I have redeemed my reward on 1st of April and till now not received. Have sent at least 4-5 reminders to the support team but they never ever replied to my emails. God knows where the hell are they lost?

They never reply to any email before they paid my rewards after 6 months of keep sending emails and now it's been more that a month to receive my rewards as they said it will take 1-3 working days via PayPal account but still nothing happened

Worst company. I am still waiting for my reward since last 7 months. I email them so many times but no reply.

I answer marketing research and other statistical inquiries.
The reward scheme is low value but I answer as to gain and also give information.

Haven't redeemed my points since March 2020. Emails and calls are unresponsive. Sheer waste of time.

شركة أقل ما يقال فيها متخلفة، فمن الآن يستعمل الويسترن يونيون لتحويل المبالغ؟! نظام قديم جدًا ولا يواكب العصر الحديث والتقدم الالكتروني، فالآن جميع المعاملات والتحويلات تتم عن طريق الانترنت ولا تكون بحاجة للإنتظار الطويل جدًا لتصلك الحوالة، ولا تكون بحاجة للذهاب الى استلام الحوالة، كل هذا يمكن الاستغناء عنه بمجرد الحوالة الالكترونية عن طريق الباي بال مثلًا، اشهر العلامات في التعاملات المالية الالكترونية؛ وأسرد لكم قصتي، بعد ان جمعت ٥ آلاف نقطة بعد مرور أشهر كثيرة، طلبت تحويل المبلغ عبر الويسترن يونيون (لا توجد غير هذه الطريقة أساسًا) وبعدها تم إعلامي بأن الحوالة ستستغرق بحد أقصى ٥ أسابيع لتصل، وبعد مرور اكثر من ٥ اسابيع تواصلت مع الشركة عبر الإيميل الخاص بهم بشأن الحوالة، ولم يتم الرد علي مطلقًا، هذا أول خطأ وخطأ لا يغفر له بالتأكيد، فكيف لشركة كبيرة مثل هذه لا ترد على عملائها والذين هم أساسها! حسنًا لنكمل، نسيت الحوالة وأمرها، وبعد مضي أكثر من ٣ أشهر وصلتني رسالة تفيد بأن الحوالة وصلت، وهذا ثاني خطأ بأن العملية استغرقت ٣ أشهر والمبلغ ٥٠ دولار فقط! وبعدها قمت بالذهاب الى الوكيل الخاص بويسترن يونيون في بلدي، وأخبرني أنني لا يمكنني استلام الحوالة، لأن العمر يجب أن يكون ١٨ سنة فما فوق، بما يعني أنني طوال مسيرتي في هذه الشركة (بما يعادل ٧ أشهر أو يزيد) لم أحصل ولا دولارًا واحدًا، وهذا كله يعود الى سبب واحد وهو التخلف الحاصل من قبل الشركة، وتحويل المبالغ عبر الويسترن يونيون. لا أنصح أبدًا بالتعامل مع هذه الشركة، إلا إن كنت ترغب بإشغال نفسك دون أي مقابل مادي ولا فائدة تذكر.

I have got more than 10 money orders last year.they paid it on time.but this year 2 money orders are pending, no response for my calls and mails.

I am upset because my rewards is still pending and I did not received any feedback from them. I am still hoping to get my rewards

I wish I could give a negative review to this company. I have redeemed 5000 points for $50 cash on 5th Feb 2019 and till date haven't received the amount, neither the points have been refunded back to my account. On 14th March 2019, I receive an email with the MTCN number to collect the amount from any of the Western Union branch. But the name mentioned on the money order doesn't match with my registered name. Post that, I have been sending several emails to change my name on the money order, but no response from YouGov. Seems like this is a fake company. Guys please refrain from using this site.
