I bought their deal on groupon and tried contacting them multiple times. They responded at the beginning but thereafter there was no response on calls or WhatsApp inspite of them reading the message.
Very poor customer service. I have never witnessed this level of dissatisfaction with any merchant. Utter disaster.

Had a mattress and sofa clean from these guys on short notice. They came same day and did an amazing job.
Maria and Ian were there early (which I felt bad for as I had to nip out, but still arrived 15mins before they were booked and they were outside) and were very professional and polite.
I did a lot of ringing around to see which cleaning company was available and also comparing their price, and Xpress Maids were the best price and did not skimp on quality.
I did not use them for general cleaning but they will be my new go-to if their quality matches other providers I've had in the past.

My couches have never been cleaner! I appreciated the up to the minute communication and ensuring that I received the cleaning at the time needed. I would absolutely use their service again.
