DONT BUT FROM THIW COMPANY!

Very poor service!
Tried to say they don’t offer refunds even though at the bottom of the receipt it states refund or exchange in 7 days.

Then tried to say refunds are not offered on card payments.

No signs in the store mentioning this prior to the purchase.

They then decide to exchange

I exchange I go home and it’s still the wrong size so I call to confirm stock to exchange for different size and they are now refusing to exchange.

They do not follow Dubai laws!

I will be at your store today 1pm to exchange my purchase!

Their products are absolutely amazing but the customer service and return policy is horrible, and they have zero flexibility. I spent a few thousand dollars on several items, one of the decor items, brown bark was unused and packed (only 25 aed in value). I was not able to use it as i bought 2 packs and one was sufficient for my need. I brought the item back within 7 days of delivery (they start 7 day counter from payment date even if you havnt received your items) to exchange for any small item to avoid trashing a decor that someone else may be able to use. They refused to exchange, so i asked them to just keep it without any refund. At least it won't go into garbage.

They really need to have some flexibility atleast for customers who are spending thousands and are exchanging a 25aed item.

There are many artificial flower shops inside Dragon Mart, and I am confused about where to buy them, but I felt that the quality of this shop was good!

The right place for artificial flowers, plants and garden products.

The lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude and didn’t want to answer the question.
