York International Hotel

Not a palace for Indo Pak families, as this is a crowded place and 4 dance clubs in hotels and u unable to sleep well before 3: 30am in the night. But if you are a party lover and wants to enjoy night parties then it's great for you.

Second African DJ in the club is horrible and he neglect my request, and his choice of songs cannot be worse! I’ll never visit this club unless they change him.rooms are old and not maintained, it used to be much better, change of management ruined this place for me … I hate it now

There’s a tall guy he’s in charge of the club in the R floor, he shouldn’t work in this kind of place to have fun, he’s acting very bad attitude and nosey talking like I’m a boss, assisting only girls and ignoring men unless men going to purchase with high amounts even if they’re coming only once, by the way I’m a regular customer in this place,
One more thing many arabic customers usually going to this club but no even one Arabic song.
Try and find a solution to make your customers loyal

No manners in reception staff very arrogant. They will treat you like they like a slave after getting the booking amount.
I called them 10times nobody picked up the call then i called the room service and they pickup and said we are busy in kitchen don’t call here. If you want something go and get it.
When I asked them about the AC is mot working in room. They said it’s an old hotel and we can’t do anything. If you can’t do anything then don’t charge 240AED for a standard room with AC (Not Working)
While i was complaining at reception the front office manager was hearing all the conversation and sitting in his office which was right behind the receptionist and the manager was just looked at me and then start using his phone he was not even bothered to getup from his seat and listen the complaint.

The night shift African guy name BOMBAY was the only person in the whole property who know hospitality.

THE WORST THE WORST THE WORST including all and specially the staff. They don’t know how to talk to custome even the manager.

Their staff is very rude and they don't even accept online bookings of clients in case a person is available there with cash for same room.the lady at reception goes inside a room behind counter and takes directions from manager who tells her to refuse customers with online bookings with credit cards.the girls inside bar are always looking to deprive you of your cash.don't fall prey to them

I stay in 411 I ask for dental kit that send me with abuse word written on that when I go to receptionist Rhys just like we take it and I will not say to stay here because it’s not good you pay them and still abused batter book another one this hotel not receive you call and all is not good

Bad smelly rooms, very poor wifi not working most of the time. No proper lighting in the room. Bathroom is in bad condition

To Much Disgusting Hotel I have ever booked. Bed Sheet and Room is to much dirty. Need to look after it.

The staff is not pleasant and will argue with customers. They need to be sent for customer relationship training. The conditions of the room are really bad.

Fairly decent room not much clean but still better beds and TV compare to other places. Downside is staff who will not help you and easily turn back. Don't expect them to come to room for assistance they will just run away. Lastly ground floor nightclub and bar is full of garbage you know what I mean but it hardly matter if you are not into those things.

The only plus point of this hotel is that it is very near to Al Fahidi metro station. They have 7 night clubs and dance bars in it. The music is so loud in the night that even at the 6th floor you can hear the bass. I suggest not to go with family there.

Not recommended, check hotel around there are many with almost or near to same tarrif. Family and couple should avoid this hotel. If you love clubbing then there you are.

Very bad internet, cleaning is not that good when I check in there on top of mini bar place left over chx wings bone was there & some cochroch was & no any complimentry water was in room while check in.

Wi fi is very weak here, room are also old and still they have old key entry system. Reception guy also not polite. Only plus point is the location.

This hotel isn't suitable for families, they deliberately lie to their guests & from the operator to reservation to the reception, they don't have any Hospitality or respect for their guests, general manager started quarreling once i cancelled & got refunded my remaining days, thankfully Agoda helped & believed about all this. This hotel should be kicked out from here. Even one of the IT guy said, it sucks to work here & hes resigning, the other IT guy clearly lied after he believed me that yes no coverage for the NET, but saying to the GM that its working perfectly, they give full authority to their one night stand guests & indirectly making it a 3 star hotel by having wrong sources. In the beginning the GM, she was speaking so nicely until my check out, a very plastic natured lady, knowing nothing about Hospitality industry, a failure in her own standard & ruining the stay of the guests, a useless staff meant for one night stand guests, who don't require any facilities cause they leave in every couple of hours.

