I had purchased an Astrox 77 pro from one of their suppliers. I had it strung from the store itself and was surprised to see the crack on the head of the bat without even playing with it. I tried to connect with these people, them being the main dealers for the brand. And what was conveyed to me was that “There won’t be any warranty for the item once we leave the store”. It doesn’t seem reasonable for a 1000+ AED worth racket made in Japan. The guy didn’t even reply to the messages or attend the calls once he knew that the racket was broken. I wouldn’t recommend them or the brand again, given the service these people are providing.

Quite expensive rackets for badminton but worth the price. With 200AED you could start a fun badminton experience, you can also upgrade or change your strings to your likings

Inexperienced and expensive. The old man at the store was only trying to sell me stuff. I honestly feel any sports shop needs a player who knows his stuff and is passionate for the game. I felt cheated, when he charged me differently at separate occasions, probably by the way I dressed.
There are many other places around in Karama selling authentic Badminton goods.
