Absolutely not reliable. Been ordering from them preserved roses online. I have ordered red they sent me pink I know mistakes can happen so I have returned pink and ordered once more red ones. To my surprise the next day delivery came with pink again. Contacted their customer service describing all situation and the lady informed me they do not have red no more. So assuming I am ok with pink or color blinded perhaps, they just sending those pink roses over and over again.

WORSE shop I ever made a purchase in my life, I bought an umbrella from them and the quality is very poor and they don't help you even to check what's the problem. Very poor customer service don't waste your time and money to go there.

Very unprofessional service. My order for a tent was confirmed and when I sent my driver they said the tent was broken and advised me to buy a more expensive one. This ruined my camping plan as last minute I could not get anything suitable. Very very disappointed. Avoid buying from them.

WORST customer service in Dubai. VERY POOR. They sell damaged items, make you pay extra for delivery and when you call for a refund, they hang up on you. I have been living in Dubai for couple years, and this is clearly the worst customer experience I ever had.

Before visiting this shop, kindly check prices on noon or Amazon. Same company selling at low prices on other platform. When you visit there shop they will charge high price. Staff behavior also rude. Seems they don't know about after sales service.

They are more fake then artificial plants worst place to work in this they make fix their problems take idea after good bye in 2 weeks they are crazy i request you not to work on such place
