Great food and the weather was in favour of enjoying the evening. The service was poor, though usually good, but the staff and outlet supervisor were not to the expected level, maybe lack of training or motivation. Will take some consideration before repeating this experience.

Amazing buffet, there's a lot of variety of food which also tastes great. We went on Father's Day and they had a nice set up. Kids have separate food and activities section. Our server, Saikrishna, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we need.

This used to be my favorite place to have breakfast in Dubai - these days, the music is turned up so loud that you can't have a conversation. Staff are still great, so is the food. Atmosphere is now officially awful. Change the management so we can have our nice breakfast place back - please!

We tried the iftar menu and the food was amazing! So many love cooking stations, lots of options and the quality of food was top notch! They've also done a beautiful ramadan theme which makes the ambiance so special. The buffet for Iftar is a bargain at only 185 AED/pp

Amazing breakfast buffet esp for asian cuisine. They have also great selection for arabic, indian and american style. Also bonus you will find bacon from the corner.

Good food buffet variety. But not fresh and hot. The service is not worthy of the luxury of the restaurant.

Food is great as always, service needs to be improved. I ordered a drink and got something else. Others had to order at least 2-3 times to get their drink.

Music is too loud where we were sat and repeated requests to atleast reduce the volume a bit was met with. " It's DJ night". Well, it's a restaurant not a club to play loud music. The basic reason people meet at restaurants is to talk to each other while having food. We were literally screaming just to be heard across the table.

The bill took 10-15 minutes to settle due to miscommunication and when evidence was shown of a discount, they relented. Been there many times before and this was the first time to visit after few years and was disappointed except for the food.

We went to Yalumba for their lunch buffet and the food selection was great. There was something for every tastebud - for the young ones and the young once, for meat lovers, vegetarians and those in between, for those who wants savory, sweet, spicey or a combination of all flavors. There were also fun activities for the kids like cupcake decorating and pizza making plus a magic show which kept the lil ones entertained. Service was ok and the staff was very attentive, polite and friendly. The dinning hall itself is a bit on the "old" side but we went there for the food and to be with friends and we had a great time

I was yesterday at Brunch, it was so amazing ambiance, so delicious food with live band going and so amazing Valantine decorations, it’s must visit place, it’ have open area as well, which is amazingly beautiful, staff is no nice, it’s very good experience.

One of the best place to dine in Dubai? Absolutely recommended, please visit this lovely restaurant YALUMBA in Le Meridian Dubai near to Airport Terminal 3. The service is outstanding & the staff truly cares about you & are super friendly. The food is super delicious & amazing – everything we tasted melted in mouths, especially seafood. Absolutely the best meal we had while. Our small baby also enjoyed their hospitality and service. Thanks to Mr. Vinesh Vijyan & his team for super service. We really enjoyed! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience at Yalumba on Friday brunch. The restaurant has a huge variety of food, especially seafood lovers will really enjoy quality food. You will find a lot of meat and main dishes which is tasty as well, whoever drinks you can order alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks including cocktails. In addition you can enjoy a huge selection of desserts. Outdoor/indoor available. Definitely worth the price, highly recommended

Located in Le Meridian Hotel. Appears to be the hotels main restaurant. Quality service, food and atmosphere. Food spectrum is covered for most all tastes. Recommend this place.

This review only relates to the Yalumba Friday brunch.

This place was famous for the Friday brunch and they used to serve Bollinger champagne in the package priced 529 aed. This has now changed so the champagne package is 980 aed and the house package is 385.

The brunch used to have a great party vibe and they usually had themed brunches but all this is gone now. Besides our table there was one larger group of guests and the rest of the guests were couples and families.

Food wise there’s nothing on the menu that you can’t find at other brunches in Dubai.

The one star given goes to the friendly staff. But unfortunately this is not enough to make me come back.

I’m really sad to see this classic Dubai brunch is no longer what it used to be.

Went for a family brunch on a Saturday. The spread of food was ok. I was very happy with the entertainment that they have for small children. They have baking, decoration of cupcakes and a magic show too. The kids had a great time.

Too noisy, not relaxing, lobsters was hard, dinner start from 7pm-11pm but last order for drink at 10pm, only can order 1 drink per person

Yalumba restaurant at the renowned Le Meridien Dubai has been quite popular for its Friday brunch scene “BRUNCHOLOGY”. They have been consistent with the quality of food and taste.

I was invited over to the first Iftar preview to experience the lavish and lively buffet setup with range of dishes from variety of cuisines. It had everything for everyone, from seafood to biryani, from Pan Asian cuisine to Arabic food. The choices in the buffet would please every guest. What impressed me the most was the food itself, every item was fresh and full of taste. They certainly didn’t compromise on the quality to offer variety in buffet which was phenomenal.

There were over 200 items with separate sections for Iftar Starters, Salad, Seafood, Shawarma Corner & Desserts. There was even a live cooking area where chef prepared Manakish & Lamb. There were different types of juices available to make the Iftar more refreshing.

