The manager in the evening shift is so rude and the way he speak was insulting customers.

Very trustworthy and awesome people. I was staying at Hyatt place across the street of the pharmacy during my one week vacation. I had to stop by the pharmacy to get something for my allergies. Somehow, I dropped 100 AED in the pharmacy and left. They were very kind enough to check the surveillance camera and save the money for me in the envelope incase I come back since they didn’t know where I was staying. And of course I went back to the pharmacy for some other reason and they returned my money back by explaining what exactly happened (which I was not aware off that I lost money in the pharmacy)

Pathetic service. Sales person was in a long call and ignored me for ~10 mints

1 Star is too much for the pathetic service provided by this pharmacy. For the past three consecutive months this pharmacy gave me incorrect prescription medicines and incorrect quantity. They never learn inspite of repeated feedback. Cannot find the details of the management or owner of this pharmacy, hence writing this review with the hope that they will put a stop to this kind of reckless and unprofessional service.

I bought vinyl gloves (SAFE GUARD) from ur pharmacy and some of them are used and different gloves what is this! IS THIS A JOKE ARE YOU EVEN CARE FROM UR ITEM THAT U SELLING! DISGUSTING!

Excellent pharmacy gives huge discounts when ever I think of a pharmacy I think going here
