I’ve been a regular patient since early month of 2023. This is not a new incident but i had enough of this clinic. I was so nice for more than a year and tried by utmost to be patient with their consistently incompetent service. I came 20 minutes (5:40pm) earlier than my scheduled appointment. I wasn’t informed that there are 2 more patients before me and it would take me until 7:15pm to be accommodated. I could’ve just rescheduled it and not waste 40 minutes of my time waiting for nothing where i know i have to attend another errands after this. I commuted for an hour just to be on time and all i get is delayed service as always. I really cannot stay in this kind of clinic. Its just to disappointing.

Extremely professional and kind staff. We hired a nanny for our newborn and were satisfied as she was very attentive punctual and reliable. It was very convenient coordinating with the company as well and they were very polite to accommodate some last minute requests. Highly recommended!

That's a great place. I gone Al rigga, satwa and bur Dubai all the services are great. Very comfortable with them

I consulted Dr Hifzu for pain on my tooth and Dr gave me the best treatment for me. He did Root canal treatment and now i am absolutely fine. I will refer my friends to Dr Hifzu. He is very well experienced and good treatment provided

I just had my hydrafacial with Ms. Anjum. I couldn't be more happier and satisfied! She made sure I was comfortable and she did my facial so carefully. First time I go to yes mam clinic for my check up, but it was an amazing experience that I experienced for how many years I've been looking clinic and hospitals for check up when Im getting sick but this clinic very accommodating and fast services that they provide not same with the other clinics that you will wait how many hours before they call and threat you. And the price very affordable even i don't have an insurance it's very affordable to pay for check up, not same with the other clinics. Thank you yes mam clinic and I will recommend this clinic to my friends too.

Worst Customer Service.it was very disappointing, I made a booking and the customer service confirmed that Dentist has available slot 12 Noon, Sunday, Oct 30, I came exact time but the receptionist told me that MY NAME IS NOT ON THE LIST however they told me that they will accomodate me just wait 15-20 minutes, i waited for 1Hour & 30 minutes, and told me needs another 30-45minutes, it is a veryyyyy bad experience, not organixed, time wasters-

It was amazing and wonderful experience with Ms. Bella and Mr. Lee.
