Didn’t have a major game on release day even though all game stores had it, also came another day at 12 pm on a weekday and it was closed.

They took my controller to repair, it’s been 4 months and they never gave it back, they’re rude and unwelcoming, very weird people.

One of the worst and unprofessional shop to deal with i came to swap to PS5 cds earlier they told me we will swap for 150 aed both and when i took the other game they reduced the price to 60 aed only.

Liars and untrustworthy. I was fooled into buying an ultimate version of a game and only got basic version. He full knowingly sold it to me and also made a snarky remark when i paid.
I will not recommend anyone to go there.

Bought the item Wednesday. I received my tracking number Thursday. Item was only picked-up by Safe Arrival Courier on Saturday because I called them. Item was delivered only by Wednesday afternoon after calling the courier several times.
I bought from this company because of the guarantee policy that I will get my pre-order on the release day. It was a big mistake. I could have gotten it by Friday or Saturday only if I bought the item from other sources.

Game is released all over the world and people start playing it. Through Yalla Gamers I received it 3 days later.
I ordered a collectors edition which comes with a digital code.
The digital code is locked to PSN UK accounts! (No disclaimers, No warranting, Nothing)
I WhatsApp Yalla gamers number and nothing.
It’s really frustrating to see how retailers are taking advantage of gamers in the UAE.
You better buy your games with your hard earned money from somewhere else.
