I ordered a chicken shawarma, the wrap came full of lettuce, sauce, fries and pickles, and only some pieces of chicken that you cannot even recognize. When I complained, the manager just told me that they follow standard portions and she started counting the chicken pieces on my sandwich which were only 3 small pieces in a half of the wrap! Also the wrap was not hot although I requested it to be extra hot due to my bad experience last visit of getting cold food! Shame

The breakfast was perfect and sooo yummy. We ordered zatar manakish and chicken boom. And we had Ranieza (the waitress) who helped us during our breakfast but she was sooo friendly and her smile is always in her face never left her since we entered till we left. I highly recommend the restaurant as it has all choices (veggie, vegetarian, meat) also healthy at the same time. Their prices also reasonable. #zwzandshare

I tried their kefte wrap, and it was delicious, but it was overly greasy with an abundance of mayonnaise and dripping oil.

It is definitely a healthier version of the fast food.

Healthy combinations classified with fast food! Lebanese street food packed healthily just for you! It’s my go to place when I am out of options!
Cozy place, right at the top of the mall where there is plenty of light! The servers are amazing, they care for your comfort if you are waiting for food pickup! My favorite here is Mighty Kafta and Z Fattouch! Don’t desert yourself by avoiding their cheesecake - it’s one of the best especially BlueBerry Cheesecake!

For me … it is always the best. I love all what they serve … and they always add new recipes to the menu… very advisable?

The place is calm but busy.
It is a Lebanese style restaurant where you can enjoy a variety of sandwiches, manouche or main course.

My experience in Zaatar DFC are very good service, all the crew in the morning are very kindness, polite, hardworking and very funny specially all the girls.

We had iftar today here and although the place was fully booked, we still got high quality and excellent taste food as always.

The worse! Over priced for the quality and portions. Cheese balls has no taste.burger is extremely salty and inedible

Yummy food. It’s well ligt in the morning so it’s such a great place to sit and have your favorite manakish or speciality wrap. I love them all- famous chicken and spicy chicken are my absolute favorites together with fattoush salad

Very bad delivery service! Took more than an hour and a half to deliver! When contacting the restaurant they are not being honest with the delivery time! Not recommended at allll verrrryyyy disappointed. Food was delivered cold

One of the finest restaurants in UAE, you should visit them and all their meals also with brown bread it's a healthy meal and it's a bit expensive but totally worth it, I don't get bored of their food.

The Famous chicken is simply delicious. I wouldn't recommend ordering the cheesy potatoes as a side dish, though.

Very unhygienic! Ordered food and it came wrapped by a thin paper bag! This happened many times so this time I returned the order back to them! No more ZwZ for me!

Delicious food. Good atmosphere. I love it there though they never match the food taste of Beirut's z&z but they are very close.

Their service is verrrrrrry slow, once I just ordered 2 famous chicken wraps and it took more than 40 minutes to get.

Another disappointment, a manakeesh order that took more than an hour to deliver, what a service. They said many backlog at 10am on weekday? Who are you kidding? And Angel called to tell me the driver is on the way.so what the situation is not fixed! As Im writing now the food has not arrived. And maybe mention how long the delivery will take so we order elsewhere. And make sure your order is not coming from DFC. I think they are super busy to attend to the delivery

One of the great restaurants I like to visit more often. I like how they can keep being consistent in the food quality over the years.

The staff is great & friendly. The prices are quite reasonable compared to a lot of other restaurants.

An average mark for an average eatery. Decent place for a quick munch once in the Festival Mall, but definitely not the one to head for intentionally. They serve Lebanease cuisine, marketing it as a healthy food. Yes, if you go for a salad you are on the healthy side, but the rest of the menu is just a regular selection of dishes.
I would add additional star for service. It was Friday night, very crowded, but they were still friendly and smiling, taking orders and serving fast. With a large number of kids trying their best to make a mess, cafeteria was kept clean.
But at the same time I would remove one star because of the food. Humus was served freezing cold, I assume it was straight from a chiller. Crackers on a side of humus were slightly sweet. Salty or savoury would accompany it better. Potato chicken skillet had overcovering vinegar tingle. A portion is exactly for one person, not a bite more.
As most of the places they offer dine-in and take-away options. Kids menu is available.

Zaatar w Zeit at Dubai Festival city mall is a good and healthy experience. The quality and quantity was decent. The prices reasonable and the wait was just five minutes for the table and fifteen minutes for the food. Even on a Friday evening. Good setup. Good ambience. Good service. We lived the food. Worth a visit.

We have always visited their sheikh zayed road branch cyz uts great to sir outside in xold weather, first time i have visited this festuval city centre branch and have ordered iur favourite mighty kafta.and it was amazing as usual Alhamdulillah

مطعم محبب لي لاني من عشاق مناقيش الزعتر،من انضف المطاعم للمعجنات،ليس الافضل،ولكنه لذيذ ونضيف والطعم دائما نفس الشي في جميع الفروع.
السعر اكيد اغلى من مطاعم المعجنات الاخرى.
افضل وجبة عندهم،زعتر باللبنه وحلومي مشويه.
فكرة تقديم الشاي في علبة وانت تختار اللي بدك اياه،من الفكرات الجميلة

Disappointing experience we had yesterday.we ordered fish and chips wrap and fish was Bearley cooked. We asked the waiter to make sure it's cooked properly but he said that the chef is instructed to cook the fish medium rare. FISH MEDIUM RARE? Fish is not steak.you can get food poisoning because of this.anyways last time in this place

We have visited the restaurant in Festival City shopping mall to eat Falafel. We liked it much. If you are close this place you can try with french fries. It is aed21and if you get fries together you pay +aed5 for it. Definitely worth. Additionally it has seperate place in food court of shopping mall. We liked it.

Excellent wraps and Manakish - food is really fresh, and served very well. I've tried their branches at festival city, Ibn Battuta as well as motor city - these guys keep up to the standards at all locations. Staff is well trained and know their job - Thanks for serving us since years - Good luck

I ordered online for 3 famous chicken wrap and added extra avocado. They put avacado that is hard as rock! What ever happens to your quality and service? See your avocado in the trash! What a horrible horrible service. I mean this is not the 1st time. But 2nd time. You gotta do something with your quality but not put anything than let me pay extra for something Ill not enjoy!
