The Delivery guys are professional and cooperative. I was amazed to see them using Electric Bikes as well. Great initiative. Amazon should appoint them at every location

Worst delivery team I ever encountered in my life, I had to cancel my Amazon delivery because of them. I don't know why Amazon would let them do their delivery, absolutely the worst delivery experience I ever had. If i could give them negative infinity stars I would.

Rude delivery staff, bad company management, u book a timing after work hours and they deliver it and leave it at ur doorstop before the specific time you booked. You complain to the management, they tell u our policy is to leave the product at ur doorstep when ur not around and u bear the cost if it's stolen.do not deal with them.inefficient, bad attitude. I will report them to the Dubai Economic Department

My bad luck that My Amazon products supposed to be delivered by them, I paid extra also, the delivery guy was calling me from 11am for my delivery and location, now its 1530 and still I didn't receive my product.

I don't think this Delivery company because in order to know there shipping charge and plan I sent massage on there office WhatsApp on 21 March 2023 again sent reminder massage on 12 Apr 2023 they saw my massage but did not reply.

So I made Physical visit to there office on 13 Apr 2023 so that face to face can discuss and get there quotation for shipping for E-commerce orders. But when I said I am E-commerce seller on Amazon and looking for a company that will deliver my products to customer, His 1st answer was you should contact Amazon for shipping, then I said said is this not A delivery company? Then they started asking illogical question and setting illogical criteria in Order to finish the talk, but always I said Ok If I fulfill this criteria then how much shipping charge again started asking illogical question and setting illogical criteria so I understood This is not delivery company and came back.

So it was just my wast of time in going

Very poor delivery service, too much attitude showing by the delivery guy and not attending phone and started to talking rudely highly irritated
