اسوء تجربة على الاطلاق ، الاكل بارد و قليل جدًا مقارنة بعدد الاشخاص الموجودين
يا خسارة المبلغ اللي دفعناه

Ramadan Iftar Buffet was bad organised, huge number of customers for small amount of food, quality was good but was very quickly finished, the refill came late when all people stopped eating.

جربت عندهم بوفيه الإفطار الطعام جيد نوعا ما ولكن الخدمة سيئة جدا الموظفين يقدموا ل الخدمه بطريقة غير لائقة ابدا. والأسوأ من هذا كله بوفيه افطار رمضاني ما بوفروا للناس علبة مي غير حتى تطلب وعند الحساب علبة ماء لا يتجاوز سعرها ٣ دراهم يحسبوها بسعر عالي جدا. اتمنى تحسين الخدمه ك

الصراحة الاكل كان قليل و الاصناف محدودة كتير، وبكل المطاعم المي عل الفطور مجانيه بس هون لا بمصاري! ؟
الحلويات الحق ما تلحق انته ونصيبك، شخصيا مارح ارجع مرة تانية ولا بنصح حدا يجي

لا انصح احد بالبوفييه و المطعم يستقبلون عددًا كبيرا من الناس و ما في طاولات زيادة العالم تنتظر بعد موعد الافطار رغم انو حاجزين نوصل و ينطرونك ١٠ دقايق ليحطو طاولة جديدة، نظرا لحجم البوفيه الصغير جدًا ما في اعادة تعبئة للاصناف يلي خلصت، نصف المقبلات خلصت بعد ١٠ دقايق من الافطار و اذا طلبت يقولو خلصنا و الحلويات ما حصلنا رغم ما مرق ساعة على بدء الافطار و اذا تطلب بقولو ما في اعادة تعبئة. الخروف المحشي نص عضام يحط لك في الصحن قطعة صغيرة و ما يزيدون، و اول مرا بشوف بوفيه " رمضاني" ما يقدمون ماي لزم انت تطلب خارج البوفيه.
الفروض تاخذ حجز على قدرتك و قدرت مطعمك و البوفيه يلي فاتحو اكتر من هيك بكون اسمو طمع.

I have never seen a restaurant so chaotic and unorganized. Booked for Iftar and was not seated for some time with the worst attitude from who was supposed to be the branch manager. Very vulgar attitude, clearly is not qualified enough for the job. Had the audacity to shout at us in public for not being able to seat us on time. Mahmoud was able to assist us with water and dates as it was sometime after iftar, however this place is definitely not a place I’ll go to ever

أبشع مطعم بدبي ومديرة المطعم حنان في منتهى قلة الذوق، وصلنا عالفطور انا ورفقاتي قالتلنا مافي طاولة وصارت تصرخ والناس كلها صارت تطلع علينا في منتى الوقاحة

عن تجربتي الشخصية سيء بكل شي قال رمضان وتلت ارباع البوفيه خالص والاصناف قليلة والمي بمصاري وسعرها مبالغ فيه جداًوتعاملهم مش حلو مع الزباين
لا أنصح به

تعشيت فيه للأسف الشديد ، طعم الشيش طاووق سيء ما أعجبني ، طعم سمبوسة السبانخ عادي جدا ومليان زيت ، لن اكرر زيارتي له. حسافة ال١٢٠ درهم

Nothing special here. Service outside was horrible so I went inside and was promptly served. I had a salad and the kebab under the sandwich menu. The food was good, nothing special. The price was fair for Dubai. The price for a Coke was very high. I will post the receipt. Probably would not go back.

Worst place in Dubai! Their terrible music is so loud nobody in they neighborhood can sleep. I hope Emaar shuts them down real soon.

