Yin & Yang Restaurant

Used to be a good restaurant. I was a frequent customer. The food quality has changed around last April-May. Probably the chef got changed. And this restaurant kitchen is now functioning within Hengchen and some other restaurants.

I think there is a change in ownership or management. Food tasting is not like before and prices been increased and size of portion is smaller now. For example, vegetable spring rolls is now 30
dirham for 6 small finger size rolls

This is the best chinese restaurant i have ever visited.
Their food, customer service everything was excellent. My favourite dishes are Chicken chili dry, Crispy Beef with egg fried rice and Dynamite Prawn.
They are just lovely people.

The best chicken noodle soup I’ve ever had in Dubai. Tastes just like home. The delivery driver was so nice as well, he’s amazing

Lot of great reviews about Y&Y, unfortunately my food was far from being good. Hope you take note Y&Y.

I had ordered directly on their website.
Ordered Chk wantons, chk spring roll & veg spring roll.
Chk wantons was the biggest disappointment the worse I have ever eaten in life.
Spring rolls were the one I could easily get from supermarket - the frozen one, May be even they would taste better.
Highly disappointed.

I ordered on Zomato and after an hour I called the restaurant chasing the order. After some minutes they eventually found it and said it was ‘out for delivery’ however I waited another 30mins and also contacted Zomato complaining and the restaurant also told them the same. The food eventually arrived, cold and soggy. Would definitely not use again after this experience and the price they charge for dishes!

Worst communication ever, zero customer service, after nearly 45 mints they're cancelling the order and when i called they hung up on me, like seriously? For gods sake I order on a weekly basis each time over a 100 dhs food, now you lost a regular customer

Food is not delivered for 2.5 hours already and the app says delivered. Restaurant says order left the restaurant 60 minutes ago. Even if I get it, I guess it needs to be put in the garbage.

Have ordered before aswell. However Today the entire order was inedible! Had to discard the food and order burgers instead. Most disappointed

We placed our order for the first time and were not disappointed. Food was delivered promptly by a courteous restaurant employee and the food was flavorful, light (not dripping in oil), fresh ingredients (hopefully) and served in good portions for a single individual. We will order again!

This is my all time favorite when it comes to Chinese Cuisine in Dubai. Few of my faves are stir fried noodles for both veggies and meat, spring rolls, and corn soups. The staffs and the drivers are always happy to serve.

Needs a lot of work on the food itself, the staff is lovely but the taste is what matters the most.

I’m asian, my husband ordered chicken noodle soup and avocado juice. But, None of those food they delivered tasted like asian foods. Chicken noodle soup that tasteless served with a mug size for the price of 18aed and avocado juice that has a bitter taste and not cold at all, that comes in small glass size for the price of 22aed. It’s literally two thumbs down.
