انزين و الطلبيه مالي وين سارت ماندري، ليش محد يرد علي يوم اتصل ماندري، ليش أنا طالعه من الدوام وضاربه خط و مضيعيه نص ساعه واقفه برع اتريا بعد ما ادري خل الاداره تراجع الموظفين الي يشتغلون في هذا الفرع.

I am a student. Instead of offering student discount they will not allow me to sit inside upstairs. Also they do not come to the table for any students order. This is ridiculous service. If I took my shirt off and replaced it, they would then serve me adequately. Why the discrimination?

Atrocious service very disrespectful and the staff don’t care and treat all students with disrespect and discrimination I will never be coming back here again

My experience at Zaatar w Zeit in Dubai Media City was downright unpleasant. The staff's absurd policy of banning students from indoor seating, demanding upfront payment, and denying menus was nothing short of a customer service disaster. It's baffling how a restaurant can treat its patrons with such disrespect. The management seriously needs to reconsider these draconian measures if they have any intention of fostering a positive dining atmosphere. Save yourself the frustration and find a place that values its customers.

Had a really good experience at the Sufouh brand. Mary Jane was very patient and helpful! Can’t wait to come here again. The food was delicious too.

40 minutes waiting in the restaurant to have one regular sandwich given that I have been told that, it should take 15 mins.so be ready for useless waiting there and I have left before having the food

Traditional Lebanese breakfast with zaatar Manakish and orange fresh juice. Super amazing

Average food, the bread is made in house, but there is more bread than meat.
Pizza was also quite average and dry.

Very very bad, and become the worst.
I barely can hear anything there, loud noisy music. Once ask them staff to reduce, they even make it more (O.o), and the you get your food cold.

I used to come here a lot since so many years, but it end here, no more of this chain.

Hi, earlier today I was trying to order a falafel wrap on smiles, but the restaurant has only delivery option and no pick up option, is there a possibility you can activate the pick up option on smiles app by etisalat?

Will not order again next time

Same delicious food in every visit. Every time I try different food, never disapointed. Became our regular saturday family lunch occasion. Very kind staff. Strongly recommended.

Great value as usual. The chicken kale salad is just amazing. The turkey cheese wrap is also delish, I take it with oat bread. And it's so affordable, staff is super friendly

Writing after Several bad Orders!
Service is getting from bad to worse.
Orders taking hours without even notifying the customer of possible delays.and upon following up all sorts of excuses come up!
Not to mention the food arriving messed up inside bags that are not even ZwZ bags.
On top of it you can't even track your order thru the app coz of bugs.
Such a Shame!

They discriminate students and they don’t want to serve us. They only let us take take out food and don’t let us sit inside.

I love their food. I ve tried many dishes but some of them are you mostly eating bread and the stuffing is so low that u get disappointed.

I've been here twice now, it's ideal for a light bite. We ordered a pizza each which was as described in the pictured menu. The bread or pizza base is very thin, fresh and tasty.

I'm a particular fan of the manakeeshes, which are light and delicious, with a great variety of flavors. The Zaatar & Cheese is my favorite. However the iced tea was disappointing, lacked flavor and was watery.

The atmosphere here is relaxed and the service was fine. Not expensive, good value for money.

Food is good but expensive compared to others. Also my order got slightly messed up. I placed a collect order through the call center.

My best place for a quick food. Good quality but a bit expensive but it's good for what you pay for.

Worst management. Always delays orders without obvious reasons. Many times the order was wrong. It’s just horrible

Bad management, the delivery process the worst when you order from them directly, a lot of times the order is wrong it takes around 2 hours!

Another disappointment from Zaatar w Zeit. One hour and a half yet no food. Another failure from their side that is costing them money. Keep up the good job guys

Wow. What a great staff and service. Been here like 5 days in a row. The good is great too. I really can not believe if anyone get a bad experience by coming here. Try it!

The customer service at this place is absolutely horrible. All the servers are really rude except 2 of them.this isn't the first time, I always eat at the Zaatar W Zeit beside my school, and all my friends say the same thing. It's like they're just not happy to serve you, or that you're a burden; especially in the morning. Also, their WiFi codes distribution seems to be based on their mood. I've had people on my same table ask for wifi codes and they won't give them while if someone on another table does they do.it's like they have something personal against their customers. Me and my friends have chosen to stop eating at ZWZ and switch to caribou instead. Customer service is really important and unfortunately this branch will lose so many more customers if their issues aren't dealt with.there's also a huge issue with their AC that NEEDS TO be addressed. I could've sworn it's colder outside in the Dubai weather at times.this place is SERIOUSLY HOT! Just to mention, I've been to almost all ZWZ branches in Dubai and they're all very welcoming and lovely! It just seems to be this branch.

Love the menus and the food quality, a bit expensive but totally worth it, I eat there every day.

Fast service, great staff, nice atmosphere and of course the yummy Zaatar we zeit wraps and salads. My kids love this place more than anywhere else.

Amazing food and very reasonable prices! Clean and fast service, only problem is it is almost impossible to find a parking at lunchtime.

The one in Office Park Building charges the delivery fee to deliver upstairs to the offices.greedy management.and they blame the system that it automatically adds on the delivery charge! Really? System decides not a human that actually entered this command into the system? Why do you need to put a delivery charge for people that sit in the offices around you? Used too much petrol to get upstairs? Oregano delivers for free to the office in the Office Park building, the little places like this one are so greedy - not using them anymore.plenty of other places with more dignity and respect.
