, it takes time to have someone take your order, then actually bring it, and almost forever to get the bill.
Passion fruit lemonade is really good.
My sister gets dizzy from their Shisha but on the other hand my friend loves it.
They only have two toilets, one for each gender, and it's embarrassing to stand in line in front of the tables waiting for your turn.
4 stars for slow service, and for publicly standing in line for using the toilet.

This place is one of the best sheesha place and not just that the food is tasty, fresh authentic yet modern.

If there is zero start I will chose it, Very bad experience during ramadan iftar.everything is late and cold and not organized in the non smoking part.

Have given four stars as sometimes the shisha is hit and miss and a little “coaly” other that that great place!

This eclectic place at the Souk is warmth itself. We were heading for Asia Ting, but saw the welcoming personnel at Xenia and changed our minds. The prawn peri peri and shrimp tempura were absolutely delish! Service was quick and the French fries were 'da bomb' according to my li'l one!

Place is nice but full of people and so congested. Me and the three of my friends got Corona same day we were there.closed doors and windows due to wind so the indoor breath was saturated of virus. And we got it. I bet that many others got it too that day. Was craze no single chair available therefore we left early but still got it.

Very disappointed to be honest I thought the quality of management and serving is the same with the social media and the design of the place. Im sure won't come back again

An amazing place for hangout with friends and family, lovely ambiance delicious food and ecstatic decoration which makes the cafe a perfect place to enjoy the evening. Food and Shisha tastes good and the service is excellent.

It is a very nice restaurant, food quality is excellent, but the shisha wasn't that good.the cooling inside the restaurant is too much.

Great sit out and if you are looking for an amazing new hot drink then do try their ginger tea. Its to-die-for!

Great place and nice staff manged by very bad manager, her attitude towards the staff and even the customers is very bossy, please replace her.

No reservation over the phone and suddenly they tell you that they can't take you because you didn't make a reservation on a Monday! "Monday is the only day that you need to make a reservation, Sir" she said. " but we can't accept you". OMG! This is how you're treated as a CLIENT in this place. SHAME ON YOU!

مكان يجيب وجع الراس ، فوضى بشكل غير طبيعي … واللي يدخل ما يعيروه اي اهتمام الا بعد ما يطفر … ويلزموك بالجلوس على طاولة بعدد الاشخاص بالضبط ولو كنت مو مرتاح بالجلسة ولو فيه طاولات فارغه ما تستعمل لساعات

يعني جاي تستمتع وتغير جو يطلعوك مزعوج ومتنرفز. سييييييييء ولا انصح به

I love it, very good location, my favourite is Manakish Zaater. Service is also very good. I rated it 5 stars as I never was disappointed there.

The good things about: delicious food! Nice interior design! The good atmosphere outdoor! It makes you feel like you are in Amman!
But the service need to be improved! The staff should be more friendly!

Uncomfortable place.if you are not within their regular customers they tell you all reserved.waiters attitude is the no care.so why to visit with other better options around

Xenia has a super spot in the community springs souk mall. The outdoor area has adequate seating and unlike many sheesha cafe's, the tables are spaced out very well which provides privacy. We did not go with a sheesha group so only tried the food. The menu had great looking food and it was a tough choice. Eventually we went for both salmon and hamour dishes. Both were well marinated and perfectly cooked and tasted excellent. We also tried lamb and chicken which were just as good. We certainly feel confident ordering new dishes next time we visit. The inside area is huge, and accomodate large number of visitors in the summer months. Staff were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit.

A different Mediterranean experience where you enjoy amazing delicious food with the best Shisha in Dubai.
Very reasonably priced menu items, live music on specific nights adds more to the overall ventage atmosphere.
Highly recommended for those who love to play cards.

Amazing Shisha with Great Favors as long as Either Abdo or Ali prepare the Shisha. They prepare a Shisha that can last with great taste for hours

Sucha lovely spot. Outdoor sitting in the winters is amazing. Ambience is very good. Nice made restaurant. Friendly staff. And a very good sheesha. Loved it. Coals changed on time. Recommended if you are looking for outdoors great place. Tried dessert also that's really good aswell.

Food was OK I oredered a sandwich and 2 salds and ended up paying 180 aed very over priced but service was good

Noel, Ken and Jeka took care of us and as usual everything was amazing, keeps us coming back! A lovely place to relax with friends and family with good food and excellent service!

Tasty food. Always served fresh. Elegant presentation. Helpful staff. Awsome atmosphere. Moments that you can enjoy with their in-house special music and songs.

Fantastic place for an early morning breakfast.great deals and a serene vibe to spend some early work catch up. Special shout to Ken and Noel for making it comfortable for all early morning guests like me!

Great experience I had in this place, Every dish was so delicious and made with love, I love this place ️

Just right now walked in with my family no one to seat us. We chose a table the waiter came and we asked for a baby chair while I was holding my baby she went to get the baby chair but then decided to change her mind and go serve another table and bring them the food from the kitchen while i was waiting holding my baby dish after dish and am still waiting! We simply left the carve shake the next door restaurant. There was no greetings she simply doesn't care and when a staff doesn't care it means the management doesn't care too.

It's a really big shame when business strive to market themselves then fail to treat customers well.

My favorite Shisha Cafe spot in Dubai for weekdays. Don't think about coming in on Thursday and Friday night without a reservation. It has a cool vibe from its interior design, chairs are comfortable to sit on for hours.

Their grilled haloumi is my go to for snack. Service can be improved, seems they are always undermanned.

One of the worst places! Whenever you go you’ll get it’s fully booked although there are plenty of tables only have Reserved sign.

Very disappointed to see a great place run by such behavior

1st time in this branch. Ordered two starters and two mains. Food is okay but lacks freshness. Has good potential if that’s addressed.
Staff a bit absentminded and not that welcoming which distracts from the experience.
We got a main served about 20 minutes after placing the order, then the starters about 5 minutes later after pointing out to staff then the 2nd main dish about 10 minutes later.

I love that place, the staff are all amazing and very professional, I love the food, the sweets and everything they serve. The place it self is spacious, nice interior design, good location and easy and free parking.
My only comment and recommendation to xenia springs souq is to stay the place for all people which is not the case when there is a football match! They turn the voice loud! People can watch football with low TV voice.

Though it's an indoor smoking place, ventilation is excellent. Shisha and food are good. Attention to customers is very poor

We sat outside, so literary felt we are on the main road! They would need to add a hedge of trees or bushes to beautify their outdoor space

The shisha was not upto my knowledge and standards of a shisha, tastes not exactly double apple. Also the sound is too high because it was crowded when we visited.

Smoke everywhere, you cannot breathe. Also, I wasn't told there is minimum charge & I paid 100 AED for a drink, which is not fair

Their food was great. So was their Shisha. The fact that you can either sit indoors our in a nice patio during the cooler months in Dubai is an added bonus.

Very nice cafe, the staff is friendly and helpful, good variety in the menu, we tested the salad they where fresh and delicious. The Turkish also very good and nicely presented.
I recommend them to install few screens so we can be able to watch football games as well.
