The job fell short of expectations, leaving me dissatisfied overall. Despite paying what I believed to be a premium price, the results did not reflect the quality I anticipated. Craftsmanship was lacking, and attention to detail was not given the priority it deserved.

What added to my disappointment was the noticeable discrepancy between this tailoring shop's prices and those of its competitors, especially in the same area. Compared to others, the cost here appears unreasonably high, raising concerns about transparency and fairness in pricing.

Communication is crucial in any service-oriented place, and it's regrettable that they failed in this regard. Clear expectations were not met, leading to a mismatch between what was promised and what was delivered.

In the future, I hope they take constructive feedback to heart and consider reassessing their pricing.

Unfortunately, my experience has left me hesitant to recommend this place to others seeking quality at a reasonable price, given the apparent shortcomings in both service and cost.

Unfortunately, my experience with the output isn’t as good as the reviews.

Had my pants altered to fit me. The tailor refused to measure me when I specifically asked I need the pants to fit from hip down to my calf. He took the length measurement instead and insisted to just take half an inch to an inch from the hip and thigh area. The cut didn’t turn out as expected even after re-work.

The tailor is polite though.

I have a very good experience with Yasmin and team. I got many suits, blouses, sarees stitched by them and they are perfectly done. They give good and on time service that you would want. We moved to Dubai last year and it was very difficult to find a good tailor at my convenience as the style of stitching we prefer is not easy to good in the area I live in. But Yasmin tailors solved my problems. Not just for me but for my Husband shirts and suits too. Indians in Dubai, you should definitely try them. 100% recommended.

I was in search of some professional but urgent stitching of my formal dresses in my vicinity and i am glad i came across yasmin stitching. They are punctual, professional, and courteous. Miss Yasmin took personal interest in the job and i loved it. The tailoring was good, neat and exact sizing. Charges are a little on the higher side but it is worth. I am a satisfied and happy customer who is definitely gonna visit them again!

I was asked to leave my clothes for 24hours for an alteration and since my work keeps me out of the country. I rushed to the tailor immediately after I got back this was already the 3rd day.
He hadn’t started or even could find my dresses and this was disappointing. He asked me to come by the following day to collect it and I mentioned to him the importance of the dress as it was for an upcoming wedding.
I connected to Ms. Yasmin and addressed my concerns and she made sure I get my clothes done by the same evening. I could see the fitting was more bad as the tailor made a quick fix that created bulges and out of shape look to my dress. I got in touch with Ms. Yasmin again. She personally came down to my building picked up the item and delivered it back in an hour’s time. Thought my initial experience was building up my disappointment, Yasmin changed the whole experience by doing this for me. I truly appreciate what she did and how quickly she could attend to my concern. Thanks a lot Yasmin.

I wish I could give 0 stars.

Firstly, they were so delayed with the items for delivery, the stitch work is done so cheap and bad 1/2 the pieces cannot be fixed and have to go in the rubbish. Secondly, they hacked my rat and boa dress in the worst way possible when all I needed was a slip Insert, although they managed to fix whatever mess they made but the dress has the worst stitching mistakes and holes from the job they did.

Thirdly the woman who owns the store is aggressive, rude and shouts at her customers. I came to show them the pieces and the mistakes they did in my other items and they wouldn’t even let me talk or explain to them what was wrong! They were just saying it was not possible to fix and shouting on me and my sister. I was incredibly shocked I couldn’t even get to the point and say 2 words in, it came to the point we had to leave because of their screaming and behavior. Biggest waste of time, energy and money!

Very overpriced. Main tailor at the counter is an arrogant individual. Goto Rashid colony instead, many choices and better service.

I am very happy with the service. Yasmin is a good communicator. They picked up our garments to be altered promptly and returned them within a few days. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them.

Please be aware of their prices well in advance, alternation charges are more than material cost. Plus poor way of alteration.
If yo go to qusais 1 near the metro station exit, there are couple of tailors who are very professional and very reasonable price.

It was a very pleasured to deal with Yasmin Tailaoring Al Nahda. I Re-Sized my leather jacket within few hours. I will highly recommend them for everyone.

I had a deadline to custom make a shirt which I didn't really care about until the last moment. I went to this shop and he had 3 shirts and 2 pants custom made for me in 1 day.what really threw me off is that I know very short periods of time can somehow mess up your order and the outfit wouldn't fit properly, surprisingly the outfit (formal shirt) + (pants) suited me perfectly. I would definitely recommend this shop to my colleagues and friends.

My first experience with Yasmin tailoring. Neat and clean place. Work done on time. They stitched 2 gowns. One for my 9 year old daughter and one for me for her birthday party. The work was done as desired and we didn't have to go back to the tailor for any alterations.

First impression last. Place is neat and tidy, great customer service, tailor job satisfactory and reasonable price. I'll come back again for any clothes alterations.

Worst stiching.don't deserve 1 star also. I gave my lehnga to stich.he made the blouse stiching worst.the tailor is behaving like he knows everything, but the output is zero. I gave 3 times to alter the same.then I gave to another tailor to correct it.

Absolutely fantastic tailoring shop.they did a marvelous job on my bike leather jacket.which is a very hard job due to the thickness of the leather various other obstacles.but Yasmin tailors did a fantastic job.recommended for any kind of tailoring task.
