سيء جدا لاتوجد مناديل داخل الغرف ولا توجد حاويه لرمي النفايات داخل الغرفه لايوجد تنظيف للغرف لليوم التالي الريحه كانت جدا مزعجه بسبب الطبخ داخل بعض الغرف بالإضافة الى الزام المستاجر دفع مبلغ ١٠٠٠ درهم كتامين

The bed have sound and no privacy at all, the towel small and no one comes to change it, the room small

First the lady that checks you in has a very bad attitude and is very rude, now the room was really not clean roached infested whoever is supposed to clean there doesn’t care they step on the roaches and leaves them there it was very dirty I wish I could upload the pictures I took and the videos, I couldn’t even sleep there I called the front desk and told them the lady said if you don’t like it leave I said yea I will just give me my money back she laughed and hung the phone up. This place needs municipality control and police should close the Hotel!

Very interesting concept for Dubai this coliving idea. Bright pool, very clean, all the guests are super friendly and always smiling. Enjoying my stay so much I keep extending. And best of all many aspiring Real Estate Agents residing here. Loving it.

The location is very good. The rooms are stylish, modern and most importantly clean. They are best in providing excellent customer service.

The room was very clean. I love coming here The atmosphere is nicely decorated and friendly. There are complete equipment, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, with Ovaltine coffee, drinking water, fruit service 24 hours a day. Most importantly, I came to check in almost 2 hours early. The owner is kind to check in first as well without any charge.considered very kind

Pros
- it is like a brand-new modern apartment
- very good and modern furniture
- kitchen is equipped very well
- clean quiet and cosy
- huge balcony that you can have your breakfast or dinner inside
- easy check in and check out procedure
- nice and friendly staff and security
- huge gathering and work space in the 1st floor

Cons
- the location is far from Dubai from the city, you need to have a car, be prepared to use bus or pay a lot for taxis.
- it's supposed to be a 32 m² studio but it was a three bedroom apartment with two locked bedroom, with no living or dining room! The room size is a hardly about 12 m² (excluding bathroom and kitchen).
- there was many flies inside, very annoying. But it can be easily fixed with a proper pest control, so let's call it a management glitch. I used two different sprays to kill half, but many of them were immune to all sprays, and I end up to kill few every day as my hobby was hunting flies during my stay!
- cooker was not cleaned properly, it was oily a bit.

Great location and friendly and cooperative staff. Well groomed rooms. Overall value for money.

I love the administrative staff at You & Co. I honestly have not experienced such decency in Dubai like I experience from Irina (she’s so helpful) Julia, Paul and Max.

Take it from someone that has lived in 6 apartments in the last 11months. (Due to unmet issues from their administrative staff)
If you’re ever in Dubai and you are a homebody like me but you want to be surrounded by community and Uber cool neighbors, come here.

It’s a nice place but a bit far. Could do with more routine cleaning rather than once a week especially in the heat. Pool good. Gym poor.

Very nice place to stay, friendly stuff, comfortable apartments, a lot of different activities every day in coworking space such as yoga classes, board games, movie evenings and more. Highly recommend!

No/spotty internet for the past two weeks. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU NEED WORK. Super disorganized management.

WIFI IS NOT GOOD! I have been here a few weeks and glitchy wifi while working full time and traveling is NOT ok.i also i have no hot water ever and it’s quite far from everything.i was really excited to stay here but will not be staying again.as somebody working full time digitally wifi is the most important thing to me. Dubai has great wifi in general and is incredibly tech savvy so i know this is not an infrastructure problem.there’s been numerous complaints for weeks but no resolution.