I heard lot of bad feedback about this hotel in online after booking this hotel but really surprised it was good experience. I completely enjoyed my stay here. There are few negative areas like WiFi didn't work properly in case if you would like stay and work this hotel it's not perferable. There are lot of positive like you can easily take metro and lot of shops near to this hotel. It is always busy area

مع اعتذاري لإدارة الفندق ولكني أرى أنه سيء جدا وغير مناسب للعائلات أبدا.
اتوقع منكم الاهتمام أكثر به حيث أن له موقع استراتيجي قريب جدا من محطة المترو بحيث يمكنك الوصول اليها في دقيقة واحدة أو أقل مشيا على الاقدام.

Rates were good, quit atmosphere and just okie services. If you are just gona get some space to stay at night without considering the conditions and services you should check this out. Location was Good too.but if you are tourist like I was and want to stay Connected to WiFi.don't consider staying there (worst WiFi I had ever connected to).

Price Wise it's ok and decent location. Even at first glance it was spacious but the sheets were dingy and if ur a light sleeper don't expect to rest as I was on the top floor and music went on til 4am at their club

A pretty average hotel. You can't even say it's a hotel. They don't provide Room service. The staff is not helpful. The rooms are quite dated. The major Plus point is the location. The location is 5 star as its meters away from metro and bus stop. Even the airport bus is right from the door.

Hotel is average, night club is good with live band and lots of friendly crowd of girls from all the corners of the world.

هذا المكان سيئ جدا من حيث النظافة والرائحة ونوع الأثاث ودورات المياة وان لا يستحق حتى مستوى نجمه واحدة

It's really no service at all, if you want to enjoy Dubai night life only then it's good otherwise.just avoid this hotel. Staff are behaving like stupid

No wifi inside rooms, despite full wifi network in alleys faced by multiple users. They didn't repaued Tv and bad shower for my one week stay duration despite on regular reminder as it seems the maintenance department didn't had a budget of even 20 AED, Seems funny.
One star is only for good breakfast which was good though was not complementary. And walkable distance to metro.

Good and nice hotel it is.

I'll suggest specially couples. They must try at least once time.

I booked this hotel in 199 dhs per night. But when I check in then front off staff told me my booking was cancelled so I need to pay 250 dhs. Staff was very rude. Front off the room housekeeping trolley there was garbage bags. For gust no drinking water in the room. I will suggest to everyone please don't go in this hotel. I the room bed linen very dirty.

Worst experience in my life living in the hotel although I travel a lot and every week or two weeks I am on a different hotel

First they they say they have valet parking and charge you for 25 dirhams as you cannot park free they’re all they don’t have parking underground

Second the hotel reception is full of noise and cigarettes nightclubs so it good to take your family in this hotel

(Note) The owner of this hotel should respect employees and provide a good working environment for his employees as his employees in the reception are working and smelling cigarettes and living with noise of nightclubs and it’s really are not healthy.

Employees though were trying to do the best to help customers especially one person in the reception has lighter skin with a beard and smiling all the time.

Third they are saying that they have a gym in the roof floor but it’s in the corridor there is no special room where the equipment meant to be. This so-called gym is near a smelly cigarettes night club.

Fourth you can’t sleep as there is construction all night near our hotel plus the nightclubs will be vibrating inside your head although I was in the seventh floor.

Fifth issue My room was on the seventh floor and they said it’s non-smoking floor but I was smelling cigarette coming from the corridor and their workers are speaking sometimes at night on the corridor and they don’t respect people who are sleeping in this hotel

Sixth issue is actually an advice for the hotel management please change your old towels.

The reason I can give two stars is because the person in the reception at night until the morning who is smiling, being really patient and emotionally intelligent also the hotel is near all services from supermarket pharmacy and subway.

Last but not least Internet was was not working and they did not care finding a solution.

Oh sorry GREAT price, I paid cheap and I got sick.

NEVER AGAIN IN my life, I’d rather sleep in my car or the street.

In the center of Bur Dubai and very close to Al Fahidi metro station. This hotel has 2 night clubs and bar. Rooms are clean but small and renovated. Due to clubs its not much good for families. You can find lot of working girls here though. I got check-in quickly and slept nicely with out any noise. I would recommend this hotel to only single travelers and food isnt much good at all. Good for night stay only due to location closeness to Apsara Superstore, market and Metro station.

Some rooms r clean and some rooms tooooooo much derty.its a nice location they got, but a good advice. Check out your room befor u stay in it

فندق ذو مستوى متواضع. به بار وديسكو ليلي. عادة تكون الاجواء صاخبة في الليل. لا ينصح بسكن العوائل او محبي الأجواء الهادئة.
