Changing from five star to the lowest. This is a perfume shop and I was trying to find a the perfume of my taste and this lady from the shop started following me even after I said her leave me alone as she was not helping at all but just following around like a police or security. I told her I will select my perfume, see I was not even spraying the tester on me. I was checking by spraying into the cap of the spray itself. Disgusting and poor experience.
Since she said her manager Have ordered her to do the same, I asked for the manager and was received by an arrogant guy who claimed to be the manager who was justifying the kind of service they provide. * To the Expression management: give people their personal space and freedom for purchase of goods. Its okay for your staff to ask ''How may I Help? ' but if the customer says its fine let me check and select myself then give that space. I will not visit expressions shindagha anymore but i hope I will not face the same experience in other outlets of expressions too.

Had visit the store for the first time and the staff name Pretty was so helpfull and help me to find the best items. Will visit in future again

I recently went to buy a watch and some bags i am so excited and delight with the overall service and great customer service and anticipation from ms Suzen she is so accomodating and i will definately come back and refer to my friend to visit -Pressions.