The staff were friendly and professional the food was delicious and clean we enjoyed it so much ️

Place is really good, outside sitting area has view of burj khalifa and you can enjoy the view, ambiance is amazing.
Moreover the staff makes you feel like they know you and they take care of your orders like it is their priority which really makes difference for me.whenever they see me entering the restaurant they welcome me with beautiful smile, my favorite jalab drink shots.in short, it is more than a just restaurant or place to eat. Yasmeen Al sham offer you a comfort and a place to have quality time with your friends and they also have very good sheesha ️

Nice area as you can see burj Khalifa in front of you, nice food also, parking is available from back side, only problem if it's crowded or rush hours so difficult to reach there, but once you do then you will enjoy

Been invited to this place and being situated in the most prestigious area in the world the expectations were way higher
To start with all tables are outside on the street and not all prefer that then to be shocked standing in the middle of the over crowded tables for 10 minutes since they denied having a reservation till our host shows him the number of calls made between her and restaurant to reconfirm
The crowd on the buffet was so messy and unorganized and I respectful with people just cutting in front of you or coming from the other side of tiny area where the food tables were stock
Food was vanished so fast and apparently the kitchen wasn’t ready though they had full house for Iftar and they should knew from the reservation but people had to wait for some time for the empty dishes to be refilled
Not much variety and main dishes is not related to the occasion of Ramadan though there was only 4 main dishes 2 of them were with rice and one that is BBQ that was empty for most of the time!
Most important the quality of food and taste is below average
Staff are lost and had to ask for the same thing more than twice to get it
No supervisor or manager was there till like people finished their iftar and started leaving and only then we start seeing him
Such a bad experience and this is one place I would not visit aging by myself though the area deserves a much better quality
Do not recommend at all

Today we had Iftar at the place.
1st: it was really poor buffet and the food was tasty (at least the dishes I tried).
2nd: the food isn't served well, many of the main plates were dry on the surface and you have to dig well to get a piece of good chicken or meat.
3rd: the sweets were very little and also not tasty (my friend tried some).
4th: The place is outdoors style but it was really hot and humid.

The good thing is the cooperating staff and the location of the place.

الاكل سئ وقليل وغير كاف. في رمضان مفروض الصحون تتجدد فورا مو بعد ساعة.
ومكان الاكل اسوا واضيق
والخدمة عاطلة بشكل لايوصف
وفوقها زيادة عالفاتورة بالزعبرة لاشياء لم يتم طلبها

The best things were the food and the place

المطعم جيد موقعة في بوليفارد مول دبي وجلساته حلوة الاكل جيد. لكن عندهم ازعاج الكاريوكي الغنائي. الاسعار مرتفعة

Such an amazingly lovable place to sit and relax. Everything seems to be flawless here. Be it the food, shisha, customer service. This is a must visit place to have a cozy evening with friends or family.

It’s a casual cozy restaurant located across from Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall. The food is traditional Syrian/Lebanese. For sure try kebbeh nayyeh (burgal with raw diced beef). We liike to have shisha and play cards there. Very friendly staff.

I would like to say thank you so much for the manager Abdullah for his kindness, it was a nice day in Yasmin alsham restaurant. Great service, nice location, amazing view

لو في اقل من نجمه عطيته! سيء مكتوم بالشيشه الطلب جلس حوالي ٤٠ دقيقه ماجا يوم وصل بااااارد! وش عليه الوقت ذا كله واضح انه مطلع من الفريزر مسخن
لحد يروح له للأسف ان مكانه جدا مممتاز هذا اللي يخليك تنخدع فيه!

The place needs a dedicated smoking area. Aside from that it's a nice place with tasty food and excellent staff.

Great place for breakfast. Had the platter (really feeds two people). Great value and a good place for Middle Eastern breakfast.

This area is for fashion and lifestyle its all about Dubai mall and burj khalifa also the EMAAR square but for the coffee shops there? ! Mmm what to say? ! The coffee quality isn't present just order one single espresso to see what i mean. And sorry to say this but the staff isn't really qualified to serve you as an expert of lifestyle and good vibes people there is no smiling faces no attention to the customers they give (late) what you order then boom they escape without checking details. I love Dubai and its area's specially there but not having a good time is just refused. We are in tolerance year so i understand and forgive. Be carful next time.

Beautiful outdoor seating in the heart of Downtown, Dubai opposite Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall.

It was nice ambient place. I ordered syrian coffee. It was quite different from the regular coffee but taste was good. Most people were locals here who work in Emaar Square probably or were out for hangouts. If you want to enjoy coffee watching Burj Khalifa then this is the place. Place was clean and tidy