The dessert corner was so mouth-watering and delish. I was so delighted to enjoy few of the Indian & Arabic delicacies after so long. The warm Jalebis were damn good. There were my favorite Umm ali and Kunafa – that I couldn’t resist. And there were puddings and cakes to treat the little ones as well. It was the best dessert section I’ve ever seen in any buffet.

I was recently invited to a kids birthday party here on a Saturday. The Saturday Brunch in themed around wholesome family fun and is the perfect venue for brunch with the whole family. They offer cupcake decorating stations, pizza making classes, face painting, magic shows and a whole lot more to keep the little ones busy. Even the serving staff dress up to the occasion as your favourite Disney princess and Marvel superhero.

The brunch is surely popular as the restaurant was packed with children running around and having a great time. The restaurant has an outdoor seating area as well in case you want to step away from all the mayhem indoors and enjoy the weather.

The brunch spread was expansive. Rather than focus on one style of cuisine, they serve international fare. Sushi, Dim Sum, Cold Cuts, Pasta Station, Roast Beef/Chicken, Indian and Arabic Dishes – a little something for everyone is available. There was a wide selection of sliders, sandwiches, fries, pizzas and other finger foods available for the kids. There is a bar available as well for those who may want to enjoy a drink or two.

The desserts sections offer a range of cakes, pastries, panna cottas and freshly baked doughnuts. There is a dedicated ice-cream section as well, where your customized order is prepared.

I was highly impressed by the orderly manner in which everything was organized, especially considering the large number of children running around. The food was excellent and the overall ambience is welcoming. A definite recommendation for everyone.

Rather late posting about this but really wanted to share our amazing Yalumba Dubai Saturday Brunch experience!

It is SUCH good value at 119 aed per adult & the children eat for free! (adult drinks not included) There was so much available to keep the children entertained & the staff were AMAZING, kid enjoyed playing catch with a balloon with a staff member for ages!?

It's more expensive to take the girls to soft play for an hour and have a simple lunch there than it was for this fabulous experience!

This place always exceeds my expectations! From the moment we step into the restaurant, every experience is a positive. I always rave about Yalumba to my friends because it's consistent. A year and a half ago I rang the manager to say the plates need to be heated for the purpose of serving hot food, as when you walk around the buffer the food gets cold very fast, to my surprise lastnight, I could see they have lights beaming on plates to keep them hot. So happy they took my advice on board! Thank you, Yalumba.

The whole experience of Staurday family family brunch was good. Kids had a blast with pasta making, cup cake decoration and the magic show. It was loud as the theme was centered around family.

Been for Saturday brunch a couple of times. We prefered the selection first time round, unfortunately we struggled to find anything we enjoyed with our more visit. Food quality and choice is very mediocre,
That said, the entertainment for the kids is good. There's a magician, cupcake decorating, a dough play table and the kids get to dress as a chef and make their own pizza in the kitchen. 'Baby Shark' is played at loud volumn every now and then.
The staff are extremely attentive and very engaging with the kids which creates a fun atmosphere.
Its good value at 119 per adult food only, kids are free. I'd recommend it for something fun to do with young children.

Visited for valentines day dinner. The food is really good and freshly prepared. I love that they have live station so you can see the food being prepared. The staff is really really friendly. Very charming and made our evening so much more enjoyable. Thank you so much to everyone

Located in one of the long existing hotels in Dubai, Yalumba retains some of the old school charm even after renovation. A frequent guest of the lobby coffee shop, dumpling house and a really good Thai restaurant, I’d never previously set foot inside Yalumba considering it a “hotel guests only” place.

To my surprise, Yalumba was open to the public, it hosted a Christmas dinner preview in the middle of November. Obviously, I couldn’t miss it. With friendly service, delicious eggnogg on arrival and magical Christmas décor, it was the right choice to come in. I started my dinner with a wide spread of fresh and cooked seafood that included oysters, lobster tails, seared octopus, prawns and lots and lots more.

My second course was a plate of bits and bites from the central counter where every dish was a masterpiece. Think burrata, quinoa, charcoaled mushrooms, baked salmon, sushi, sashimi and exotic panna cotta. Facing it was a counter with steaming hot dim sum. Along the open kitchen was a selection of traditional Christmas treats: roasted turkey with root vegetables, pork ribs, roast beef and more.

As I moved from one counter to another, Santa stopped by to wish me a Happy New Year and for all my dreams to come true. It was the best Christmas preview ever!

I paid 389 for brunch, food was nothing worth the money and way overpriced for what was being served, worst thing was I asked for coke from 4 different staff and only the trainee girl got it for me. Guests are really annoying chatting in the buffet area and causing traffic I know it's not the restaurants fault but expect this attitude at any brunch. My previous rating was 5 stars for Ramadan Iftaar I know it's a different experiences but at least it wasn't over priced for the horrible service I received.
