Complete fraud when it comes to medical insurance, they promote policies that serve their targets to achieve, but once I visit the Doctor a simple flu medication for 17 AED was rejected. By asking them to explain just lablabla emails nonsense, non related to push you away. Before paying to them they won't stop calling you but once you pay they behave in complete different way. Just avoid their misleading deals.

Bought the renewal of Medical insurance, In the begining they are keep on calling every single day by Muddasar Ali, once you buy the policy they are very bad on responsing the request.until 2 dyas they havenot provided the discount voucher or gift voucher.you have to keep on follwing the renewed policy certificate. SCAM BROKER: : : Worst company ever, Bavesh, igaf, Sabir, they will annoy you day and night begging you purchase their FAKE products and once you ripped off and paid them, they will claim to depreciate your car value only after you pay them the full amount, after I paid paid them with 22 days, they tried play and depreciate my car value from 24 k to 17 k, what a fun*!
If you try to complain or solve the issue you will get the rudest/worst/cheapest customer service ever either over the phone or email!
Absolute rude and unprofessional team, definitely NO MORE and certainly will escalate this further to UAE Consumer rights.

WORST service ever. I paid the like a week ago and was waiting for a policy for more than 2 days upon confirming that the policy is being made. After many follow ups myself, the Representative gave no response watsover I somehow managed to speak to him. He then informed that the policy has been rejected and the money will be refunded in full within 48 hours. Here I am, just waiting with no money, no policy, no coutsey calls, no follow up calls.
