Pathetic experience. Do not fall for the reviews they are a misrepresentation of the actual food quality and hospitality. I have uploaded a picture of the spicy chicken wrap I ordered which had almost non existent chicken. Kennedy was our server and I showed him as is to which he replied, ‘you should’ve asked if you wanted extra protein, this is OUR STANDARD’ only good thing was quick service or probably that’s because they dont do justice to their food.

Zaatar W Zeit is a pleasant cafe with a Middle Eastern flair, catering to those who enjoy the flavors of the region. I had the pleasure of trying their delectable chicken shawarma, which was truly delightful. The staff, while not overly friendly, provide satisfactory service. Keep in mind that it falls within the midrange category, so exceptional service may not be on the menu, but the flavors certainly are.

Were is the bike rider's parking for food pickup from zaatar w zeit (SHZR) branch. 1 day in every week. Police coming and fine to bike riders who pick up orders from zaatar. No any one for responsible of it.

One of the best manakeesh and raps in town.you must try the chicken potato if you miss home cooked food, it will satisfy your cravings. Plus they have the nicest staff.

Very poor service.we order 2pm today and until now its 5pm we have not received our order.and they keep telling that they are calling us and reaching us but we are not taking the calls which is not true.we are dead hungry here at all

Delicious food, affordable prices, many seating available. Convenient for quick bites especially break fast time it's quiet.

It was not bad. We had manakeesh and Kunafa. We expected better Kunafa because of the other reviews. I think higher expectation led to disappointment. Kunafa was nothing special. It's just ok. Manakeesh a twist in flavor. It was good. I didn't try other items.

Dishes Tried – Cheese Manakish, Lahma with Ajeenah and cheese with Zaatar Manakish

Opinion – The cheese Manakish was the best of them, it was served melting and extremely hot. It is relatively light and they even cut it in six pieces, so it appears like a pizza. I wasn’t fond of the Lahma with Ajeena because I didn’t find it that tasty, it was a bit tasteless honestly. The Cheese with zaatar Manakish was a perfect combination, as I personally love both cheese and zaatar. Therefore, I would highly recommend the cheese and zaatar Manakish.

Had Iftar meal and it was great in all means, I'm regular customer and can say this is the best branch.

I haven’t visited them personally but I have ordered online a lot and I loved their food. Feels healthy afterwards. I will totally recommend

I fell in love with the new sandwiches from Zaatar w Zeit. I chose the cheese one and added chicken and mint in it and it was super good. Delivery was late but that was from Zomato driver and not from zwz and the sandwiches came cold but that was ok. My other favorite sandwich is the Turkey and cheese wrap. I do love their baked falafel too.

It used to be real good but now the food quality has goen down. Over cooked fries, wrap has no taste at all. Didn’t like it at all

One of my favorite restaurants in Dubai/ Beirut.the food is delicious and the service is good.try their Spizy Chicken and ask for extra Spizy sauce. I like their tiramisu as well.give it a try and I am sure you will love it:)

Excellent location and ample outside seating. The standard menu is good and the food is healthy. Definitely worth a visit for the great variety or to just enjoy the ambience and seating arrangement. The prices are also reasonable. Located just on the main Sheikh Zayed road close to the Financial Centre metro station and Shangri La Hotel.

They keep on increasing their prices. It's not zaatar w zeit anymore. They are way too expensive for a zaatar roll.

Have bought the famous chicken for the past 10 years, love it! They sold everything in a big carton box, which is better than individual packaging

Fantastic wraps. Food was enjoyable. Had to stand at the Till before I learnt we had to sit for our orders to gotten. Family friendly place and great place to grab a quick bite.

As always the best sandwiches in town. Just noticed they have increased their prices! Also nice outside seating.

Biggest plus is that it’s open 24/7. Great tasting fresh food at good prices. Healthy eating options are also available. Seating is ample and parking might be a bit of a hassle as parking spots near the restaurant are always taken.

For me it’s the it’s the best place for breakfast it has many choices with a suitable prices and the service is fast enough so you want to be late waiting for your order while you are hungry also the location is a very good location near to hotels in JBR. The upstairs level is much better than the ground level for sitting and eating.

Best place in Dubai for Lebanese fast food! It is open 24 hrs. It is known to be the best place to have food after partying! On weekend it will be Crowded at 3 am!

It was not a pleasant experience from the time we entered the restaurant. The smell was horrible and we ordered two famous chicken one normal and the other with brown bread and after waiting both of sandwiches came with regular bread. And sandwich was cold. Inform the Manger to bring me the complaint form and he said sorry all the forms at head office for update. It was not a good day at all.

Really nice food for a reasonable price! Great if you are staying at the Shanghai-La next door and don’t feel like paying through the nose for food.

The place opens 24hrs. They serve Lebanese menu mainly, from pastry to breakfasts, snacks, salads, and much more. They do have a table service. As well as takeaway. The staff is friendly and really nice. I ordered the Kunafa in a pan, it's not your classic Kunafa, but worth the try, I liked it. Parking is available outside, it's paid most of the time, but there are some free hours at night.
